    @RobWaugh74 @virginmedia Not sure how I got talked in to staying with them… It’s appalling customer service. If you can actually get through to someone in the first place…

    @virginmedia Can I ask why you don't support VPNs at a time when more people than ever are working from home? Makes your service pretty poor, no?

  • seanhannam seanhannam (@seanhannam) reported from Chesham Bois, England

    @virginmedia We’ve spoken to eight people to try and resolve our internet issues.We’ve ordered new boosters because the new service isn’t compatible with the old ones.We’re a ‘priority customer’ - the new boosters still haven’t arrived…So frustrating. Your service is appalling.

    @virginmedia Would have been nice if the app had worked to allow me a chance of getting a ticket. For a tech company your service yesterday was rubbish and the app still isn’t working today. Glad I’m a priority customer. The non-priority people must be treated really badly!!

  • Stukake72 Richard Stuart (@Stukake72) reported

    @virginmedia @WoodElle @virginmedia I’m having the same issues, I’ve been trying for 24 hours

  • alchemyintheuk Alchemy in the UK (@alchemyintheuk) reported

    @virginmedia The box itself decided it had a "serious fault" that would take up to 3 hours to fix. Well it's had 15 hours now. Its subsequent reboot and still nothing

  • RobWaugh74 Rob Waugh (@RobWaugh74) reported

    @seanhannam @virginmedia When I moved house, I opted to have an internet service five times slower just so I wouldn't have to deal with @virginmedia again
