Dark Space-Cat (@felinefromspace) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England@virginmedia Really sucks you’re ending pay as you go. Many of us can’t afford to pay 12 month contracts for those of us with unstable finances. I haven’t seen rolling contracts offered for a while which is a better option for me. So you’re only interesting in well off customers?

-
Craig (@SimmO73_) reportedHas anyone got Virgin Media’s TV 360 service. Is it any good, as Virgin keeps pushing me to upgrade for free to this from the V6 boxes I have and I’m not sure. #virginmedia
-
tommier (@coillteman) reported@TheMandyGall @virginmedia @rte RTÉ bias, it doesn't suit the governments narrative on whom their very existence depends on. €750,000,000 was a great handout to them. That's ¾ of a BILLION WTF they are beholding to the government who have paid a high price for a PR company which RTE is.
-
Lisa Allen (@lovelylisaj) reported@virginmedia hi, my mum got a call supposedly from you about the router being slow. I took over and I don’t think it was legit. They were asking me to switch off the router and put it on again. I ended the call as I was suspicious. Internet speed is fine.
-
KP (@KP_1886) reported@virginmedia Your broadband outages are absolutely unforgivable. We’re paying good money for your internet only to be denied the ability to do our jobs because we have no WiFi. The fix date keeps changing. It’s not improving. Yet we’re still paying. What are you doing about this?
-
Vikram (@VikramRajpara09) reported@virginmedia I pay for a service which is not active and not working. Goodwill doesn’t come into the equation.
-
Pari Passu Newsletter (@PariPassu_Rx) reportedTelefónica and Liberty Global are looking at ways to bring down the £22bn debt pile at Virgin Media O2, their UK joint venture, after a sharp sell-off in the company's bonds. A roughly $925mn unsecured note fell to as low as 57 cents on the dollar this week, down from about 78 at the start of July, and even the senior secured paper slipped. The measures under discussion include cutting the expected £200mn dividend, pulling back capex, and reducing headcount.
-
dawnieC (@CorkinDawn) reported@virginmedia I already said i did status check which is estimating 5.08pm fix. My point was text says should be fixed shortly. I dont consider 9hours being shortly. Why does this happen more often now? You are no longer reliable any more 🙁
-
Shardon (@shardon1980) reported@virginmedia Issue still not fixed . your compensation is £10.34 a day . What about subscription services like Netflix etc . I’ve had to use data from my phone to work, this is unacceptable in an age where everything is WiFi. Also no contact from your team. This is a major issue in the area
-
rhi (@travichughes) reported@j_ball13 @virginmedia when my mum died she was the primary account holder of our t3sc0 mobile family plan. instead of letting us switch our dad to the named person on the account, they cut our contracts off and left us with no working signal at all. absolute rubbish, i think they even put a block on

Paul Turner™ (Personal) (@PaulTurner140) reported@DrealSMAK @virginmedia Don’t waste your time. They only want you to DM them to keep your complaint from public view.
