    @virginmedia This was meant to be a self installation, yet after 4 days, it's still not working. He's using the cables that were provided for him with the new Hub, and it says "access denied" for his internet.

    @virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

    I’ve not been well, Kieran’s been off school = the dishwasher hasn’t been filled. Virgin Media is down = no TV, internet and it appears Kieran’s mobile = whinging spoilt kids. 1st world, non infected household problems!

    @virginmedia so I've had issues with my broadband streaming my oculus 2 and amazon prime on my TV at the same time. I have the premium package (over £100 a month) and still my movies on virgin pause and buffer every 15 secs. Cust/Serv automated. 4 weeks with iron age service 🤔

    @virginmedia 3rd Feb complaint was raised. Not even going to waste my time trying to get through to live chat again - countless hours already spent to no avail. When will the complaint be looked into? Is there a maximum timescale for complaints to be followed up on?

    @virginmedia has got to be one of the worst internet providers we’ve had. WiFi is down and for the past month I’ve spent more time using my 4g because it never seems to connect to my phone. All the family have had issues with this as well. All in all not too happy at the moment.
