    Nearly 2 hours on the phone to #virginmedia no1 wants to help. Getting 2mbps for a 200mbps plan. If I paid 1% of the bill am sure they’d find a issue then! #useless

    @virginmedia Internet is down but this is a common occurrence. Our phone line hasn’t worked since installed in April so got used to the poor service by now

    @virginmedia No error codes, no local service issues either. The box appears to have latency issues, then goes off. This is happening two or three times a day. I have already restsrted and reset both boxes numerous times but it is still happening

    @virginmedia Nope. All I want to do is speak to someone I can get my broadband package upgraded but having tried phone, webchat, email, Twitter and text I just end up in queues that never get answered. Can't somebody just arrange to contact me to get it sorted?
