    @pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

    @stribs44 @LutzSchueler @virginmedia It’s so widespread within there organisation that they can’t control it anymore . it’s common practice to leave you on hold for hours not make call backs , fix faults etc . They pass you around from person to person in the hope you give up. The buck ultimately stops with you Lutz

    @virginmedia To be clear - I've agreed a new 18 month contract (exactly same terms as before) on Jan 21st, yet over the weekend I'm sent a package asking to return my equipment. I suspect I'm meant to ignore the request but there is threat of a charge if I fail to return it.

    @virginmedia I tried yesterday and am hold right now as I write this... 50 minutes is my limit, I am not hopeful that I will be answered - 3 attempts of 50minutes at 5p/min rate number will have cost me £7.50 and still no resolution.
