@virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

@virginmedia They said they hadn’t written all of the quotes down, only some of them and there was nothing he could do. Was a bit rude to be honest - I’ve scheduled in for a disconnect. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and it’s not as if I phone up every year demanding a discount!

@virginmedia Tried that. Haven't left the house but the message said, cant get hold of you,resolution is "Refer to Self Help", your auto loss of service reply - not entitled as it wasn't a constant 24hr+ outage. Its like driving a car that's about to run out of fuel and stutters throughout
