@virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

@virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@virginmedia Very unhappy with you this morning. In the summer I agreed a 12 month contract for a fixed price. In November you increased the price by £4, I complained & got it down to the correct price. Now it's gone back up by £4 and the person I spoke to said he can't reduce it

@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia It was mobile phone signal, it's been intermittent all morning. Currently I have 4g, but it's been fluctuating from no signal to 4g and back.

If I’m out of contract how can @virginmedia charge me £66.47 to cancel!? My hub has been switch off for two months I do not want to pay for a service I haven’t used and I defiantly will not be paying a 30 day disconnection fee!!! Absolutely disgusting service

@virginmedia Apologies for my ignorance but how will posting on a community forum help? Surely the common reply I'd get would be to reboot then factory reset my router which is a standard troubleshooting step. The problem is more likely to be on the VM network than on the router?

@virginmedia worst broadband I have experienced. Everyday ther is a issue. I ring them every week and I get flogged off that we have made a few changes from our end and make me switch the hub on off and that's it. I have to deal with this rubbish everyday.
