    @virginmedia I'm not sure why, but our Internet and TV aren't currently working! No email to say work is being done. Online even says there's no issue which there clearly is. Area is LE2

    Managed to finally pay @virginmedia off and get rid of them for good. Absolute shysters and the worst customer service you’ll ever be unlucky enough to encounter. You won’t see me again unless things drastically improve.

    @Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow

    @virginmedia @VMO2News please with pay for someone capable to fix your custom super hub firmware or get rid of it! Hub5 won’t release IP addressed and your middle ware completely messes up Wi-Fi naming and password changes (even the first use one which isn’t even a change)

    @virginmedia I know I recently extended my broadband contract with you but the service is abysmal and the customer service even worse. Can I cancel please and I will go back to Sky.

    @virginmedia constant problems with broadband over past few weeks, still not up to 500mb speed I should be. Calls to your call centre are pointless and no promised calls back received!

    Shocking customer service from @virginmedia this week for mobile account setup for my son. Didn’t port his number over on Monday as promised & then agent hung up on me when I rang today to complain. I wasn’t abusive and I didn’t shout, but I do expect my complaint to be taken

    Help @virginmedia - you tell me to upgrade online but It says I can't! Half of your help pages go to an error page and sorry the rest of us are running customer care services during COVID! I want to self serve but can't and you expect me to stay on the phone for an hour!

    @virginmedia 1hr 50mins on the phone, mostly on hold, spoken to 4 people, 3 of which bairly spoke english and still no further forward, website not helpful either. Worst service I've ever experienced. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia it’s even worse, after binning watching on 360 as it’s beyond rubbish, tried to control via my phone but then wouldn’t let me back in on the so called 360 control and now the volume is all over the place. Such a **** service

    @virginmedia You have the worst customer care ive ever dealt with. Absolute shambles. Ive spoken to 4 people now to cancel my already expired contract and none of them can do it, and seems youve put me onto another contract over double what my last one was. Awful company.

    @virginmedia yeah did that. it says all fine. no issues .... yet a quick scan of social media ( not using virgin broadband obviously, reveals there's an outage in my area .... perhaps you should move your status checker to another provider? It's going to 24 hours apparently. great service
