Hey @virginmedia what is the point in an app to check service status and report faults which doesn't work unless its connected to your services? Every time your connection goes (frequent lately) the app refuses to work until its on a VM connection.

Virgin Media - when you do planned maintenance to your internet service how about doing it in the early hours rather than between 9 AM and 3 PM on weekday. That way you cause less disruption to your customers. Ta. @virginmedia
