@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia It was mobile phone signal, it's been intermittent all morning. Currently I have 4g, but it's been fluctuating from no signal to 4g and back.

@RHJOfficial @virginmedia Depends what you are looking to do I guess, and the service you use. Virgin east switch to another router (asus quite good I think) - sky mixed results from what I gather. You could also vpn (forgot that)

@virginmedia Sorry what do u mean by wired devices? The network shows as weak connection most of the time, pages don’t load or if it does it is very slow. The range is worst - as there is almost no connectivity in just next room. Sometime there is no net at all, as in it doesn’t even show up.

@virginmedia There are outages on two consecutive days, it is impacting work and education. It isn’t out for a short period yesterday almost 12 hours and today 7 hours and still without service. I am unable to check the channels as the outage needs to be sorted before the line can be tested.

@virginmedia anyone contemplating using Virgin for their broadband, I would encourage you to think twice. Quite honestly, never experienced customer service so poor. Have made 3 complaints via their complaints procedure and not one response to any in 2 months. Cancelled contract
