    @virginmedia Cancellation affected. Leaving your shoddy company on 3/8. A complete Waste of my time. How terribly disappointing that a company with your reputation and with whom I was a happy customer years ago has decended to this shambolic state.

    @virginmedia Sat waiting for my third visit from a Virgin Media engineer. Hasn’t turned up. Because this is a high level complaint I was supposed to be priority. Also was supposed to have a phone call from a manager today. Also didn’t happen. 😡

    @virginmedia It’s an issue with the broadband, kept getting passed back and forth between departments until eventually one of the colleagues dropped the call. I managed to get a manager on the phone in the end but it took way too long for what the problem actually was.

    @virginmedia He’s still fixing it: currently replacing the entire installation as it was done incorrectly 21 months ago. And yes, regarding a complaint that was raised.

    @virginmedia 1/2. Sadly it hasn’t solved the issue. I find myself again on a Saturday afternoon without Internet. I was going to use it to watch the champions league final with my now heartbroken 8 year old son!!! Technical team hung up on me!!! I’m appalled!!! Disgusting behaviour. ....

    @virginmedia super hub 3 is not so super anymore, more lights flashing than the Christmas tree and a WiFi range as long as my arm, been intermittent problems since Friday. No one answers your phones and I can’t access my account online 😡 #virginmedia #broadband Grrrrrrrr

    Our Virgin TiVo box kept turning itself on and off every 15 mins which was infuriating but I went Home -> Help & Settings -> Clear or Reset TiVo box (near the bottom) -> Restart the TiVo Box and we are 36 minutes without shutdown so far... 🤞 Is there a better fix @virginmedia?

    @virginmedia After spending nearly 6 hours on and off your call centre and online chat, I am still no closer to getting a Wi-Fi dongle to replace the broadband I have lost because you told Sky my service would be active today. I now have no broadband and no landline.

    @virginmedia I raised the issue when it first came up and was assured it would be rectified with a new plan drawn up for me which I accepted after I decided to quit. The billing was unjustified there was no noticeable improvement in the service provided.
