@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

@theJeremyVine @virginmedia I worked for a service provider. People do this all the time. They change the area, leaving external equipment exposed, & then expect it to be upgraded or removed. The Streetworks Act won’t be on her side when the full facts are presented. Only Virgin good will possibly?

@virginmedia We've phoned numerous times about short disconnects on both wired and wireless devices. We're being told nothing is wrong and an engineer has been out and said the same. This is the most frustrating service we've ever been with and we've now had 12 disconnects in 48 hours.
