Letters ignored, hours spent on hold with no resolutions just empty apologies. Its the worst customer service ive ever experience.

    @virginmedia The PS4 is about 6ft away from the router but someone at Sony said it was probably a problem with the VM router. Unsure how accurate this is but my speed was fluctuating between 16Mb/s and 60Mb/s with my Sky Q box as well

    @virginmedia really disappointed with the level of service we have had of late. Service costs have increased but the latest issue is we have had no TV or internet since 9pm and being told it will tske until at least 4pm to get resolved. Its really not good enough.
