  • ChrisMaltby
Chris Maltby (@ChrisMaltby) reported from West Bridgford, England

@virginmedia The reboot only works until it goes down again so it doesn’t really ‘work’. Anyway, I spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday and they’re sending me a new router, hopefully that will sort the problem out. Cheers

  • MatthewWalne
Matthew Walne MCSI (@MatthewWalne) reported from Mountsorrel, England

@virginmedia The text service is a bot so doesn’t understand what I want. I don’t understand how posting on a community forum will help me order wifi pods. I’ve posted but just get replies from other members. I want to be able to contact someone at Virgin not other customers.

  • RobertRixon
Robert Rixon (@RobertRixon) reported from Mountsorrel, England

@virginmedia what is going on with your pitiful excuse for Internet connectivity in LE7. It hasn't been working since midnight, it distill doesn't work. Good job we're leaving you next month for a reliable supplier. #nointernetagain

  • nghudson
Nigel Hudson (@nghudson) reported from West Bridgford, England

Managed to finally pay @virginmedia off and get rid of them for good. Absolute shysters and the worst customer service you’ll ever be unlucky enough to encounter. You won’t see me again unless things drastically improve.

  • ChrisMaltby
Chris Maltby (@ChrisMaltby) reported from West Bridgford, England

@virginmedia Hi. There’s no fault recorded in the area and I have run diagnostics which came back ok. Third outage today this one has been off for 15 minutes so far. Obviously rebooted hub and PC. This is becoming more frequent

Shocking customer service from @virginmedia this week for mobile account setup for my son. Didn’t port his number over on Monday as promised & then agent hung up on me when I rang today to complain. I wasn’t abusive and I didn’t shout, but I do expect my complaint to be taken

  • DazCarson68

  • michaeltruefitt
Michael Truefitt (@michaeltruefitt) reported from Chadwell, England

@virginmedia Are you planning on giving all your customers a discount for your constant broadband issues and not delivering what people are paying for? I see it was fixed earlier but it’s gone down once again in the last hour. It seems to be a daily occurrence now.

  • im_raj16
Meghraj (@im_raj16) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia It’s the same plz help me or plz disconnect the service I give up.

  • jonathansc
Jonathan SC ن Esq. (@jonathansc) reported from Wilford, England

@virginmedia Because you never supply any detail - how do we know this? You need to be more transparent with your customers to give us confidence

  • MatthewWalne
Matthew Walne MCSI (@MatthewWalne) reported from Mountsorrel, England

@virginmedia I’ve re-run the tests and still recommending I get a booster but still no idea how I go about ordering one. Can someone help rather than me going around in circles again please?

  • juanfelipe1
John Wright (@juanfelipe1) reported from Leicestershire, England

@simonnread @virginmedia I'm having the same issue. For the period of lockdown I could broadly rely on the signal to my home office. The last 2/3 months I haven't and I am constantly having to tether my mobile at my expense. The router hasn't moved and neither has my office. The service has just worsened

The judge found there was insufficient evidence to support the claims and said there was a possibility the reporting came from legitimate sources. The £9.5 million payment must be made by August 28. @tilalx @virginmedia It is. And nobody seems to have any information about what (if anything) is actually being done about the issue in our area

  • lazylazydude

@virginmedia I don’t think you get it. When I say multiple calls, I mean daily. I’ve told your customer service not to contact me. They said they’d make a note and wouldn’t, then called the next day anyway. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.

  • doozerlyn
    doozerlyn (@doozerlyn) reported

@virginmedia Why are you fixing everyone's red button issue on 28th August?? Mine says its going to be done at 1008 hours that day??? All engineers off till then or something else???
