    @virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

    @virginmedia Hi there, my tv and phone line are back but no wifi yet? The service checker page says there are no known issues. I switched the router off for 20 mins and put it back on again to no avail?

    @virginmedia Internet is very unstable today. Website says theres no faults and ive ran the test to check my hub that says everything is fine. Really not happy since im paying £73 a month

    @virginmedia It later dropped out again. so wasn't that. By the 4th time though, your system finally picked up there was a real issue and they sent an engineer to the area. Iss appears to have been resolved at 14:00 while I ended up work from the office all day.

    @virginmedia Well, that doesn't solve the underlying issue I'm having then as it still ongoing, I'm getting to the point of cancelling the service fully as nothing been resolved in a year of complaining, of the issue I'm having calling up doesn't help as no one understands what packet loss is

    @O2 I haven’t been able to get the WifiExtra to work on my phone for months… it just always says unable to connect. I try the virgin media option and it says it’s having an issue to try again later. Phone software all up to date. Any ideas?
