    @virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

    @leonagraham @virginmedia Best one was last week when workmen cut through our UFO cable (not Virgin). Lady on the tech help desk still insisted she needed to check my line speed before proceeding! The cable was in two pieces, she sounded surprised when it came back as zero! 🤔🤨

    How are people mean to work from home without wifi @virginmedia?! This should be a part of my get out clause cause there’s no way I’m paying £240 to leave when I’m not getting the service I’m paying for.

    @virginmedia I just called customer support and the engineer is scheduled to come today later . It been going on for more than 1 months now. I am thinking of approaching ofcom. I am quite frustrated.
