@virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

Aren't @virginmedia just great.. My parents are wanting to cancel due to financial difficulties and struggling to make ends meet and nothing was done to help. My mum came off the phone sobbing her heart out...... Should be ashamed of yourselfs
