@virginmedia Okay, so on Thursday we were told to cancel the order and reorder it. We’ve done that so that we could pick it up today and have heard nothing about the delivery. Also, the person we spoke to over the phone on Thursday called us liars over the price we paid.

@virginmedia Thanks but I did option 4 "make changes" then next was only 4 options. 4th option was "thinking of leaving" which I selected, but lines are very busy apparently. It would have been nice for the person dealing with my complaint to give me a direct number to resolve quickly.

@virginmedia Sat waiting for my third visit from a Virgin Media engineer. Hasn’t turned up. Because this is a high level complaint I was supposed to be priority. Also was supposed to have a phone call from a manager today. Also didn’t happen. 😡

@virginmedia I’m having no joy with my connection. I work from home too. I will ring up and cancel in the morning and get a refund on my phone line that hasn’t yet worked too. Had a letter to say increasing price by £3.50 a month too, 6 months into a contract!

@virginmedia Even my wife and kids are complaining about how bad our internet is! Basically been sold a duff service. Phone hasn’t worked since we ported our number over in April. Just glad we didn’t go for the TV option.

@virginmedia I was also without a broadband connection for those 14 days, as it was impossible to set one up without an engineer visit at additional cost which, again, is contrary to what I was told when I signed up for the package. At no point have I received either service.

@virginmedia I did not cancel within the 14 day cooling off period, as I spent those 14 days waiting for the SIM card to arrive and the service to start. When it did not, and I was finally able to establish no account had been made with O2, I cancelled the service.

Virgin media still says there is nothing wrong with the TV box yet I am still not receiving any TV channels and my barrister came to the house and I showed him all the connections are plugged him and still no TV service see you in the high court
