@virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

@virginmedia It was mobile phone signal, it's been intermittent all morning. Currently I have 4g, but it's been fluctuating from no signal to 4g and back.

@virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@Banksie23Robert Yep, that's was the only response I got, through Twitter! The rest of virgin media comms are down, or waiting queue for 45min plus only to be told "we are aware and our engineers are working on it".

@virginmedia I've tried that but again it says I don't have an account in my email address (despite you emailing me on it) and asks me to register again which ends in the error above. Whatever I try it either leads to a broken page or asking me to register.

@virginmedia It was due to a supposed area outage that has been fixed but my brandband still isn't working. Therefore, VM cancelled a completely reasonable technicians appointment for no reason. The area outage also makes no sense as my neighbours VM broadband has been working fine. Not good.
