    I’ve not been well, Kieran’s been off school = the dishwasher hasn’t been filled. Virgin Media is down = no TV, internet and it appears Kieran’s mobile = whinging spoilt kids. 1st world, non infected household problems!

    @virginmedia This was meant to be a self installation, yet after 4 days, it's still not working. He's using the cables that were provided for him with the new Hub, and it says "access denied" for his internet.

    @virginmedia I need help with my contract. I am currently shielding. I should have gotten a new contract through email but it never happened and still paying the old contract's super expensive bill. It's very frustrating to ring.

    @virginmedia You bill me for a paper bill £1.75 raised the issue feb 25th 2025 to which you promised a credit of £10 this never happened and have then continued to bill me on paper bill at £1.75 for 14 months, all chat logs have been kept, then tried to offer me £15 credit in total

    @virginmedia @DjmarkieT Why do you always ask people to DM you? You will just say there is nothing you can do so call the call centre. Also why is your service so bad? You are genuinely the worst company I have ever dealt with!

    @keithapearson @virginmedia Couldn’t agree more. I’ve spent roughly 6 hours on chat talking to foreign robots and got nowhere. They should be fined for not having a uk call centre. I’ve gave my 30 days notice after 19 years as a customer. They’re a disgrace.
