@virginmedia @vmbusiness why does my RTC internet connection disconnect every hour and connect 10 seconds later? It’s been happening for weeks, every hour it will go down for 10 seconds then reconnect??!?!? It’s problematic for my work!

@virginmedia Have done it both ways. It isn’t just the speed it is dropping out completely for long periods of time and the staff in your call centres are if no help unless you want to buy a new service and you do not get promised calls back.

Broadband has been failing since Sunday, phoned Virgin Media at least 6 times ! Engineer came today said he had fixed it, hour later exactly the same problem. Very poor service and they say I should use broadband less

@virginmedia I rang Virgin again after work, redirected to technical advise, done some things from his end and he said it would settle down and be just fine .... the internet is dropping off just the same, no improvement

@virginmedia So let’s think about this, I have a hub, it’s in one room, I have numerous appliances which run of Wifi, which are portable ie can be used everywhere, but you feel I should only use wired device! Not really selling your service well are you!

@virginmedia The reboot only works until it goes down again so it doesn’t really ‘work’. Anyway, I spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday and they’re sending me a new router, hopefully that will sort the problem out. Cheers

Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

@virginmedia supposed to have our broadband delivered yesterday, received no delivery or tracking information. Customer service promised it would be there by 9pm. I’m still waiting with no information on if it’s even coming? I have no internet so unable to wfh

@virginmedia It is with a manager in the retentions team. I asked for my disconnection to be delayed when my new supplier was having installation problems. Adviser agreed new disconnect date 12/02. Internet and TV went down 24/01. Advisers just say 3 days to reconnect even tho not my fault!
