@virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia It was mobile phone signal, it's been intermittent all morning. Currently I have 4g, but it's been fluctuating from no signal to 4g and back.

@virginmedia Very unhappy with you this morning. In the summer I agreed a 12 month contract for a fixed price. In November you increased the price by £4, I complained & got it down to the correct price. Now it's gone back up by £4 and the person I spoke to said he can't reduce it

@virginmedia when it works the broadband is good but every time there is bad weather it is patchy. My favourite room in the house has virtually no signal. I have asked for a booster but you make it impossible to get one by referring you to a phone number that is never answered.

@virginmedia I was kept waiting on hold for complaints for over half an hour and was offered a £3.50 discount for 6 months. A week after recieving a letter telling me my service had incresed in price by, you guessed it, £3.50.
