-
Amanda (@imageprincess) reported from West Bridgford, EnglandHelp @virginmedia - you tell me to upgrade online but It says I can't! Half of your help pages go to an error page and sorry the rest of us are running customer care services during COVID! I want to self serve but can't and you expect me to stay on the phone for an hour!
-
High End Chauffeurs of leicester (@HarjitDosanjh8) reported from Thurnby, England@virginmedia 5 days no internet, promises of 24 hours it will be running, then told a little maintenance, yesterday at 9:30am we were told in 9 hours you will get a call guaranteed (didn’t happen). Nigel Hudson (@nghudson) reported from West Bridgford, EnglandManaged to finally pay @virginmedia off and get rid of them for good. Absolute shysters and the worst customer service you’ll ever be unlucky enough to encounter. You won’t see me again unless things drastically improve.
-
Chris Maltby (@ChrisMaltby) reported from West Bridgford, England@virginmedia Awful service today, WiFi up and down. Always in the middle of important calls!
-
Nigel Hudson (@nghudson) reported from West Bridgford, EnglandGoodbye @virginmedia 👋🏻 I’d like to say it was fun but you’re over-priced and your customer service is crap.
-
Yv (@yogi7592) reported from Leicestershire, England@virginmedia been on live chat hold for nearly 30 minutes and it’s still saying 45 minutes wait as it did at the start. Not very good customer service since pandemic.
-
Jonathan SC ن Esq. (@jonathansc) reported from Wilford, England@virginmedia To seem to pick live football for your outages - is this a coincidence ? As you understand by frustration - what are you doing to reduce the frequency of loss of service ?
-
Chloë Pritchard (@sewychloe) reported from Leicestershire, England@virginmedia my mum’s landline has a fault - no dialling tone. She’s been on hold but can’t get through to a human to report it. We have both tried to report it via her online account but cannot access it. And yes she has wiggled her sockets! Help!
-
Liz (@lizdixon77) reported from Mountsorrel, England@virginmedia Have done it both ways. It isn’t just the speed it is dropping out completely for long periods of time and the staff in your call centres are if no help unless you want to buy a new service and you do not get promised calls back.

-
Michael Truefitt (@michaeltruefitt) reported from Chadwell, England@virginmedia Are you planning on giving all your customers a discount for your constant broadband issues and not delivering what people are paying for? I see it was fixed earlier but it’s gone down once again in the last hour. It seems to be a daily occurrence now.
-
Tim Dawson (@timdnottingham) reported from Leicestershire, England@virginmedia help! I dropped my virgin TV remote in my drunk and now it won't work! What do I need to to do to get a new one?

-
John Wright (@juanfelipe1) reported from Leicestershire, England@virginmedia Or you could invite your customers to get in touch when out of contract or you could even tell us what deals are on offer to help us stay. I suspect you don't because you realise that inertia effects are high when it comes to changing broadband packages.
-
Nick Fitzsimons (@NickFitz) reported from Leicestershire, England@PreetBharara @ZellaQuixote Around 2009 or 2010. I had a computer with a modem that could send faxes that was just about working, and I had to get @virginmedia to send an engineer out to fix my landline. The landline broke again a month or two later and hasn’t worked since, though they still bill me for it.
-

-
Manraj (@Manraj_Virkk) reported from Leicestershire, England@virginmedia why does my wifi keep cutting out every 15 mins for about 2 mins then come back? Not great when I work from home and my meetings cut out midway through…

Id raise to the issue to ofcom, make sure Virginmedia keep to the extended time frame and provide full compensation and refund for the lost TV access
-
Dianaaaa (@Dianaaaa_91) reportedInternet went down at 9pm last night. @virginmedia you’re estimating to be back up at 5:08pm today…. My partner wfh how is he supposed to do his job? No information on the app just “an issue in the area” can someone check on this please? It’s only been a week since it fixed.
-

LYNCHY BHOY 🍀 🏴🇮🇪 (@GLEZGAHS_G_N_W) reported@virginmedia @heid_the_baw_ You ain’t sorry yer robbing bastards , existing customers get pumped silly for a shite service , and can’t even get some one to talk to in this country , just a **** mob to deal with let’s be honest
-
Kaiser Soothsays (@_SonOfTheDesert) reported@virginmedia No. Because it’ll end up as a hard reset and we’ll lose all our recorded stuff. When are you going to bring out a box that saves content to the cloud? That way, there’d be no issue.
-
Pete (@PeteNCFC1862) reported@Derek959Derek @RayJones34 All the big 3 providers do it via the Good Things Foundation, apart from EE and BT who have there own arrangements for helping with data poverty. These help people on benefits so official status and a NI number is needed . Virgin Media O2 Vodaphone 3 do it via Databank .
-
Craig Sutton (@CraigSu66242369) reported@virginmedia @alexand979677 Customers shouldn't have to compromise. We have all paid for a service which we are currently not getting. It's a disgrace really considering the cost. Maybe time for a change.
-
Tilal Manzoor (@tilalx) reported@virginmedia Another day, another excuse from your service team. I message them and they have say nobody is coming: "I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused. As I checked, the appointment was not attended due to technician unavailability."
-
Andrea Cook 🧷 💙 (@F3Lollipops) reported@virginmedia we've had CS2004 on all channels since yesterday. I spent a long time in a live chat last night & was assured it would be fixed by 11pm last night but it's not. This is unacceptable. At what point do you compensate for not providing the service for which you're paid?
