    @mrwilliamstokes He couldn’t be clearer that he’s asking for a repayable loan not free money. The media really have their heart set on pulling Virgin apart. People are terrible too, we make our own beds that we have to sleep in - E.g. flying Ryanair now because we put nicer airlines out of biz.

    @virginmedia A few weeks ago I had to contact you a number of times about my failing broadband in my area I was promised I would have a reduction in my bill and this has not happened also the amount of calls I had to make to sort out the problem has resulted in a bill of £47

    @virginmedia This is spectacular! I post about how impossible it is to cancel a contract by calling @virginmedia's customer relations team (which *forces* you to go via their retention team) & they advise me to... call @virginmedia's customer relations team. How can in be SO hard to cancel???

    @virginmedia Hi, thanks for response, I had to raise a complaint with CISAS as wasn't getting any help with parents account. It was cancelled in April, however, you are still trying to charge them now! We received an offer of £200 compensation, accepted, but still getting calls. HELP US!!!

    @virginmedia Sooo disappointed I can not use my hearing aids correctly, has no WiFi since Thurs and no engineer til Monday evening. The customer service dept is no use whatsoever, after talking to 3 different staff, and took over an hour. Would not put me through to a manager.
