    @virginmedia No you can’t fair comment however what you can do is go back to your bosses and tell them that multiple customers of yours are unhappy with the current state of the level of customer service your company is providing....inaccessible, inadequate and sometimes simply not there 1/2

    @virginmedia my mum’s landline has a fault - no dialling tone. She’s been on hold but can’t get through to a human to report it. We have both tried to report it via her online account but cannot access it. And yes she has wiggled her sockets! Help!

    @virginmedia 2/2......and it isn’t your fault you work within the restrictions given to you but from a customer point of view VM doesn’t seem to have made any effort to address this......I’m sure the customer service operatives are trying their best but feel they are also being let down

    @virginmedia I am a very disappointed customer I was on hold for 15 mins finally spoke to a advisor on the retention team who placed me on hold and then the call dropped on hold again now and it’s been 30mins and no answer 😔

    Just used my mobile phone to telephone my Virgin Media landline. Apparently, I'm unavailable, despite being in the same room, and the landline has no dial tone. At least the service status reassures me all is well.

    @keerti_007 One of the key things I try to impart is the old axiom that brand doesn't stop at marketing copy and design. That experience of customer service should be informed and driven by values rather than dictated by a call centre manager's KPIs (c.f. Virgin Media et al).

    @BriSmithy @virginmedia I find. Good back up is a huewai router (about £100) with a £20 mo unlimited data subscription. Often better performance than Virgin, works when they dont and you can take on UK holidays and not worry about wifi issues as long as you have mobile coverage.

    @virginmedia We had nothing between 11.30 and about 6.30 yesterday. It’s okay again now. The phone number you gave me was very helpful but it would be nice to know what the problem was.
