I think I’m done with the bullshit from @virginmedia I can’t take another day of having to reboot or reconnect just to get online on my own home only to have them **** the entire thing with a firmware update. My old dial up was faster than the service we receive.

@virginmedia tried calling you for 40 minutes now, no luck. Broadband issue in LN1 area. Can ping external servers but your DNS servers (194.168.4.100) is not responding/working. All our devices are affected, but service status says all good. Rebooted everything. Fix please!

@virginmedia Thanks for your reply, I haven't had a chance to test it this morning. Last night I couldnt get a consistent wired connection from 21:00 to 23:30 & the WiFi speed was also very poor. Upload speed was particularly rough. Just renewed my contract so not overly impressed 😕

@virginmedia Starting to regret moving to VM. Never had such a poor experience with any other provider before. What good is having thr fastest speeds when the broadband is down altogether multiple days over a short period? Thats 3 days of work that have been impacted for me in a month alone

@virginmedia I was better off with 20MB broadband with PlusNet than this **** 350MB fibre. Intermittent speeds, router shut downs. Had 3 engineers out and still can’t fix the problem. Just get told to follow the link on the text message. Total cowboys!
