    @virginmedia 909041904.26 le35ge .Call a 7 days ago about internet problems. Told we was getting a new router box and booster box. Nothing came and still getting a lot of problems. I want some to come out. Otherwise i will cancel the whole dam thing.

    @virginmedia I’ve re-run the tests and still recommending I get a booster but still no idea how I go about ordering one. Can someone help rather than me going around in circles again please?

    @virginmedia 1hr 50mins on the phone, mostly on hold, spoken to 4 people, 3 of which bairly spoke english and still no further forward, website not helpful either. Worst service I've ever experienced. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Adding my wife's phone to the internet/tv package which should include 1, 5G phone, you need to get your customer service sorted out and people who speak English to a higher standard or better still have English speaker #dissatisfiedcustomer with @virginmedia

    @virginmedia PC is Ethernet into Superhub3 but laptop is WiFi. It’s broadband going down completely not just WiFi. This has been ongoing for several weeks albeit not this bad. Kind of lived with it until today

    @virginmedia I just never get anywhere, constantly going around in circles and no one seems capable or willing to help. The broadband kit provided isn’t fit for purpose considering how much I pay for it.

    @virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

    @virginmedia Hi. There’s no fault recorded in the area and I have run diagnostics which came back ok. Third outage today this one has been off for 15 minutes so far. Obviously rebooted hub and PC. This is becoming more frequent

    @Kwig1 @virginmedia @O2 I would recommend moving to a different network, which is what I’m going to do. I was on Sky Mobile before and it was decent service, and in theory O2 was supposed to be better, but it’s just pathetic. It loses service even though it’s still showing 5 lines of 4G.

    @virginmedia I am not able to do that. So in order to reach the customer service team, I would have to not be a customer,. That’s some excellent way of dealing with your current customers. @Ofcom can you please have a look at the @virginmedia practices?

    2 months of unnecessary engineer visits and arguing over the phone over the existence of something I can see with my own eyes have actually broken me. If @virginmedia cannot provide a service then they should let customers know so they can look elsewhere

    @virginmedia I’m afraid you have closed any avenues to escalate this, I called and spent 10mins trying to find out more, and it ended in virgin hanging up as they know there is a problem in the area. Are you not the same company? Find a way. Your customer service is pathetic.

    @virginmedia Thanks I found it eventually but when I ring it all it says is they are working to fix the problem. I was at least hoping for an estimated fix time. (Even though all estimates till now have been wrong and extended). may just go jump off a bridge out of boredom and frustration.

    @virginmedia …stick to the agreement with Sky Sports then put me on Broadband only package but from 2 Sept because you have got it wrong. You must stop billing me £121 because the fault lies with you not me. Resolutions know this but no one is dealing with it properly. I’m a customer!
