    @virginmedia Sat waiting for my third visit from a Virgin Media engineer. Hasn’t turned up. Because this is a high level complaint I was supposed to be priority. Also was supposed to have a phone call from a manager today. Also didn’t happen. 😡

    @virginmedia Oh and I’ve just spoken to your tech team after holding for half an hour. Apparently it’s going to be down for 5 DAYS!!!! FIIIVVE!!!!!!! I’m done. I can’t even get through to cancellations.

    @virginmedia Finally yes...only took days to be able to do. Doesn’t fix my internet, pay for my lost work or compensate for the many hours lost, the inability to watch the Champions League Final and Indy 500.

    @virginmedia Cancellation affected. Leaving you’re shoddy company on 3/8. A complete Waste of my time. How terribly disappointing that a company with your reputation and with whom I was a happy customer years ago has decended to this shambolic state.

    @virginmedia It’s an issue with the broadband, kept getting passed back and forth between departments until eventually one of the colleagues dropped the call. I managed to get a manager on the phone in the end but it took way too long for what the problem actually was.

    @virginmedia you clearly don't want my business. Want to take up your new offer for full package. Have phoned 3 times & advised only outbound team can deal. Been on hold again for over an hour tonight and online chat agent can't help. Can't waste any more time on this - #poor 😡

    @virginmedia Faulty installation. Incorrect signal noise which seems permanently unstable. Oh and your hub seems to overheat. Formal complaint finally able to be raised.

    He's spoken to one of your helpdesk and they've literally just said he needs to sort it despite promising to put the tv back. Now he's been on hold for about an hour. Absolutely terrible. They pay a lot of month. Travesty. #Virgin #VirginMedia

    @virginmedia I’ve already spoken to your tech team yesterday hence the engineer visit booked. But we be never used a service where I’ve had so many outages Ever. In 20 years of internet usage. Your company is an embarrassment. .As soon as my contract is up I’ll just survive on mobile data

    @virginmedia He’s still fixing it: currently replacing the entire installation as it was done incorrectly 21 months ago. And yes, regarding a complaint that was raised.

    @virginmedia 1/2. Sadly it hasn’t solved the issue. I find myself again on a Saturday afternoon without Internet. I was going to use it to watch the champions league final with my now heartbroken 8 year old son!!! Technical team hung up on me!!! I’m appalled!!! Disgusting behaviour. ....

    @virginmedia Because this internet I pay for with blood doesn’t work I’ve got to wait till Tuesday for an engineer and I’ve waiting months to watch the Indy500 and Monaco GP. I paid MONEY to watch them. And can I speak to a British call centre and get customer relations. Can I hell!!!

    Anyone else having problems with @virginmedia broadband? I’ve been WFH since March20 with no issues. In the last 3 weeks it’s been terrible. Can’t get through a video call without losing connectivity and it triggers my house alarm. Engineer was fab but unable to resolve the issue

    @virginmedia I have opened my broadband in #August last year. For 6 months I called every week the customer service to complain because the connection is dropping frequently. I couldn't work. I decided to change provider.

    Feels like a capacity issue to me, with more people WFH and kids at home too. It makes sense that the network is overloaded, but why should I pay for a service that I’m not getting @virginmedia? I’m averaging 35Mbps between core hours, but paying for 200.

    @virginmedia Are there problems with broadband in BN1 (brighton). Upload is less than 1 Mb/s. Restarted router. Connecting via ethernet and wifi. Broadband speed test shows < 1 Mb/s. Thanks.
