@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia Never mind. Clearly as a customer I'm.wrong. I work in IT, know ehat a website looks like and when one doesn't work. It fails to take you to pages its own links refer to, has circular procedures and is filled with errors. I'd demo them to you but my life isn't long enough.
