    Hey @virginmedia what is the point in an app to check service status and report faults which doesn't work unless its connected to your services? Every time your connection goes (frequent lately) the app refuses to work until its on a VM connection.

    Virgin Media - when you do planned maintenance to your internet service how about doing it in the early hours rather than between 9 AM and 3 PM on weekday. That way you cause less disruption to your customers. Ta. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I’m not really able to call due to a disability hence tweeting and trying to use the contact link in the email 😞. Just don’t want someone having a wasted trip to my house. If I rebook will it not auto cancel the current one? Is there a time limit after which I get penalised?
