    @virginmedia Internet is down but this is a common occurrence. Our phone line hasn’t worked since installed in April so got used to the poor service by now

    @virginmedia Seems OK now. It was Prime Video that was the problem. I think they couldn't handle all the football live streaming very well, and something had to give. Thanks 👍

    @virginmedia because of virgin media disconnecting us from broadband am missing out all on demand catch up tv on my sky q box and another thing is am paying for all that so money down the drain.

    @virginmedia you are an absolute disgrace of a company with simply the worst customer service I have ever encountered. You have disconnected my service and after numerous calls and promises over 4 days I still have no service. Pathetic!

    @virginmedia I have continually been passed around departments. This morning it was sales that told me they would have me back on this afternoon. I can never get back to the same department through your automated system and I don’t have any numbers for contacting you directly.

    Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

    Nearly 2 hours on the phone to #virginmedia no1 wants to help. Getting 2mbps for a 200mbps plan. If I paid 1% of the bill am sure they’d find a issue then! #useless

    @virginmedia Just done it and cut off after being put through to manager after 20 minute call. Today you had the gall to bill me for changing my service when you incompetents were the ones that cut me off. Your customer service system is pathetic as well @Ofcom

    @virginmedia I was speaking to a chat agent a few weeks ago about how we need to cut back on outgoings and they offered a reduced price which we are yet to sort. I am sorry but we cannot afford £80+ a month. As we are out of contract what can I do/how much notice do I need to cancel?

    Oh @virginmedia, what are we to do? You say you are giving 12 new FREE channels. Just 2 days later, you say my bill is going up by nearly 17% a month and that you have upped my broadband speed (even though I never asked for it or want it). I think we are done.
