@virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

So, I suspect, that as a VM customer with no issues my end…. And it being a National outage it’s one of 3 things 1. Routing issue with a link off the VM network 2. The cleaner unplugged the internet 3. DNS servers < I think it’s this … 1/2 #virginmedia

@virginmedia it appears as if the physical broadband connection for many customers is still technically live, yet there seems to be an issue with their routing/peering/DNS (Domain Name Servers) that is disrupting the internet connectivity side (it’s sporadic).
