    @pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

    @virginmedia Really sucks you’re ending pay as you go. Many of us can’t afford to pay 12 month contracts for those of us with unstable finances. I haven’t seen rolling contracts offered for a while which is a better option for me. So you’re only interesting in well off customers?

    Virgin Media can suck my *** - didn't turn up to INSTALL my broadband, took 4 days worth of phone calls for someone to sort the issue, another week to actually turn up, promised to credit my account for the inconvenience and still have the audacity to charge me full price
