@virginmedia The car will be on a transporter TODAY to go to auction, if only the driver had the decency to leave a note saying what he had knowingly done with a wee apology, he had 24hrs to report incident, after 24hrs it becomes a CRIMINAL MATTER! I’ve been lied to by your call centre.

@virginmedia There is nothing you can help with, the car has gone back, I’ve been penalised by not getting my “good condition” bonus, I’m not having an insurance strike against me as in 45 years of driving I’ve never had a single claim. Will just have to lodge papers with small claims court.
