    @virginmedia Very unhappy with you this morning. In the summer I agreed a 12 month contract for a fixed price. In November you increased the price by £4, I complained & got it down to the correct price. Now it's gone back up by £4 and the person I spoke to said he can't reduce it

    @virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

    @si1774 @DanRob86 @virginmedia No mate it's owned by Liberty Global which is why it goes up every year and the service gets worse. Mind you he takes a cut for using his name.

    @virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

    @virginmedia shocking service from you, just been on the phone for over 50 mins trying to sort my shocking internet speed only to be cut off & no call back. Told nothing they can do and your checks show everything is fine. What am I paying £79 for when I’m not getting the service

    @virginmedia It was mobile phone signal, it's been intermittent all morning. Currently I have 4g, but it's been fluctuating from no signal to 4g and back.

    @OwenJones84 @virginmedia @JeremyVineOn5 Tell your router to do a pre-emptive reboot every week or so (at god-awful o'clock, unless you do overnight downloads, mock-backups, etc). Even if a system can, in theory, run forever, cruft and expired sessions accumulate.

    @virginmedia are nothing but a joke. Long serving customers they dont give a damn about. Bill has went up £15 from last month, no letter, no email to let us know why (im assuming its sports) £119 a month no HD in sky sports and no movies. A friend on same package for £30 less.

    @virginmedia Every time I speak to someone I get transferred to the "relevant department" and then I eventually get cut off. There is no accountability for any of the call staff. They just want to get rid of the difficult customer

What I would do personally stay with you provider reduce you package to it’s lowest personally virgin is **** try and go with sky least they give you HD get yourself a firestick only £30 and get a trial on sports on it you get movies the lot

    Received 2 landline calls claiming @virginmedia technical problems. 1st I stopped and 2nd I played along. Someone claiming to Janice Williams got incredibly abusive saying "you mot*******er, etc". In this era of tech why are these calls still allowed through by the providers?

    @virginmedia you know I'm moving house and you don't provide service at the new address... So why do you keep calling me to offer me deals?! Im still awaiting response to 2 complaints raised over a week ago! The only contact I'm getting is sales calls, which are pointless!
