@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia Have been through every support team you have and the final answer being there is a known issue between Apple and Virgin since Friday which I find hard to believe. iMessage and Facetime I get an error when I try and activate my number to use it.

@virginmedia Hi. Thanks for the reply. The majority of devices are Wireless. Only one device, used occasionally, is wired. A speed test won't really tell us anything as the issue comes and goes which suggests a bottleneck. That's why I was enquiring about the Hub 4 as it can bond 32 channels

@virginmedia I am on the verge of cancelling all my services. I have tried on 4 different occasions over 3 weeks now to sort out a billing issue as I am being over charged for my package. I have e-mails to prove this from the contract details. Why is it so hard to sort this out?

@virginmedia I’ve already done this repeatedly, to no avail. I have had an open complaint case going since Nov ‘20. Please supply a direct line to cancellations. Dialling 150 gets a front end message saying the contact centre is closed. Had enough now! Money for old rope.
