    @virginmedia It was mobile phone signal, it's been intermittent all morning. Currently I have 4g, but it's been fluctuating from no signal to 4g and back.

    @virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

    @virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

    @virginmedia Very unhappy with you this morning. In the summer I agreed a 12 month contract for a fixed price. In November you increased the price by £4, I complained & got it down to the correct price. Now it's gone back up by £4 and the person I spoke to said he can't reduce it

    @virginmedia shocking service from you, just been on the phone for over 50 mins trying to sort my shocking internet speed only to be cut off & no call back. Told nothing they can do and your checks show everything is fine. What am I paying £79 for when I’m not getting the service

    @virginmedia I don't think entrusting Virgin with investigating their own conduct, again, would be particularly helpful. If I was to raise another complaint in future it would be with an ombudsman, or CEDR. I just want you to fix my credit report which you have previously refused to do.

    @JimSterling @virginmedia Virgin are the absolute worst for every sector they operate in. It's fine when it works, but if you ever have a problem their customer service is virtually non-existent. I haven't even been able to log in to my mobile account for 3 years, I just get an error message.

    @virginmedia It goes nowhere and around in circles. It’s completely pointless and kopout of your responsibilities to offer a channel for customer interaction, especially for any issues. As previously noted several times, get someone to pick up the phone and contact me. No more excuses
