I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

Ravi Pal (@ravipal1214) reported@virginmedia This was supposed to be an escalation, which turned out to be another utter waste of time. The team handling social doesn’t even check basics/fundamentals (like there is already a WiFi pod issued that doesn’t work) and in the end – outcome nothing – you have already logged a complaint therefore wait – you as a customer are not important to us, your situation doesn’t matter. I wonder if there was another choice of good broadband in this area why would anyone ever go with @Virgin.
