@virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@virginmedia So all the phone calls we made over this means nothing, surely it will be on record either way and someone should see theres a problem, sounds like we been pasted between another pillar and post.

@virginmedia It was mobile phone signal, it's been intermittent all morning. Currently I have 4g, but it's been fluctuating from no signal to 4g and back.

@virginmedia I did this multiple times this morning, and tried my Sim in another phone. It looks like I'm starting to get constant 4g now *fingers crossed* but that was 8hours of intermittent service.

@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia I've had an issue for the past day with WiFi - it keeps dropping out for 2G&5G. The website shows no issues in my area (Preston PR1) but I've restarted the hub many times.. connection is intermittent. Can you check if there's any works in my area or what next to do?
