@virginmedia Once again your service is down and they *once again* will have to send an engineer out to fix it. I work from home and can’t deliver work to my clients. The amount of times this has happened is an absolute joke.

@virginmedia This was meant to be a self installation, yet after 4 days, it's still not working. He's using the cables that were provided for him with the new Hub, and it says "access denied" for his internet.

I’ve not been well, Kieran’s been off school = the dishwasher hasn’t been filled. Virgin Media is down = no TV, internet and it appears Kieran’s mobile = whinging spoilt kids. 1st world, non infected household problems!

@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

Virgin Media down in #Grimsby today due to them “making improvements” 🙄....really helpful when I have 15 pieces of work due. We must have the most frequent outage in the country.

Still no broadband and TV sorted @virginmedia (and... I was blamed for cancelling a technician appointment when it was all done on their side because the technician didn't bother to turn up) and I'm resorting to using the library computers which are infuriatingly SLOW.
