    @virginmedia Really sucks you’re ending pay as you go. Many of us can’t afford to pay 12 month contracts for those of us with unstable finances. I haven’t seen rolling contracts offered for a while which is a better option for me. So you’re only interesting in well off customers?

    @pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

    @virginmedia I only have broadband. Can't get a signal on mobile. I am just fed up of the constant price rises £3.50 each year, we have been with you since it was NTL never had another internet provider, feel that loyal customers are taken for a ride.

    @virginmedia @telboy1968 It's not gigabit until the upload is also 1Gbps, please stop using that terminology. This isn't some marketing slogan you can just throw around out there, it's an industry standard that your service doesn't even come close to qualifying for.

    @virginmedia can you tell me why despite cancelling my broadband on 23 Oct after speaking to your cancel team, you know say I never actually cancelled by contract on this call? Your helpdesk are useless. Will complain to CISAS to get my money back if required

    Disgraceful service from @virginmedia on the telephone. 1 hour long call, 3 separate agents spoken to, placed on hold in excess of 9 times. Query (now complaint) still not resolved. Disappointed to say the least. A long term customer lost from this lack of poor service

    @virginmedia I have done everything on online guide & its not helpful at all. Everytime i call they state there is an issue in the area however this has been going on since i joined Intermitent speeds, i know if this does not get resolved within 30 days i can leave without a cancellation fee.

    @virginmedia Called and now being told @YodelOnline are returning my parcel (the one they claimed to have lost) and virgin are now saying they will cancel my contract and I need to re apply thanks a lot both companies are a joke xmas ruined!!

    @virginmedia The supervisor from Kier said they need an emergency permit to clear the blockage the they can pull the cable, they haven’t even requested the permit as I have checked with the council
