@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

@virginmedia So… after a further mail from Virgin telling us our installation is now on hold we phone up the no. You gave me above. They tell us there’s a new installation date for mid Feb (just for the exterior) - then they say they’ll investigate…..and then hang up! Disgraceful.

@GaborPfalzer @virginmedia I've been locked in with those jokers for years. I've tried to cancel several times but every time their cancellation team makes me livid (for the same reasons you mentioned) and I ragequit. The other problem is nobody else does fibre in my area 😭

Had a problem with our internet completely dieing for hours yesterday , called @virginmedia at 6pm last night and they came out and fixed it by 4pm today! I was not expecting it to be fixed so fast!!! Amazing 🤩

@virginmedia I phoned up a few weeks ago as his router was broken and he was also being overcharged. They tried to get me to sign up for another service with a phone line, I told them no, I just wanted a new router. Now they've sent him a sim crd and are taking £60 out of his account a month!
