@virginmedia 2/2......and it isn’t your fault you work within the restrictions given to you but from a customer point of view VM doesn’t seem to have made any effort to address this......I’m sure the customer service operatives are trying their best but feel they are also being let down

@virginmedia It’s an issue with the broadband, kept getting passed back and forth between departments until eventually one of the colleagues dropped the call. I managed to get a manager on the phone in the end but it took way too long for what the problem actually was.

@virginmedia No you can’t fair comment however what you can do is go back to your bosses and tell them that multiple customers of yours are unhappy with the current state of the level of customer service your company is providing....inaccessible, inadequate and sometimes simply not there 1/2

@virginmedia I did, It gave me a link, which was a troubleshooter! No warning. Was off for about an hour, then about 15 minutes at 3.00pm...went off last week twice on Wednesday and Thursday. This is after 'improvements' to the service recently... TV now pixilating and almost unwatchable.

@virginmedia Yes finally although apparently it takes a few hours to send a message and unsure whether they can send a letter out confirming the cancellation it's absolutely ridiculous she was awful and kept putting me on hold for no reason.

@virginmedia Help please... Normal white light on broadband box. Laptop & phone showing connected but saying no internet available. Checked cables. Done every reboot & factory reset known. Still no luck after an hour 😭
