  @virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

  @IrishTimes Perhaps someone like the excellent Patrick Freyne might investigate why, after all these YEARS, Sky subscribers in the ROI cannot get ITV channels, whilst Virgin Media customers have no probs in doing so. Is it still supposed to be a ‘rights’ issue ????

  @virginmedia over a month with broadband issues, still not rectified after being told intermittent service, engineer visit & new router. Now intermittent service AGAIN .Quick enough to raise prices but not fix problems. Still no compensation either. NOT HAPPY 😡

  @virginmedia hi can I say that Callum your engineer in Peterborough was a great help We had been without TV for a week spent hours on the phone trying to sort it out. He visited and within an hour it was all working again
