John Wright (@juanfelipe1) reported from Leicestershire, England@virginmedia Or you could invite your customers to get in touch when out of contract or you could even tell us what deals are on offer to help us stay. BirchillsBoy (@BirchillsBoy) reportedIt's later this month I can put my notice in with Virgin Media. £40 a month for just broadband is too much. Speed is fast and the service has been good, but I am now running a 5G router alongside from Three at £11 a month rising to £22 next year. Similar speeds. Financial decision.

Magnolia’s Art (@Magnoli23215778) reported@virginmedia As I have an engineer coming out on average every 6wks for last 18months, am now wanting to leave them. Saying I’ve to pay £1300 to get out of my remaining 14months contract. Anyone else having issues? Incompetent lot!
-
Our Electric World (@O_E_W) reported@TheEvEngineer @gigaclear @MartinSLewis I used to get the same with Virgin Media when it was our only option. Simple solution is to swap and change to the cheaper deals. I got an Orbi mesh router a while back. It should help simplify our next swap as it keeps the same network name whatever company we’re with.

William (@William232393) reportedI had Virgin Media - for 10 hours, I also had Virgin Money, I will never EVER touch anything at all with Virgin in front of its name.
