    @mrwilliamstokes He couldn’t be clearer that he’s asking for a repayable loan not free money. The media really have their heart set on pulling Virgin apart. People are terrible too, we make our own beds that we have to sleep in - E.g. flying Ryanair now because we put nicer airlines out of biz.

    @gaythorpe @virginmedia It's been down all down for me too, all you have to do is scroll down the tweets and replies and it's clear virgin media are having problems across the UK, they haven't seemed to acknowledge the fact and keep copy and pasting the same replies to everyone.

    @virginmedia awful service yet again. Followed instructions to set up wifi b4 moving house & day 1 its of course not working. Call customer service for an engineer & no1 turns up as you told us you booked it but didnt. Now told to wait til friday?! Not good enough @LutzSchueler
