    @virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @virginmedia Your automated system is awful… call that number and it runs tests and says nothing wrong… go check the website… which then runs tests and says call us. Just going round in circles… I’ve got 35 channels with broken picture/sound and a fair few of them I pay for on a package

    @virginmedia was paying £31 for broadband/landline when tv added rate went to £47. 3 weeks later CNN cancelled for that reason I do not want Tv, customer services saying if you cancel tv package the rate goes to £51. Just think about it, I have sought help from CASAD. Now how can u help?

    @virginmedia This is causing a lot of problems for him as he loses contact with his office on VPN and has to log into everything again. I appreciate it might be difficult for you to look into the fault when it appears to be working but its not feasible to contact you while it isnt
