@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

For a service they failed to provide, @virginmedia isn't that fraudulent under consumer protection laws?

  • callderone
    JacquieB 💚🤍💜 (@callderone) reported

@virginmedia why can’t you cancel or reduce your package online? @Ofcom is it legal to try and delay any attempt to cancel your TV package by failing to respond to requests on messaging apps or keeping you holding on a call for hours?

Tired of paying for multiple subscriptions like Sky, BT Sport, Virgin Media, Now TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV+? I have got the solution. This IPTV @8K_Best_IPTV40 offers: • 300,000+ live channels • 65,000+ VODs • PPV events • Netflix • 78,000+ movies

  • Nasher6328
    Mr Nash (@Nasher6328) reported

@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Under UK law (primarily the Consumer Rights Act 2015), broadband services must be provided with reasonable care and skill and be of satisfactory quality. A complete outage lasting 7 weeks is almost certainly a breach, giving you the right to end the contract and seek a remedy (like cancellation without penalty or a refund for the affected period). Virgin Media participates in Ofcom's automatic compensation scheme for total loss of service (no internet at all via wired connection). You should already be getting ~£10.34 per day automatically after the first 2 full working days of reporting the fault. This doesn't directly let you cancel penalty-free, but it supports your case.

I am like have you heard yourself. You asked me for my monthly bill amount which I gave I was asked to confirm my email address which I gave and then the next question was how much is your monthly bill again I gave £27 Is @virginmedia customer services agents computers or human

  • Teresacooper
    🌸 🙀 Teresa Cooper (@Teresacooper) reported

@virginmedia Virgin media are screwing their customers over. There is no way an engineer takes this many days to fix a large outage. Many disabled customers are put in danger bc their equipment & emergency equipment use Virgin. They charge a lot of money for a terrible service.

  • DrBaalt
    ♛ 𝔹𝕒𝕒𝕝𝕥 (@DrBaalt) reported

@footballontnt What’s the deal with TNT Sports and Virgin media and the HBO app. Signed up. But the app doesn’t allow access. And for that reason I’ll be gone in 30 days. This time forever. Such a ridiculous solution. Doesn’t work. So it’s gone and so is my business. Forever.

@virginmedia if I had a dollar for every time I lost network. The router just goes off? What is this? I mean what is the point of this? Run me my refund please

  • nbevans
    Nathan B. Evans (@nbevans) reported

@BenZaranko This is just how network operators roll now in hyper-consumption economies I saw a Reddit thread the other day where one guy had ended up paying Virgin Media £130/month just for basic cable broadband. Just because he hadn't challenged any of the price increases for 3 years.
