@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

Absolutely shocking @virginmedia Last week no Internet for 6 days. Now both T.V boxes aren't working and nobody coming out till end of next week to sort it so 6 days with no TV. £141 per month for a service that doesn't bloody work 😑

@virginmedia Embarrassed for you that I even have to ask you this as a post as you have your DM's closed... Internet keeps dropping off on multiple devices in the house, obv. the signal is good when it works so your online tester is useless for this issue.

@virginmedia I think it’s fair to say the link isn’t reliable bc when my wifi went down, over an hour and a half ago, it said the area was perfectly fine. So I suppose something is wrong, isn’t it? Regardless, it’s finally working now… one hour and a half later.

@virginmedia oh dear. Just left BT for an 18 month contract and regretting it. Spent 40 mins getting nowhere on the phone yesterday, put in a complaint and been told to phone the same customer 'care' to resolve it. Seriously?

@virginmedia They hardly respond. I have proof of all this abnormalities from virgin media. Been a loyal customer for over 6yrs and all I get complimented with is forceful debt from virgin media . This drives me sick. I need to be attended to otherwise i feel scammed with the way virgin media
