@virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

Virgin media Hello this is taking the Mick...I went through first line technical who could not fix problem, they put me through second line technical. I was in the queue for 1.5 hours then some one pick up the fone and put it down. I rang back for 1 hour and no one answer.

Someone fraudulently took a contract in my name, even though VM state you cannot have more than one per person. Refused to investigate, refused to help police. Refused to stop debt collectors.

@virginmedia, I'm trying to report a fault on my dad's TV service. The online help, after the troubleshooting steps, tells me to ring up. I've been on hold for 44 minutes so far. Do you know the current wait time please? I rang last night at 20:25 but it didn't get answered.
