@virginmedia @vmbusiness why does my RTC internet connection disconnect every hour and connect 10 seconds later? It’s been happening for weeks, every hour it will go down for 10 seconds then reconnect??!?!? It’s problematic for my work!

@dannyboy71 @skytv Good luck with that Dan @virginmedia without doubt the worse company I’ve ever had to deal with. Absolute shambles of a company who don’t give a flying toss about customer service. Can’t even be arsed to respond even if u put a complaint in writing.

@virginmedia Always seems to come back after a router reboot. Maybe you could send me a new one, see if that resolves the issue?

@virginmedia Have done it both ways. It isn’t just the speed it is dropping out completely for long periods of time and the staff in your call centres are if no help unless you want to buy a new service and you do not get promised calls back.

@virginmedia So let’s think about this, I have a hub, it’s in one room, I have numerous appliances which run of Wifi, which are portable ie can be used everywhere, but you feel I should only use wired device! Not really selling your service well are you!

@virginmedia constant problems with broadband over past few weeks, still not up to 500mb speed I should be. Calls to your call centre are pointless and no promised calls back received!

Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

@virginmedia Why would I run a wired speed test when I have no wired appliances? I pay for a wifi service...

@virginmedia The reboot only works until it goes down again so it doesn’t really ‘work’. Anyway, I spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday and they’re sending me a new router, hopefully that will sort the problem out. Cheers

@virginmedia Would also like to state on agreeing to contract was only told I MAY have to pay an ETF - at no point was I pointed in the direction of this information. You shouldn't charge customers because YOU can't fulfil your service due to an address change. Especially during a pandemic!

@virginmedia the service I have received from yourselves over the past 2 months has been awful. No one seems bothered that my equipment caught fire and I have to pay for a replacement!

@virginmedia If you look at the photos I sent earlier you can see from the timeliness that breaches occurred after being told the number would be removed. Furthermore the number was associate with an account I had over 10 years ago and should never have been transferred in the first place.

@virginmedia It about moving house. As Virgin is unavailable at the new residence and the move is only temporary I was told in two separate calls that I could ‘freeze’ my account and now it’s come to it it seems that I have to keep paying whilst not receiving any service or buy myself out!
