    @virginmedia Because this internet I pay for with blood doesn’t work I’ve got to wait till Tuesday for an engineer and I’ve waiting months to watch the Indy500 and Monaco GP. I paid MONEY to watch them. And can I speak to a British call centre and get customer relations. Can I hell!!!

    @virginmedia He’s still fixing it: currently replacing the entire installation as it was done incorrectly 21 months ago. And yes, regarding a complaint that was raised.

    @virginmedia I’ve already spoken to your tech team yesterday hence the engineer visit booked. But we be never used a service where I’ve had so many outages Ever. In 20 years of internet usage. Your company is an embarrassment. .As soon as my contract is up I’ll just survive on mobile data

    @virginmedia 1/2. Sadly it hasn’t solved the issue. I find myself again on a Saturday afternoon without Internet. I was going to use it to watch the champions league final with my now heartbroken 8 year old son!!! Technical team hung up on me!!! I’m appalled!!! Disgusting behaviour. ....

    @virginmedia 1/2 An engineer from @virginmedia called yesterday. Advised me the the wrong cable was used by the installing engineer in March. Despite rubbish broadband since installation I was never going to receive the 350 we were promised. Called last night to lodge a formal complaint
