    @virginmedia Oh see, it’s up to me to chase you is it. I hadn’t realised that the delay in you contacting me was all my fault. I’ve logged my complaint (48 hours now) and still heard nothing back. Good to see Ofcom are on the ball.

    @virginmedia Hey there! Thanks for replying. No I waited another 40 mins and then gave up - I rang this morning but of course I’ve had to go to work and they can’t help me unless at home lol. I was upgraded to 200mb but only ever get 40 (once 212!) :(

    @virginmedia The postcode check shows no issue but, when there are two engineers (I hope) outside fiddling in the junction box and my hardware test says there’s no signal coming in I imaging it’s probably ***** for now. Really not ideal...

    @virginmedia why is it every couple of days I have to reboot my V6 box so I can watch Amazon Prime. Never have this problem on my PC nor android phone 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia I repeat. I have made my complaint through your website, the bit where it says “make a complaint”. Perhaps you could explain why I need to make the same complaint twice. I take no joy from discussing this on an open forum either, I want a response from someone who can help.

    @virginmedia Still no reply I’ve sent messages in all Social media platforms as well as emails, I refuse to call the number anymore because it’s already cost me £47 in pound charges trying to sort out my connection issues, I’m feeling very let down by your service at the moment!

    @virginmedia A few weeks ago I had to contact you a number of times about my failing broadband in my area I was promised I would have a reduction in my bill and this has not happened also the amount of calls I had to make to sort out the problem has resulted in a bill of £47

    @virginmedia I've been suffering from 20-40% packet loss on my broadband for 2 weeks now, I've called up the service team multiple times and I've been given a different date on which it will be fixed 28th,29th,31st and now the 4th I'd like some clarity with what's happening

    @virginmedia It is showing problems with our TV in my area and has been like this all week. Can't watch any recordings or on demand programmes and our broadband keeps cutting off. Sort this out Virgin media as not good for a whole week now reduced services

    @virginmedia I'd start worrying. Day 7 of downtime. Promised an email re complaint acknowledgement within 24 hours. Hasn't arrived. Issues remain, no incident updates and a resolution date of Monday.

    @virginmedia tried to cancel tv and broadband - four and half hours of WhatsApp messages … and still haven’t managed to cancel it. I know that a lot of people are trying to cancel right now, but this is ridiculous…
