@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

@virginmedia I am extremely annoyed! My Wifi is not working since Wednesday, I tried everything and called customer service they told me there is a problem in my area and should be fixed by Friday night. Still no service can you explain what should I do now?

@virginmedia @virginmedia back home. WiFi connected but no Internet at all - can't even load up your own page. When I run the test using my mobile data it says there are no issues. We have restarted the router and checked all the cables.

@virginmedia Yes thanks, I’ve had plenty of calls informing me of delays, but little else. No interest in any more calls that don’t offer clarity on problems, solutions and timelines. Otherwise, just pretence

I'm also pissed that after next Wednesday I won't be able to watch @CuomoPrimeTime as Virgin Media are taking off CNN. Not happy. How can I get my fix of @ChrisCuomo ?
