@virginmedia Hi. I had no internet etc & was told to book appointment. Did so/booked day off work. @virginmedia then cancelled the appt/problem was fixed remotely. No-one bothered telling me & then denied cancelling! I sent an invoice for my day's hols. Then received mystery letter... And?

You could absolutely not make this **** up. Had perfect internet for 2 - 3 months after months of terrible service with virgin. Extended my contract two days ago with a new package. To now find out I'm receiving over 700ms ping. Making stream absolutely impossible. @virginmedia
