    @virginmedia 2/2......and it isn’t your fault you work within the restrictions given to you but from a customer point of view VM doesn’t seem to have made any effort to address this......I’m sure the customer service operatives are trying their best but feel they are also being let down

    @virginmedia No you can’t fair comment however what you can do is go back to your bosses and tell them that multiple customers of yours are unhappy with the current state of the level of customer service your company is providing....inaccessible, inadequate and sometimes simply not there 1/2

    @virginmedia @VMO2News please with pay for someone capable to fix your custom super hub firmware or get rid of it! Hub5 won’t release IP addressed and your middle ware completely messes up Wi-Fi naming and password changes (even the first use one which isn’t even a change)

    @virginmedia Should I call so that I can listen to scripted apologies after a 0.5hr wait on the phone, followed by extensive & unnecessary scripted testing of my equipment w/the end result being, “very sorry but there is nothing further I can do”. Yep, about sums up Virgin customer service

    @virginmedia As explained to your customer services team 21 times, my WiFi is intermittent. I am losing connection consistently. I also purchased a booster unit to fix your problem. Still intermittent. I have switched off, re-booted, re-set, re-connected every device. Still intermittent. HELP
