    @om_riff @RICHEYHELL We have **** all 4g coverage here too unless you stand in the front bedroom with your arm out the window. Our virgin media is either on & working well or down for half a day while they 'upgrade the network' 🤔

    Shocking customer service from @virginmedia this week for mobile account setup for my son. Didn’t port his number over on Monday as promised & then agent hung up on me when I rang today to complain. I wasn’t abusive and I didn’t shout, but I do expect my complaint to be taken

    Managed to finally pay @virginmedia off and get rid of them for good. Absolute shysters and the worst customer service you’ll ever be unlucky enough to encounter. You won’t see me again unless things drastically improve.

    Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

    @Jess_Guth @virginmedia Trying to get away from them is so difficult. They wouldn’t let me transfer my landline number and then charged me for keeping it open! You’ll never manage to speak to anyone either…not unless you’re paying a bill of course.

    @virginmedia So let’s think about this, I have a hub, it’s in one room, I have numerous appliances which run of Wifi, which are portable ie can be used everywhere, but you feel I should only use wired device! Not really selling your service well are you!

    @virginmedia Yes, I am. Unfortunately, this unreliability has been standard for the past two or three months. I've spent many hours waiting for, or speaking with, your technical support. I had been assured I would be compensated for the unstable service. I was offered £10 total.

    @virginmedia There are known issues for the 3rd day of the last 8 days. And I have poor coverage even when WiFi working. Your service is appalling. Was advised to upgrade & get booster pods - they’re not in stock. Chat facility on ur website is useless. Great service 👏
