@virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

@virginmedia I’ve had to call you in the past week 150 & you had to reset the router ... I shouldn’t need to do this! It’s your responsibility to ensure I have the service I pay (a lot) for!!!

@virginmedia Called earlier to switch to new deal & also raised consistent internet issues (dropping, router restarting). I’ve done resets, split 2.4G, moved router, checked for dead spots etc; no luck. Think Wifi issue (Ethernet fine) can I get a Hub 4 replacement (currently 3)?
