@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia Very unhappy with you this morning. In the summer I agreed a 12 month contract for a fixed price. In November you increased the price by £4, I complained & got it down to the correct price. Now it's gone back up by £4 and the person I spoke to said he can't reduce it

@biggle1908 Stay away from virgin media, cancel sky TV, and get someone else to get tv in your household full package sky stream 50pm

  • MattOfTheSouth
    Matt ⚡️ (@MattOfTheSouth) reported

@virginmedia any reason why I can't get gig2 as a gig1 customer? Is it only available to new customers? Ridiculous if so. Postcode checker says it's available on my postcode if I was to order a new package?

  • charles_forsyth
    Charles Forsyth (@charles_forsyth) reported

@biggle1908 @SBarrettBar @zeninternet I have both Zen and Virgin Media (two fibres). Zen is symmetric but VM is not (here), despite Zen being half the price. Symmetry (or not) depends on the underlying infrastructure supplier. VM has been great over many years, fairly usual tech support; Zen has been excellent and the tech support is very techy. ("Symmetric" here means upload and download rate is the same; often upload is much slower.)

  • boomerangjf
    Jackie (@boomerangjf) reported

@virginmedia your service is diabolical ! We are still experiencing intermittent/reduction in service after being told it would be working properly from 29 July. I assume you will be expecting a reduction in payment from me?

  • alvarezluisf
    Luis Alvarez (@alvarezluisf) reported

Does anyone else in Ireland has @VirginMediaIE as their mobile data provider? It's THE WORST service out there! God do I regret switching to Virgin Media, this mistake has cost me money and patience.

  • Adam_Golightly

@virginmedia tactics again charging elderly mother in law £149 a month basic TV pack 1 hour on phone 2 sort tried sort own pack after 17 years with virgin kept on hold for another 30 mins before hanging up and didnt call me back. Disgusting company customer service practices.

  • derrickca

@virginmedia WiFi has crashed out 3 times already this morning. The service is appalling. Trying to do some really vital work. Rebooted 3 times now. Getting seriously peed off 🤬

@virginmedia my neighbour has Gigabit fibre with you, their house is 20 feet from mine yet you claim I cannot be connected to the network. Please contact me on how I can fix this ludicrous error.

  • BrownEyedGirlGB

@virginmedia Today it went at just before 11:00 whilst I was trying to complete probate online. After service check said no issues, then fault with kit, it settled on intermittent issue in your area. 3/?

  • shardon1980
    Shardon (@shardon1980) reported

@virginmedia I can’t send DMs but update. Issue won’t be fixed until 14th August . Absolutely unacceptable. No notice or comms I had to check myself. I pay you a lot of money. To be over 2 weeks with no WiFi is unacceptable. No details either and your hotline has a wait time of over 45 mins.
