@virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia So all the phone calls we made over this means nothing, surely it will be on record either way and someone should see theres a problem, sounds like we been pasted between another pillar and post.

Took me over an hour on a call tonight (third today) to get them to agree to cancel my contract... just kept trying to sell me additional services whilst I repeated FOR AN HOUR "I want to cancel and give 30 days notice" over and over. Massively unethical.

@virginmedia My ntlworld email address has been broken since 3PM - says my password is incorrect -it’s not. 🙈 Really could do with my emails - trying to plan a wedding over here! My dad’s email is linked to the same account and is broken too. We’re still VM broadband customers.

@kimturner70 @virginmedia Goodness me! Why do these greedy companies give such textbook pre-prepared answers?? Check the line status through a website link?? People would have already done that before getting in contact.🙄 If the service keeps dropping, go into the home and check the line for its fault.

@virginmedia 2/2 As of tomorrow we'll have no phone Broadband and TV as we've cancelled our old supplier, I've tried to sort it out tonight but got cut off twice after over 20 minutes on the phone. Not a fantastic start seriously considering cancelling it tomorrow and going else where #fail

@virginmedia They can’t help, they gave me another 0800 number which I continuously get forgotten about whilst on hold then i get cut off. Go through security, tell them what I need, then nothing. All. Day.
