@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@springmeister @virginmedia I don’t care it might be worth it. They’ve never informed me a contract is up for renewal so they’ve probably broken theirs. It get more expensive every year and really the customer service is rubbish.
