    @virginmedia 2/2......and it isn’t your fault you work within the restrictions given to you but from a customer point of view VM doesn’t seem to have made any effort to address this......I’m sure the customer service operatives are trying their best but feel they are also being let down

    @virginmedia No you can’t fair comment however what you can do is go back to your bosses and tell them that multiple customers of yours are unhappy with the current state of the level of customer service your company is providing....inaccessible, inadequate and sometimes simply not there 1/2

    @virginmedia It’s an issue with the broadband, kept getting passed back and forth between departments until eventually one of the colleagues dropped the call. I managed to get a manager on the phone in the end but it took way too long for what the problem actually was.

    Hello @virginmedia. Are there known problems showing TV in the Bristol area? Nothing on your status page. BBC4 (channel 107) is only showing a pixellated mess. All other channels seem fine. I have rebooted Tivo box, etc.

    @virginmedia You're literally creating an issue where there doesn't need to be one! All you need to do is register the hub.. if it works, you cancel the engineer... if it doesn't, the engineer still comes and checks the new hub and not the old one Pretty simple **** tbh.

    @virginmedia Hi. We have 2 Virgin Mobile phone contracts. Both suffering from the same issue. When we receive calls we can't hear the other line. Then have to make a second call and the line works. Both using different phones and happens from different contacts. Any known issues?
