@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

@virginmedia Six days after what was promised an easy cutover an engineer will visit. But the problem is not at my end. Obvious an error at #virginmedia. Guy on phone didn't even know difference between s/n and MAC address. Someone has screwed up and I have no broadband.

@virginmedia my hub light is solid red. Have tried turning off and on, resetting and unplugging and plugging in with no joy. I can get online but cannot stream! Light stays solid red! Help????
