    @virginmedia I need help with my contract. I am currently shielding. I should have gotten a new contract through email but it never happened and still paying the old contract's super expensive bill. It's very frustrating to ring.

    @virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

    A new Disney Dreamlight Valley free update usually takes about 20 mins total. Switch is currently estimating 4 hours & 20 mins and rising. What the heck? So far, provided a new router I didn't need, have had outages I didn't previously have & now super slow speed @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to contact you for 3 days, to replace a hub as the current one has no power and the power cord that is broken seemingly doesn’t exist for a Hub 4. No internet for 4 days. What do you suggest we do next to get someone’s attention? #virginmedia

    @nightsong53 We're still waiting for @virginmedia to come fix our broadband. My husband was so infuriated by the call centre staff I had to take over. We have raised formal complaint but of course not heard from them.
