@virginmedia It’s an issue with the broadband, kept getting passed back and forth between departments until eventually one of the colleagues dropped the call. I managed to get a manager on the phone in the end but it took way too long for what the problem actually was.

@virginmedia super hub 3 is not so super anymore, more lights flashing than the Christmas tree and a WiFi range as long as my arm, been intermittent problems since Friday. No one answers your phones and I can’t access my account online 😡 #virginmedia #broadband Grrrrrrrr

@virginmedia No you can’t fair comment however what you can do is go back to your bosses and tell them that multiple customers of yours are unhappy with the current state of the level of customer service your company is providing....inaccessible, inadequate and sometimes simply not there 1/2

@virginmedia 2/2......and it isn’t your fault you work within the restrictions given to you but from a customer point of view VM doesn’t seem to have made any effort to address this......I’m sure the customer service operatives are trying their best but feel they are also being let down

@pmnola2 @virginmedia I had the same problem with Jon Slater he sold me @virginmedia broadband with an mse offer which was £28 per month including £50 amazon voucher (a lie they just credit your account) and he said he’d cover the Vodafone £49.80 cancellation fee another lie

@virginmedia I can now only assume you’re the worst company in history. Threatening emails because a customer has no option but to cancel Direct Debits when you can’t manage your end of an agreement is not on. Cutting off customers who are willing to resolve issues is disgusting

@virginmedia internet has been on and off since Saturday. I booked an engineer for Monday but you cancelled as you said the issue was fixed. It certainly isn’t! Service status says there is no issues in the area but when I do a hub test it says there is an issue in the area!!
