    @virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

    @virginmedia It was mobile phone signal, it's been intermittent all morning. Currently I have 4g, but it's been fluctuating from no signal to 4g and back.

    @virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

    Absolutely shocking service from @virginmedia been waiting for broadband since 10th December - was supposed to be all done today and surprise surprise still not connected. Hours and hours wasted on the phone and no internet for home schooling on Monday.

    @virginmedia absolutely fuming. I cancelled my contract last month and am still getting emails about future bills. Was this cancelled or not? You’re phone line is awful and I feel this is fraud. Not cancelling when the person on the phone last month said it was. Disgusting
