Managed to finally pay @virginmedia off and get rid of them for good. Absolute shysters and the worst customer service you’ll ever be unlucky enough to encounter. You won’t see me again unless things drastically improve.

@virginmedia So let’s think about this, I have a hub, it’s in one room, I have numerous appliances which run of Wifi, which are portable ie can be used everywhere, but you feel I should only use wired device! Not really selling your service well are you!

Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

52 minutes and two escalations for @virginmedia call centre to agree the diagnosis I’d already made. ‘Your “intelligent” booster pod is not working. A new one will be with you in 3-5 working days’ No wifi upstairs for a week is unacceptable

1) @virginmedia We had thunder storms in parts of Wales yesterday and at 6.12pm, my TV went off. I checked the electric, that was still on. The screen went from black to NO SIGNAL. My friend has SKY and it also went off, but was back within half an hour.

@virginmedia I get a pop up saying my password or user name is not recognised. Customer services (2 calls) said it appears my account has been disabled. They don’t know why and can’t restore - referral to senior team. Initially told 24 hours. 2nd call - “still open so just wait” 😩🤬
