-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia This was 14 days ago (17/09/2020), and I cannot remember the website, and the network engineer advised (19/09/202) me it might 24 hours before it settled .... Since then it's been variable ....
-
tony davies (@baileysoverice) reported from Grantham, England
@virginmedia 2/2......and it isn’t your fault you work within the restrictions given to you but from a customer point of view VM doesn’t seem to have made any effort to address this......I’m sure the customer service operatives are trying their best but feel they are also being let down
-
Sean (@WafcSean) reported from Nottinghamshire, England
@virginmedia It was - until now. This is garbage. Been on and off for 4 months (including a new router) but now you’ve just gone to full intermittent service, while we’re in full isolation too. Proper naff.
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia Because I wouldn't connect a laptop to an unknown (to me) website, through the router, where the could alledgely monitor connection speeds. When your engineer visited he had to escalate the issue to your network team. Because I had 1 downstream & 1 upstream not the 24 down and 4.

toni 🌸 (@antoniaff17) reported from Nottinghamshire, England
2nd online seminar of the year = absolute fail. I couldn't hear anyone on the call and the wifi decided to drop the call for about 10 minutes. @virginmedia disappointed. Final year of uni not looking good
-
tony davies (@baileysoverice) reported from Grantham, England
@virginmedia Tried that....twice.......no reply......only option next will be to just cancel my DD as I don’t feel I have any choice
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia Er no, if you had read the thread in its entirety, you will see that I said I was getting someone to look at how to organise the internal network on the house, and I would be leaving at the end of my contract, in 17 months. I would not recommend Virgins services to anyone.
-
Ndamuwanepi John Ish (@sonocop) reported from Nottinghamshire, England

-
Keith Pates (@KeithCP2) reported from Nottinghamshire, England
@virginmedia as you have ignored my emails and messages on Twitter and Facebook all day and I still have emergency calls only I will be reporting this con supplying customers with a dodgy sim that don't work and using threatening behaviour to force me to put in my phone #police
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia I have been offered the opportunity to complain, but as a customer of 20+ years I am aware complaints tend to get ignored. At its worst speed was down to 0.5Mega bits per second ... At its best (for 20 minutes or so) maybe 150Mega bits per second. Paying for 200Mbps .....

Robert Dingwall 🕷 🏴 🇪🇺 Reunite (@rwjdingwall) reported from Nottinghamshire, England
@IlkeTurkmendag @virginmedia The same company decided to 'improve my service' yesterday by cutting my connection for 4 hours when I should have been in government videoconferences about the pandemic!
-
Sean (@WafcSean) reported from Nottinghamshire, England
@virginmedia And broken again. Do you actively like stopping people from doing their job? Wastemen
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia Your web app says there is no problem, but your telephone diagnostic services says there is? Which is correct?
-
tony davies (@baileysoverice) reported from Grantham, England
@virginmedia No you can’t fair comment however what you can do is go back to your bosses and tell them that multiple customers of yours are unhappy with the current state of the level of customer service your company is providing....inaccessible, inadequate and sometimes simply not there 1/2
-

-
Richard Williams (@Richardw9427) reported
@virginmedia It says by the 14th - 2 days from now. That seems like an awful long time to wait, and a long time for people to be burning through mobile data (if they can afford it). If there's any way it can be flagged as urgent that would be appreciated. Seems like the whole area is down
-
Kevin Kerrigan (@kkmusic) reported

@virginmedia your compensation model is so bad! We have had over 32 hours of down time in our town this week over 3 days. Everyone has been cramming into coffee shops and restaurants that use BT.
