@virginmedia in the past few months in the L23 area your service has been nothing short of shocking…. As someone working from home & needing WiFi to work I’ve recently decided to leave, unfortunately my replacement service can’t be installed in May though. What went wrong?

@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia Yes..today the 24th, i had an engineer last week for a different issue and he repeated it ...its supposed to be today. But plugging in the adapter Virgin supplied. the hub doesnt even register it in any way
