@virginmedia Very unhappy with you this morning. In the summer I agreed a 12 month contract for a fixed price. In November you increased the price by £4, I complained & got it down to the correct price. Now it's gone back up by £4 and the person I spoke to said he can't reduce it

@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

@virginmedia Please answer the question why the initial ETA was 15 July 12:50PM (4 hours after the fault) when clearly there is more than a day needed to fix it? Are VM engineers high, thinking they have superpowers or do VM just pulls the 4h figure out of a hat? Then a 24h value, then 36h?

@virginmedia No broadband since 3pm yesterday, nothing on website to suggest an issue, called helpline turns out engineers are working to resolve it (why was that info not on website!?) estimated to be fixed on Monday. So cant work from home and no internet all weekend. Marvellous!
