@pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

@virginmedia Yes he is a customer and his contract had ended therefore your discounts that you had in place also ended. However no notice was given and we cannot access our account online due to your negligence. I tried to sort this almost 3 Years ago and got no where!!!!

@virginmedia just had a text saying the broadband connection in my area now sorted. Which it was, for 5 minutes. Now it's back off again. Already reset router. I'm not only one with this issue. Any update on the problem / actual fix? Unable to work for 1 and a half days so far...
