-
Kyle (@daddytoatribe) reported@virginmedia If you can offer a deal to a new customer you should be able to offer the same deal for existing customers. This is why your retention rate is diabolical because the introductory offers expire and the new offer is 300% more than what they was paying. Should be illegal
-
John Priestley (@JohnPriestley70) reported@virginmedia I am trying to link. I can get as far as confirm transfer. After a few seconds I get an error message page saying something about expired, then it jumps to VM page with login. Could not get a screenshot of the error message, it disappeared that fast.
