@virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

@virginmedia I called number, just had an automated service that supposedly ran a test, found faults then told me to turn the router off at the plug, wait 20 seconds to turn to back on then it should be fine in 10 mins. Except, there has been no change.

I have virgin media currently. My contract is up this week and after the last few days of this self imposed "Sky, we saved the day" shite I've witnessed I'm binning the lot. They've ripped customers off for years, never challenged governing bodies like UEFA or FIFA so can do one!

@virginmedia Nobody ever tells me why it happens. The exchange is right outside my front door too. And you refuse to upgrade my hub. It’s really poor. You’re resting on your laurels for offering best speeds but service is not good enough.
