  @virginmedia It was mobile phone signal, it's been intermittent all morning. Currently I have 4g, but it's been fluctuating from no signal to 4g and back.

  @virginmedia Very unhappy with you this morning. In the summer I agreed a 12 month contract for a fixed price. In November you increased the price by £4, I complained & got it down to the correct price. Now it's gone back up by £4 and the person I spoke to said he can't reduce it

  @virginmedia Hi! Since 14th Grandad has got "Title Not Available" on all channels and experiencing intermittent issues with picture. Looks like not connected to Virgin Network but only option is wired when never has been wired?! Tried hard resets on both box and router.

  @virginmedia The diabolical technology and dreadful customer service response continues. How helpful to be told it won’t be until June 12th until the issue is resolved. Easily the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and worst of all, no one seems to care. A case study in abysmal service.
