    @virginmedia Hi, as mentioned I have already tried these steps and I still do not have any internet access. Everything was ok until there appeared to be work being done on the box on our street last night. Been v poor and now not working ever since.

    Disgusting service from @virginmedia, moved home and told package would stay the same, now been slapped with a bill for TRIPLE what we pay!!! After 20 minutes of the phone the customers services lady cannot explain where all the charges come from!! DISPICABLE!!!

    @virginmedia The only solution you provide is to miss precisely what I pay you for, so you can get it fixed in time for me to watch in the main, what I don’t want to watch. You have no solutions beyond telling your customers to suck it up whilst you hoard extortionate subscription fees.

    @virginmedia It’s an issue with the broadband, kept getting passed back and forth between departments until eventually one of the colleagues dropped the call. I managed to get a manager on the phone in the end but it took way too long for what the problem actually was.

    Got to hand it to @virginmedia they excel themselves on their levels of customer service 👏. Hour and a half on the phone only for them to confirm what we knew all along, faulty box! Believe it'll be coming via Stork in the next week or so. Pity is everyone else's cs is the same

    @virginmedia The problem is you haven't provided any alternative means of communication whilst the service is down. There should be contingency plan from yourselves to still be able to provide a service. Your customers pay alot of money to not receive in this instance

    @virginmedia No changes on status checker. Implies everything is fine in the area, but as soon as I call the support number and confirm area code - it says there are intermittent issues in the area (they are not intermittent for me at all). Nothing on when is it going to be fixed

    Hey @virginmedia I upgraded graded to 500mb and ever since (yesterday and today) I’ve had nothing but drop outs and issues, unable to have work meetings all day. Do I get a new router for those speeds and additional devices?

    @virginmedia That said, the upload speed remains slower now I should have 50 than it was when I should have had 30 but I’m told that’s due to a local network outage. Hopefully that will resolve the speed but the WiFi is a different issue that I’d like solved please.

    Virgin Media failing us all again in NW10 0LN area - few weeks ago it took them 5 days to resolve the issues - today same problem - getting fed up with the service!
