@virginmedia Sat waiting for my third visit from a Virgin Media engineer. Hasn’t turned up. Because this is a high level complaint I was supposed to be priority. Also was supposed to have a phone call from a manager today. Also didn’t happen. 😡

@virginmedia It’s an issue with the broadband, kept getting passed back and forth between departments until eventually one of the colleagues dropped the call. I managed to get a manager on the phone in the end but it took way too long for what the problem actually was.

@virginmedia Finally yes...only took days to be able to do. Doesn’t fix my internet, pay for my lost work or compensate for the many hours lost, the inability to watch the Champions League Final and Indy 500.

Terrible service from @virginmedia. No landline for last 6 days. Second time in a month (plus wifi outages). 2 engineer visits booked and then cancelled by @virginmedia. Complaint raised - email reply yesterday that issue has been resolved as visit now booked for 4/11/21 ?!

It’s been an issue with trying to get virgin services in our area. Had engineers out and promises were made and dates set. Dates cancelled kept/being moved and eventually just forgotten about having spent so much time getting things in motion to bring virgin media to our area
