Many of us can’t afford to pay 12 month contracts for those of us with unstable finances. I haven’t seen rolling contracts offered for a while which is a better option for me. So you’re only interesting in well off customers?

I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.
