@Banksie23Robert Yep, that's was the only response I got, through Twitter! The rest of virgin media comms are down, or waiting queue for 45min plus only to be told "we are aware and our engineers are working on it".

@virginmedia Its ridiculous. Every day service site says it'll be fixed by 'a time' Then it goes off again Latest was fixed by today at 4pm. It came back on. Its off again & now service page says fixed by 12pm TOMORROW Thats FOUR days on & off. Its unacceptable Postcode is SR4 8JW

@virginmedia just offered me a new deal! Service is crap here ,overpaying by probably £20 a month but tied into a contract & they want more. I declined & cannot wait for contract to end.
