@virginmedia PC is Ethernet into Superhub3 but laptop is WiFi. It’s broadband going down completely not just WiFi. This has been ongoing for several weeks albeit not this bad. Kind of lived with it until today

@virginmedia 1hr 50mins on the phone, mostly on hold, spoken to 4 people, 3 of which bairly spoke english and still no further forward, website not helpful either. Worst service I've ever experienced. @Ofcom

@virginmedia The text service is a bot so doesn’t understand what I want. I don’t understand how posting on a community forum will help me order wifi pods. I’ve posted but just get replies from other members. I want to be able to contact someone at Virgin not other customers.

@virginmedia Hi. There’s no fault recorded in the area and I have run diagnostics which came back ok. Third outage today this one has been off for 15 minutes so far. Obviously rebooted hub and PC. This is becoming more frequent

@virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

@virginmedia Now I’m out of contract, the portal works again, but it’s still £25/mth more expensive to get tv with you than it is for the same package with Sky. Multiple chat agents tried to help, but each one offered a more expensive price than the last for the same product

@virginmedia Well I had no service for 3pm till 2am yesterday the checker did you are tracking the issue... why were we not informed that there was an issue that had to be resolved until my service was down???? Also I had no TV and No Internet and I have a 5yr old.... (Do the Math) not cool😞
