    @Banksie23Robert Yep, that's was the only response I got, through Twitter! The rest of virgin media comms are down, or waiting queue for 45min plus only to be told "we are aware and our engineers are working on it".

    @virginmedia Very unhappy with you this morning. In the summer I agreed a 12 month contract for a fixed price. In November you increased the price by £4, I complained & got it down to the correct price. Now it's gone back up by £4 and the person I spoke to said he can't reduce it

    @virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia Put a complaint of harassment and as executor you have suffered additional upset and stress from the constant emails or letters and that you had correctly notified them some time ago. Also make a complaint to ofcom and trading standards.
