@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

Absolutely shocking @virginmedia Last week no Internet for 6 days. Now both T.V boxes aren't working and nobody coming out till end of next week to sort it so 6 days with no TV. £141 per month for a service that doesn't bloody work 😑

@virginmedia Parts of the app (the bits which show faults in your area) are down, had no tv all day with only the basic channels working now (last hour) and they internet has been intermittent since Monday! WN5 area? Are we all getting refunds?

@virginmedia There are people in the North East of Enlgand and Scotland who have had no power or water for 6 days since Storm Arwen. If no TV signal is causing this much grief heaven help us when anything major happens.

@C1997Andrew My last stint with #virginmedia ended when we had no service all week and all they kept saying was an engineer was on his way. I asked to terminate, they promised an upgrade, I reluctantly agreed. I booked a day off work and the engineer didn’t show, VM blamed me.

@virginmedia I'm not being funny but 2 days without a service before you give a refund is disgusting. So I can go without a phone line for 48hrs. Which isn't acceptable as my mobile has no reception in my property so I am uncontactable what if my mum or dad has an emergency. Complete joke
