@virginmedia @vmbusiness why does my RTC internet connection disconnect every hour and connect 10 seconds later? It’s been happening for weeks, every hour it will go down for 10 seconds then reconnect??!?!? It’s problematic for my work!

  • robhollanduk
Rob Holland ⚽️🏐 (@robhollanduk) reported from West Bridgford, England

Shocking customer service from @virginmedia this week for mobile account setup for my son. Didn’t port his number over on Monday as promised & then agent hung up on me when I rang today to complain. I wasn’t abusive and I didn’t shout, but I do expect my complaint to be taken

  • juanfelipe1
John Wright (@juanfelipe1) reported from Leicestershire, England

@simonnread @virginmedia I'm looking at the new Sky Stream service that starts on 18th October combined with Three 5G broadband. Both offer rolling 1 month contracts

@virginmedia Yes, your phone operators speak poor English and you have closed your shops so I can no longer go in and physically hold a phone!

Michael Sumner (@sumnersport1) reported from Grantham, England

@virginmedia do you have an issues with the Internet in the grantham Area? Keeps dropping out in and out and the kids are having a meltdown because fortnite keeps going off!

  • juanfelipe1
John Wright (@juanfelipe1) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia Or you could invite your customers to get in touch when out of contract or you could even tell us what deals are on offer to help us stay. I suspect you don't because you realise that inertia effects are high when it comes to changing broadband packages.

  • KevinRenshaw5
Kevin Renshaw 💙 (@KevinRenshaw5) reported from Quorn, England

And @virginmedia has gone down yet again. TV and WiFi. Unbelievably ****!

  • MatthewWalne
Matthew Walne MCSI (@MatthewWalne) reported from Mountsorrel, England

@virginmedia The text service is a bot so doesn’t understand what I want. I don’t understand how posting on a community forum will help me order wifi pods. I’ve posted but just get replies from other members. I want to be able to contact someone at Virgin not other customers.

  • Dog_in_a_hat
Wayne™ (@Dog_in_a_hat) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia So let’s think about this, I have a hub, it’s in one room, I have numerous appliances which run of Wifi, which are portable ie can be used everywhere, but you feel I should only use wired device! Not really selling your service well are you!

  • robhollanduk
Rob Holland ⚽️ ☮️ (@robhollanduk) reported from West Bridgford, England

@Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow

  • nghudson
Nigel Hudson (@nghudson) reported from West Bridgford, England

Managed to finally pay @virginmedia off and get rid of them for good. Absolute shysters and the worst customer service you’ll ever be unlucky enough to encounter. You won’t see me again unless things drastically improve.

  • _Noumaan_
Noumaan Abubakar (@_Noumaan_) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia Is it possible to speak to someone over the phone as at the moment I'm not confident with the move being a smooth one. I'm promised call backs which never happen etc

  • lizdixon77
Liz (@lizdixon77) reported from Mountsorrel, England

@virginmedia Have done it both ways. It isn’t just the speed it is dropping out completely for long periods of time and the staff in your call centres are if no help unless you want to buy a new service and you do not get promised calls back.

  • MatthewWalne
Matthew Walne MCSI (@MatthewWalne) reported from Mountsorrel, England

@virginmedia you have left my 71 year old mother without internet and TV since 18th July due to a “problem in the area” and now you’re saying it won’t be fixed until 31st July? Two whole weeks you’ve left an elderly person completely isolated with no form of entertainment.

  • geminicat7
    Jan (@geminicat7) reported

🛜 I’m safely back from the dentist’s 😷 (only a 6 monthly check-up and all was well) but now our internet is down and not likely to be resolved until 17:30! @virginmedia 👋 I can’t afford to use up all my mobile data chatting on social media so I’ll see you when if it’s sorted!

Virgin Media? Hi tech? Can't resolve a 4 day old broadband problem. Piss poor service. Piss poor communication. Said I'd get email updates but I can't log in to Virgin email. Chancers.

  • GeordieNeilo

  • stew187511
    ste (@stew187511) reported

@virginmedia I need some help with my account, recently moved house and had new WiFi installed and your trying to charge me £103 just for WiFi? Not having it

  • thedazdanks
    Darren Danks (@thedazdanks) reported

@virginmedia I’m sure I’m not the only one who doesn’t have their phone next to their hub. What if an elderly customer has phone and hub in separate rooms but need the phone as part of their care and wellbeing. Would your advice still be to just move one of them?
