@virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@Banksie23Robert Yep, that's was the only response I got, through Twitter! The rest of virgin media comms are down, or waiting queue for 45min plus only to be told "we are aware and our engineers are working on it".

@virginmedia Where to start! Moved house, virgin missed the installation date, then rescheduled, engineer didn’t do install correctly, acct not active, called support 7 times!! Still not working… I can see why virgin is losing customers! Rather awful service…

@G55Pam @DrTeckKhong @MailOnline So many blame COVID for staff shortages, customer service was pretty crap before it, now nonexistent with many multinational companies. British Gas and Virginmedia amongst worse of them. Either unavailable or A.I.
