    @virginmedia 909041904.26 le35ge .Call a 7 days ago about internet problems. Told we was getting a new router box and booster box. Nothing came and still getting a lot of problems. I want some to come out. Otherwise i will cancel the whole dam thing.

    @virginmedia I'm paying over 50 pounds just for 100mg broadband already! Why can a new customer get TV etc to for just 30? Conveniently the phone lines all seem off.

    @virginmedia Just spent 30 minutes on this text bot and it's very frustrating, they have only just taken my details from me after 30 minutes and can only communicate by sms which is useless, I'd rather wait on a phone line, shocking service, also the English is bad

    @virginmedia The text service is a bot so doesn’t understand what I want. I don’t understand how posting on a community forum will help me order wifi pods. I’ve posted but just get replies from other members. I want to be able to contact someone at Virgin not other customers.

    @virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

    @virginmedia sorry your code of practice means nothing to virgin media they have broke their own policy so whats the point in reading it ? how long does it take for a manager to ring a customer back ? why does eveyone lie and say all managers are in meetings?

    @virginmedia Am I able to liaise with someone in customer service over email instead then? If so, what's the email address? If I don't contact them before tomorrow the delivery will go ahead as schedule but I won't be in to receive the router so I do need to rearrange that today

    I’ve not had to deal very much with @virginmedia Customer Services during my time as a customer, however, now that I am moving and (regrettably) not taking my services with me, I’m being cheated out of money because I was misinformed by one of their colleagues over the phone.

    And when I’ve raised a complaint, I’ve been told it’s been resolved with exactly the same outcome as before. That is not a resolution in the slightest. @virginmedia should better manage their Customer Services agents who continuously misinform and lie to customers.
