    @pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

    @virginmedia Current number is VM. New sim is O2. I’ll be honest I didn’t realise I was agreeing to move to a different network 😳 but it’s fine.

    @virginmedia Experiencing Ground Hog Day with cancellation of my Virgin contract. 3 days to cancel and leave because WhatsApp chats stop at 21:00 and if timed out you start again. Woohoo Not at VIRGIN anymore 🎉🥳

    @virginmedia @virginmedia #virgin360. Apps still do not work and now the box deletes my recordings after one day. I’ve been updated to 360 for 6 days. I rang today to see where my original query was - no one had contacted me. And surprise there is no record of my issue. Have raised again.
