@virginmedia Nothing ever happens though, complaints have gone unanswered. Every call just ends up with me being fobbed off, "wait 24 hours" or "someone will call in 48 hours", or "your connection is on a 24 hour monitor to find a problem. It's all just bullshit, nothing ever progresses.

Pretty poor from @virginmedia this. Moving home on 11 Nov. Rang today to get a move sorted thinking 2-3 weeks notice was plenty. Nope, 6th Dec. Tried to cancel, they want £137. Sky on the other hand can install services on the day we move in. What a contrast.

Just realised why everyone told me not to join virgin media broadband, terrible customer service to try and resolve an issue with their speed in my sons room, some attitude they had @virginmedia definitely won’t be switching my tv over now!
