@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

@virginmedia Very unhappy with you this morning. In the summer I agreed a 12 month contract for a fixed price. In November you increased the price by £4, I complained & got it down to the correct price. Now it's gone back up by £4 and the person I spoke to said he can't reduce it

@virginmedia My Dad accidentally hit a thick black wire, while doing a bit of gardening ~ very shallow in the land. We now have a total outage of broadband, landline and TV. [I'm registered Severely Sight Impaired and rely on wifi for easy accessibility]

@virginmedia Hi, no known issues but this isn't correct. Myself and other households have same issues. Broadband drops out every 20 minutes or so. We've done all usual diagnostics
