    @virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

    @virginmedia I've submitted a complaint to that link twice now and both times, the complaint disappears. The reference number it gives is always "****" so that it can't actually be referenced and it always disappears from the tracker, so how are you actually supposed to complain?

    @virginmedia Yes it is in regard to you cancelling my broadband installation and then failing to keep me informed on when this would be rescheduled for. I am happy to provide all the details via DM if that would help. Tried using the web form and web chat but no response from either.

    @virginmedia Just done that. Had to cancel as it couldn’t be fixed over the phone and was told it would be November 30th before you could send an engineer to sort it. Quicker to change to new suppler and get that installed.

    @virginmedia Moving the hub is not feasible without making internal damage inside my home which o don’t want… my previous providers hub didn’t have this reach issue, like I’ve said, you can send me a hub 4, you just don’t want to, it’s not even your latest I don’t see why it’s so difficult
