@virginmedia I trying to do is raise some flags here. I will also deal with complaints team. I want other people to see what they might go through if they go for virgin. I chose virgin because of the reputation it has on its actual services but very disappointing costumer service I see now.

@virginmedia very poor customer service. Renewed our deal with them as they assured us our new house had virgin cables installed via their system. Turns out there are no cables and now want us to pay a £240 exit fee! They lied and we have to pay, please do explain this one!
