@virginmedia Cancellation affected. Leaving your shoddy company on 3/8. A complete Waste of my time. How terribly disappointing that a company with your reputation and with whom I was a happy customer years ago has decended to this shambolic state.

@virginmedia No you can’t fair comment however what you can do is go back to your bosses and tell them that multiple customers of yours are unhappy with the current state of the level of customer service your company is providing....inaccessible, inadequate and sometimes simply not there 1/2

@virginmedia It’s an issue with the broadband, kept getting passed back and forth between departments until eventually one of the colleagues dropped the call. I managed to get a manager on the phone in the end but it took way too long for what the problem actually was.

@virginmedia 2/2......and it isn’t your fault you work within the restrictions given to you but from a customer point of view VM doesn’t seem to have made any effort to address this......I’m sure the customer service operatives are trying their best but feel they are also being let down

@virginmedia Absolutely awful service. No internet for 3 days. Had to bolt data on to allow homework to be done. Minimal pixelated TV due to service. When WiFi working only reaches two rooms. Keep putting date back for repairs. Never will I use again!

@virginmedia Very poor connection from broadband, at least 2 times a day it shuts off completely! when I run tests it says it’s fine but nothing connects because of how weak the signal is so when I call to try and sort it I get told to run the tests I’ve already done so nothing improves.

@virginmedia The only message I have been given is as follow's "This is impacting multiple customers in your area" & "This will cause intermittent speeds and performance may vary at times" but no estimated fix date.
