Nearly 2 hours on the phone to #virginmedia no1 wants to help. Getting 2mbps for a 200mbps plan. If I paid 1% of the bill am sure they’d find a issue then! #useless

@Hippiepig @JamesTurner37 @virginmedia The roll out of 5G and "fast internet" has been a long way short of spectacular, one of the problems is they don't know how many lines are being used, so you look at a telegraph pole see a hundred wires but 50% aren't being used, they just don't know what capacity they have

@virginmedia my recent bill has just come in.. pretty shocked to see a £13.72 charge for calling yourselves from a virgin landline for a 66min phone call considering being on hold for 45 minutes before speaking to anyone , penalised for contacting yourselves🤯, terrible service
