@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

@BarristerAbi @virginmedia I've got a TP Link 600 WiFi extender for the back of my place where the WiFi is rubbish which I would generally recommend - the only problem I've found is it means you have two good Wifis instead of one great one, so if you're changing rooms a lot it can be patchy

@BarristerAbi @virginmedia I tried all kinds of extenders and such like with @virginmedia. Nothing really worked. In the end the solution I found was just a long Ethernet cable between the wall and the router (behind furniture etc), so I could move the router into the centre of the house, nearer to study

It's been for a few days now, and it will take time for our engineers to complete this work so do be patient with us. (continues)
