@virginmedia It was mobile phone signal, it's been intermittent all morning. Currently I have 4g, but it's been fluctuating from no signal to 4g and back.

@virginmedia Don’t know but a lot of people aren’t very happy with the service, drops out more than it’s in service, maybe a UPD issue on virgins system

@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

@virginmedia when it works the broadband is good but every time there is bad weather it is patchy. My favourite room in the house has virtually no signal. I have asked for a booster but you make it impossible to get one by referring you to a phone number that is never answered.

@virginmedia My first complaint online or on the phone? By phone was I think way back in Feb*(?) by Complaints Form on your site was 14/4. *If you go through my twitter history you will find me complaining of over 2 weeks of no internet, phone or tv. I only ever got the internet back
