@virginmedia Very unhappy with you this morning. In the summer I agreed a 12 month contract for a fixed price. In November you increased the price by £4, I complained & got it down to the correct price. Now it's gone back up by £4 and the person I spoke to said he can't reduce it

@virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia This text service you offer is no service at all. I have no intention of wasting my time responding to automated replies that offer no help. The reason I am not getting the service I paid for is due to overcapacity - network is unable to support the number of customers you have.

@virginmedia I managed to resolve the issue to an extent. I was out of contract and paying far too much. I have started a new contract, I would still say it’s high but I agreed to the price as the live chat had been over two hours and I had work to do. Just disappointed with the experience.

@virginmedia Frustration is an understatement. The service has been terrible for sometime, I also requested a replacement v6 box yet you sent me an old tivo HD box instead after a 1 hour of waiting to get through to someone. Its always 1 step forward 3 steps back.
