Nearly 2 hours on the phone to #virginmedia no1 wants to help. Getting 2mbps for a 200mbps plan. If I paid 1% of the bill am sure they’d find a issue then! #useless

@emerald1910 I cancelled virgin media last week because it jumped from 31 - 37 pounds. The guy on phone in UK could only offer 41.00 I only had land line and internet, but never used landline. I spoke online this evening and got it for 25. I have to pay 80 odd pounds first! 🤷
