@virginmedia Yes I did. They gave no reference number, but said I could call back if they never called me...nice...but no number or reference. Angelo in your call centre has all details. It was carried out by a third party of your sub contractor.

@virginmedia Because this internet I pay for with blood doesn’t work I’ve got to wait till Tuesday for an engineer and I’ve waiting months to watch the Indy500 and Monaco GP. I paid MONEY to watch them. And can I speak to a British call centre and get customer relations. Can I hell!!!

@ballerz223 @virginmedia It doesn't happen that much on that scale for that duration to ALL suppliers -- I see Virgin reporting problems relatively often but they play a good game with PR and customer appeasement. The serious players deliver more robust services and have fewer/lesser outages & problems.
