Absolutely shocking @virginmedia Last week no Internet for 6 days. Now both T.V boxes aren't working and nobody coming out till end of next week to sort it so 6 days with no TV. £141 per month for a service that doesn't bloody work 😑

@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

I made sure to state this several times since your previous service has been awful, but you have been sending me threatening texts that 'my payment is overdue and may now affect my credit score'. I have phoned virgin media 8 times now and have not been able to get past the first
