@virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

@Jb_radley @virginmedia When you pay, you deserve the service you pay for. I've been with loads of ISPs, never Virgin. Had some outages here and there but if I went through what Virgin users are going through, it's an immediate switch and legal action for breach of contract. Virgin are too inept.
