    Virgin Media down in #Grimsby today due to them “making improvements” 🙄....really helpful when I have 15 pieces of work due. We must have the most frequent outage in the country.

    I’ve not been well, Kieran’s been off school = the dishwasher hasn’t been filled. Virgin Media is down = no TV, internet and it appears Kieran’s mobile = whinging spoilt kids. 1st world, non infected household problems!

    @virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

    @virginmedia This was meant to be a self installation, yet after 4 days, it's still not working. He's using the cables that were provided for him with the new Hub, and it says "access denied" for his internet.

    @virginmedia Would all be fab if we got the internet speeds we are paying for and the internet didn’t keep dropping out. Your customer services team need to look hard at refunds when service is crap or refund automatically when you know internet is crap!

    @virginmedia @CarersUK I've just spent 45 mins with 1 of your minimum wagers trying 2 cancel my contract. u 1st tried 2 charge me full price on the 4 months remaining and not the early disconnection fee. you robbing lying *******. this is another reason why im leaving. hope your bosses rocket explodes

    @virginmedia The billing cycle that I was told it would take place in has now happened. I have received that said bill. It does not reflect the reimbursement. Let’s make the investigation begin … through me, the customer calling back the original number I rang in the first place then.

    @virginmedia I’ve managed to get through.Not a great service at all. No internet now for days on end.Second time in 2 months I need an engineer to fix my line (and previous times) I’ll take my complaints to the ombudsmen and will take my custom to @SkyUK. Please rescue me @SkyHelpTeam
