@virginmedia The last time I called, I raised an official complaint and was told that someone would call back within 28 days it's been 2 months and no phone call!

@netsmith @O2 @virginmedia Virgin Media service is nasty. I cancelled an order by email within 14 day cooling off period, but it kept on billing me despite my repeated efforts. Never touch Virgin Media.

@virginmedia What a palm off!!. “An outage”??? Of what?? I still had internet access. I still had TV and I still could watch recordings on the TiVo box I was watching. I just have problems watching content from the other TiVo box.come on Virgin stop treating us like idiots. U don’t care do U!
