    @virginmedia Hi! My wifi is very slow and keeps cutting in and out plus I never get a good signal with my wifi at the other side of the house in which case I need a wifi booster, and my phone I have a contract with you and the signal is awful!! I should be getting 5g but I don’t!!

    Virgin Media fixed the phone issue, a local fault, so I rang Royal Mail to get my money back. The phone went out again during the call. If I was a person with anxiety and depression issues this might be a major problem. Oh wait, I am a person.....

    @virginmedia Engineer came Friday, still no service on the phone for 10 hrs to 18 people Saturday, you closed my complaint with £10 credit that I never agreed to, yet still no service waiting for another engineer… my complaint IS NOT RESOLVED @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I’m sorry but this does not help me. No matter which route I go when I call the automated phone number, I inevitably end up having to enter my password which I cannot do as I was given two different sets of login information and I didn’t get to the point of setting up my account.

    @virginmedia wow thats a new low for VM have had issues with Tivo box and new Hub 4 - complaint department calls me ( I didn't call them) and they laugh down the phone I kid you not . Oh and then Im told to ignore Virgin Media text's .... wonderful
