@Banksie23Robert Yep, that's was the only response I got, through Twitter! The rest of virgin media comms are down, or waiting queue for 45min plus only to be told "we are aware and our engineers are working on it".

@virginmedia in the past few months in the L23 area your service has been nothing short of shocking…. As someone working from home & needing WiFi to work I’ve recently decided to leave, unfortunately my replacement service can’t be installed in May though. What went wrong?

@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia The service status check has constantly been pushed back since 5pm on Thursday. It was supposed to be fixed today at 9am, I know it is an area fault and there is not much that can be done on your end but it would be nice to have some clarity as to why it is not working.
