    ...then phoned the “I’m leaving @virginmedia line” and got an answer with one minute..I asked if they could put me directly through to technical or get them to phone me (so I’m not sitting on hold again). Given assurances then put on hold and then cut off again. Terrible service

    @virginmedia You have blocked one of the boxes I pay for on the full package, I have held on for over 2 hours on 2 separate days now can’t even cancel, your service is DISGUSTING, DO NOT EVEN THINK OF JOINING VIRGIN PEOPLE!!! Customer service non existent

    @virginmedia Well where do I start? It is ridiculous how long you have to wait just to get told you need to speak to someone else. My Internet will disconnect once a day without fail. "Cannot provide internet" so the WiFi is fine. Ironically its happening right now.
