In November you increased the price by £4, I complained & got it down to the correct price. Now it's gone back up by £4 and the person I spoke to said he can't reduce it

I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

Very frustrated and out of pocket from having to hotspot and call charges.
