    @pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

    @virginmedia Unsure whether u can advise? Mother in Law has alzhermers (virgin mobile PAYG customer). Her daughter needs to access her A/C but has been told by C/S that her mum needs to do this...Mum cannot remember her P/word??? ALZHERMERS does that to people...what now?

    @virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

    @virginmedia Really sucks you’re ending pay as you go. Many of us can’t afford to pay 12 month contracts for those of us with unstable finances. I haven’t seen rolling contracts offered for a while which is a better option for me. So you’re only interesting in well off customers?

    @virginmedia I have a engineer booked for Monday after contacting one of your agents on the 150 number. According to the agent there's should be no issue, although there still is. It's been a week since the issue started. The last 5 days I've literally had no broadband, which is frustrating.

    @Ofcom I've had an issue with my broadband and TV for much of this week, intermittent or no broadband for 5 days and distortion and blackouts on some TV channels, both provided by @virginmedia. They haven't been much help to me to solving those issues and have made me wait 1/2

    @virginmedia Well I was advised to use those first then the phone because that service was so bad - to clarify that’s talking to an advisor who couldn’t help - was promised a manager call back by 5pm today - shockingly I got no call again getting to predictable now
