@virginmedia Very unhappy with you this morning. In the summer I agreed a 12 month contract for a fixed price. In November you increased the price by £4, I complained & got it down to the correct price. Now it's gone back up by £4 and the person I spoke to said he can't reduce it

@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia Impairments/health conditions aside, they were promised repair with 48 hrs. When engineer failed to turn up, we were met with an extremely rude advisor on the phone. Called again y'day to be advised that engineer had not been booked even though all details of fault logged.

@virginmedia That’s someone would be out within the week to resolve the problem. We had no call out or call back. Claimed COVID was a problem when the installation technician sent a an engineer out the same day who ‘claimed’ to change our board. Evidence shows otherwise.
