    Shocking customer service from @virginmedia this week for mobile account setup for my son. Didn’t port his number over on Monday as promised & then agent hung up on me when I rang today to complain. I wasn’t abusive and I didn’t shout, but I do expect my complaint to be taken

Actually just found out you can get SkyQ if you call them. But point is their customer care is no better than Virgin now.

    @virginmedia @CliveR39 I still think it is not a technical issue but some sort of contractual issue between Sky and Virgin. Next step will be ‘technical issue’ logging on to Sky sports as a VM customer.

    Hi @virginmedia so after a few years with yous it's time to say bye. Rang yesterday about my contract and it was going to jump from £86 to £161. After speaking to someone else they got it to £86.50. A new customer gets a better deal. Looks like I'm going to @SkyUK
