    @virginmedia 2/2......and it isn’t your fault you work within the restrictions given to you but from a customer point of view VM doesn’t seem to have made any effort to address this......I’m sure the customer service operatives are trying their best but feel they are also being let down

    @virginmedia No you can’t fair comment however what you can do is go back to your bosses and tell them that multiple customers of yours are unhappy with the current state of the level of customer service your company is providing....inaccessible, inadequate and sometimes simply not there 1/2

    @virginmedia No issues with Internet for over a year, but for the last month it keeps cutting out. Customers service tells me the only way to fix is for my to upgrade or pay money for boosters!! Totally unacceptable! I shouldn't have to pay for you to fix a problem!
