    @virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

    @virginmedia I don’t even use Virgin Media. I’m with EE. Multiple people in my life tell me that your customer service is horrific, so I rejected your services. I’m commenting on a problem where your company is negatively viewed all over twitter and it’s directly affecting someone I know.

    @virginmedia Happy to make a complaint but it falls on death ears, we have made two so far, one due to a manager giving completely false information, and the other for the lack of returned calls! All I need to know is how long you are willing to allow us to continue without internet?

    Virgin Media are absolutely useless. We have had nothing but intermittent WiFi for 3 whole days. I phoned them up and the automated message confirmed this is the main issue but told me to check back in another 24 hours.

    @virginmedia Ordered an ‘intelligent wifi pod’ over 4/5 months ago for extra £5 a month & was told its sold out and unavailable, yet my best friends was delivered and installed yesterday and she only joined Virgin last week.. wifi signal constantly down/weak. Customer service have no answer

    @RahilaG @virginmedia You mostly get overseas call centres with poor line quality and poor spoken English. To get the Scottish one only call 150 Mon-Fri in Uk office hours. Also learn which menu sequence gets you "If you're thinking of leaving us?" (Retentions) & often a Uk call centre.

    @virginmedia No as the only correspondence I had received was an email on Tuesday which said do not reply. I will now have to order another pack to post it back (first one never arrived) as I had made my plans to work around being at home yesterday for the collection.
