@virginmedia So no fault number then? Reference number, whatever you call it. How can I be certain you’re even working on the issue right now when you just won’t provide any useful information?
-
@TheReckoning
(@TheReckoningC19) reported
@virginmedia How do you cancel if there is no human way to speak to anyone and the message service is crap. Been 1hr at least trying to get this resolved via message link and no one came back to cancel. It’s a real joke that you send emails but there is no way on earth I can cancel online.

@virginmedia @Lechamp24131474 I just want honesty. If you had said yesterday that the outage would be up to 48hrs I could’ve tried to sort out an alternative. Instead you keep giving times later in the day that it’ll be fixed, only for it not to happen. You’re now saying 7pm this eve. It seems very doubtful.

-
Will
(@JesterinBlack) reported
@virginmedia It states that the refund is only issued if services are unavailable for 48hrs AFTER clicking to report an outage; I'm pretty sure this isn't what the automated process set out of the regulator is...
