    @virginmedia Seems OK now. It was Prime Video that was the problem. I think they couldn't handle all the football live streaming very well, and something had to give. Thanks 👍

    @Aarrontongue1 @primevideosport No. Virgin Media. Not had any issues like this before. Fortunately I'll be at the Leicester v Liverpool game tonight so I won't need to put up with pixelation/buffering. Stupid time for a Boxing Day game though!

    @virginmedia No issues reported. A reboot of the hub seems to do the trick however it’s an inconvenience doing that 4-5 times a day.

    @virginmedia Just done it and cut off after being put through to manager after 20 minute call. Today you had the gall to bill me for changing my service when you incompetents were the ones that cut me off. Your customer service system is pathetic as well @Ofcom

    @virginmedia I have continually been passed around departments. This morning it was sales that told me they would have me back on this afternoon. I can never get back to the same department through your automated system and I don’t have any numbers for contacting you directly.

    @virginmedia you are an absolute disgrace of a company with simply the worst customer service I have ever encountered. You have disconnected my service and after numerous calls and promises over 4 days I still have no service. Pathetic!

    @virginmedia Often get “internet unavailable” and phone line hasn’t worked since we moved over from Sky. Fair to say unless it gets sorted soon I will be going back to Sky snd getting a refund for having no working phoneline. Been a terrible experience.

    @virginmedia I don’t know what the issue is but trying to work from home without Broadband that is supposed to be better than Sky isn’t helpful. No one seems bothered about the phone line either!

    Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

    50 mins talking to an engineer who then couldn't connect the new box and now have to have an engineer come out to sort it @virginmedia you need to get your customer service sorted

    @virginmedia Yes spoke to them and they said I should buy a signal extender which would cost me £40 or I could apply for the pod thing you do which is still going to cost me more money. I don’t see why I should pay more money for the signal to reach upstairs. My house isn’t huge

    @virginmedia Not at the moment. I accessed my Hub 3 settings online and the diagnostic tool indicated that there was a WiFi issue. I had to reboot the hub last night and re enter WiFi passwords on some of my devices too.

    I can be in the middle of a meeting and silence my @virginmedia broadband will just disconnect whenever it feels like! It is the most inconvenient service ever.

    @Haribowkid @virginmedia @ShivFPS Thanks a lot for your reply. I recently moved into new house so 4 months into 18 month contract so it will cost a fortune to leave. The packet loss has been horrific right from the start and seems to be getting worse. BT was so much better I never got packet loss. So annoying

    @virginmedia Dear @virginmedia .Have called many times and spoken to many people. Spent hours on phone on hold to many depts. Fact-i moved on 12th Feb and notified you & received Confirmation on 13th Deb. Fact-Still have no services installed at new address. Fact-TERRIBLE service continues.
