    @virginmedia I am not sure why you are not getting this. I get this error on my Primary box but not the secondary box. I have ran the link and checked my acc for the service check and the issue is not listed! Not happy!

    @virginmedia Not a password problem. Login works fine via email clients on desktop and phone. Changed about 2 weeks ago in response to previous problem and worked fine then.

    @virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

    @virginmedia Thanks for the steer to your Indian call centre ,they very helpfully tell me to remain patient until the outage is resolved unfortunately they couldn’t tell me if 21 days and counting is a record maybe you have other forms of enlightenment.

    @virginmedia Thanks ,yes I’ve had several updates on completion of work pre Xmas it was 6pm most days . Since then it was 3:30 yesterday , definitely today , and one of your highly trained customer agents advises me it will be 3:30 tomorrow ,unless of course you know something ?

    @virginmedia Yeah unfortunately I've tried that hence trying the social media team and raising a formal complaint. The complaint has been singed off as referred to self help without any contact with us which is incredibly frustrating.

    Problems with our @virginmedia box for tv, internet etc yesterday on #BankHolidayMonday. Technical support by text which was perfect & technician on our doorstep (wearing a mask for duration) at 9:30am this morning. Excellent customer service.
