@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

@scott_doman @virginmedia @Hyperoptic If they're anything like as fast resolving their problems as getting to new locations, you're going to be waiting a while. Currently 48 hours without internet. And we have no idea when we can expect it back. Stick with the lesser of two evils is my advice.

@lindsaylou305 @virginmedia Here are a few simple steps to help you fix your problem. 1. Buy a Third Party router and use it in Modem Mode it will fix the problem of virgin media's bad Wi-fi and Hub 3 chip. 2. Pay for a high speed VPN to bypass throttling or outages. 3. Use powerline adapters.
