    @BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

    @virginmedia Calling virgin media over 5 times, being made to wait in a queue, then promised to send me a remote but never do. I called in October 2022 it is now February 2023. One operator even said I have the basic package and that is why they are not obliged to send out the remote!! ….

    @virginmedia Yes I did all that and you signed for the delivery of the letter! After many calls I then raised the complaint, you send it to the ombudsman- we won as I said in my previous tweet ( try to read it) and you now still have gone to deny collection. Bring on court- disgrace

    @virginmedia … I am in my right to cancel as you didn’t fulfil your side of the contract. As for offering me a new set top box, why haven’t you done that when I renewed my contract throughout the years? I have now cancelled my direct debt and TV licence….
