    @virginmedia @MartinSLewis @BBCWatchdog I have tried all these methods and no one can help with my WiFi issue! I can’t get through on the phone have tried daily for weeks. I have even sent complaints and had no reply.

    @virginmedia I have heard from EE again this morning, from their Head Office by email as my phone still says no sim, and emergency calls only, they are now saying maybe #virginmedia have locked it to their network, as far as I am aware it was unlocked to all networks explain?

    @virginmedia We have tried this and have got nowhere. @MartinSLewis are Virgin Media on your radar for poor service and terrible customer service. @broadbanduk this service from VM is non-existent and there is no way to contact them for a reliable solution.

    @EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, it’s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

    @virginmedia have called everyday for weeks keep getting cut off! Have tried the text service and got no where! Contacted via FB/Twitter and nothing. Internet is slow-non existent and TV has been glitching for months! No idea where else to turn as impossible to speak to anyone!

    @virginmedia 5 days of service improvement??? in EC1M area. I am running out of my mobile data (also Virgin) As far as I know, I can get unlimited data when there is a fault in broadband. How can I get? (It takes millions of hours to get connected to customer care service)

    @virginmedia Yeah tried that, you’d only offer to reduce £70 to £65, shame as you’d offer it for £49 to new customer, well actually the new customer would get 190 channels compared to my 150! We only use about 10 channels anyway, but do need to keep boomerang/Nic for the kids
