@virginmedia just to remind you I do not get paid from Universal Credit until 11th March so can't make any payment until then 23 Years a Customer and last time Kath could not help me, if you cut me off I have no way of paying bill, got no money until 11th had to use foodbank

@virginmedia not happy #VirginMedia landline forcibly converted to digital line after “fault” broadband outage 1am this morning sets off lifeline phone line warning. The point of having a big red emergency button is when there’s an emergency you press it and it calls for HELP!

Here’s a radical idea. Maybe certain companies (@virginmedia @SkyGroup and so on) whose business is communications, could make it easier to contact them to sort out queries. And maybe websites could be more customer focused rather than product driven. Just a thought

@virginmedia For 12 days it needs to stay open to the elements? We’ve been a customer for nearly a decade, but the only time we’ve ever needed help, the service has been horrible. Except when upgrading or spending more money- you are very happy to help then pretty quickly
