@virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

@virginmedia Not at all, it was meant to be delivered yesterday between 13.01-15.01 and still today nothing, not even an update! And now being told I need to wait 24hours for an update via their shoddy chat service (that closes as soon as you go to another app)
