    @virginmedia can you tell me how I go about cancelling my Virgin broadband please? I agree that you may have the fastest broadband, but only when it works. I have had very intermittent service for six months so I'll find a broadband company that is consistent.

    @Jackoswhorld @virginmedia All VM customers are receiving them now based on my observations. #VirginMedia won't lift a finger to resolve the problem. It's clear to me that the Virgin Media customer account database has recently been stolen. They could easily block the spam on the mail servers.

    @virginmedia Since being advised by Virgin to upgrade our internet, it has been even worse. We are paying nearly £100pm for something that just isn't up to the job. We are working from home and it is causing increasing problems at work and for GCSE schooling.
