    @virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

    @virginmedia Yeah, this happens about twice a week. It goes down for a few hours, you tell me there's a fault, you resolve fault, it goes down again. You don't actually do anything to fix the fault long term

    @virginmedia oh noooo more atrocious service from you. 27 mins on the phone waiting to speak to someone for your line to go dead 😱 can’t wait to leave, price hike the final straw. Awful company.

    @virginmedia No, there's nothing listed there now but there was this morning when I had a full service outage for the fourth time in a fortnight, just like my neighbour across the road. Virgin continue to do very little about it.

    @misslane6 @virginmedia They always ask to speak to my mum too it’s never me, definitely do think it’s dodgy because it’s just people trying to advertise things xxxx

    So currently I have just had a call with @virginmedia and after explaining my issue for them to then put me on hold and then end the call. I have called them again to now be waiting on hold for 15 plus minutes. Not trying to out them, I just want my speeds looked at :'(
