    @virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

    @virginmedia It was mobile phone signal, it's been intermittent all morning. Currently I have 4g, but it's been fluctuating from no signal to 4g and back.

    @virginmedia Very unhappy with you this morning. In the summer I agreed a 12 month contract for a fixed price. In November you increased the price by £4, I complained & got it down to the correct price. Now it's gone back up by £4 and the person I spoke to said he can't reduce it

    @virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

    @virginmedia shocking service from you, just been on the phone for over 50 mins trying to sort my shocking internet speed only to be cut off & no call back. Told nothing they can do and your checks show everything is fine. What am I paying £79 for when I’m not getting the service

    @Vass88 @virginmedia I got one those yesterday, tried to cancel my services today. They don't make it easy and it's impossible to speak to anybody with authority, and try to get someone from a telecom company to ring you, forget about it. I've just saved £25 a month going with BT

    @virginmedia your customer service is shocking my elderly Mum’s broadband has not worked for 6 weeks. It is her only way of seeing people. I have tried multiple times to get support but you cancelled her appointment and now I can’t get through the menus.

    @virginmedia I signed a fixed contract for the next 18 months so imagine my surprise when you send me a letter saying it's going up by £4. Surely if it's "fixed" it means you have broken your terms and conditions???
