@virginmedia I did all that yesterday. On the laptop that recorded a speed of 1.28mbps, when I put the Ethernet cable in, it was 254.99mbps. On the Apple TV, it went from 1.06 to 651. It’s not just these devices, these are the worst examples

@virginmedia Yeah, the issue's been happening since yesterday. I did have a tech advisor remotely access my system (I was watching not from Virgin) which could be connected although obviously he was still using my system and I made sure it was logged out after.

@virginmedia I've tried everything. This wasn't a problem before. I am now on the opposite side of the house and so I'm thinking the signal either isn't strong enough to reach, or other connections are interfering. I assume the latter as it's okay sometimes...

Never knew looking to move to a new build house would throw up so many stresses. Latest one being Virgin Media aren't in the area despite the sales executive telling us at the beginning they would be. Checking other providers and not a great selection when working from home.
