1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@virginmedia - you need to up your game! my experience today: terrible customer service and head-in-the-sand about some real issues affecting several 🏘 along the road (area ref 30). I really doubt the 99.96% uptime and 200Mbps* (*conditions apply) is even close to real world.

@virginmedia I have continually been passed around departments. This morning it was sales that told me they would have me back on this afternoon. I can never get back to the same department through your automated system and I don’t have any numbers for contacting you directly.

Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

@JConcreteABH @virginmedia One of the reasons I dropped VM. Was paying for 200mb and only got 40 at best. Signal dropped so often but always told to reboot modem even after trying to. Got slower set up now but at least it works when I want it and not at their whim. Rant over.

@virginmedia Often get “internet unavailable” and phone line hasn’t worked since we moved over from Sky. Fair to say unless it gets sorted soon I will be going back to Sky snd getting a refund for having no working phoneline. Been a terrible experience.

@virginmedia I don’t know what the issue is but trying to work from home without Broadband that is supposed to be better than Sky isn’t helpful. No one seems bothered about the phone line either!

As the screenshot shows, they are now trying to charge me £292.52 to end the service. I am reporting this to OFCOM but presumably fraud like this is a criminal offence and should also be prosecuted in court? @virginmedia which authority should I ask to prosecute you for this?

@virginmedia No still got no broadband, apparently there’s an issue in the area although online it says there are no issues and all the neighbours I’ve asked also have no issues. Spoke to someone who booked an engineer for Monday then had a text to say this has been put on hold 😱
