@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

Absolutely shocking @virginmedia Last week no Internet for 6 days. Now both T.V boxes aren't working and nobody coming out till end of next week to sort it so 6 days with no TV. £141 per month for a service that doesn't bloody work 😑

@virginmedia Yes, hilariously that says there are 'broadband issues'. So glad I checked! This is happening most days now, all across E17, service out for hours each time. Most people researching alternative providers. You are hours away from mass migration. Any reason we shouldn't?

@virginmedia Just the same as happens (semi) regularly with your service. Compete net/tv outage. Not just me, number in the block of flats. Yes, status page says is a known issue. As the last one was. Target fix of 0330 apparently.

Imagine my @talktalk line NEVER went down, literally twice a year maximum. I’ve been with virgin media and honestly I’ve lost count the amount of hours I’ve been left offline while being charged full price each month. @virginmedia absolute dogs

@virginmedia What I wish, is a consistent service. How can it be that it goes down so frequently? Whis fault is it? Does anyone care? Is anyone ever sanctioned? I just don’t see how you can get it wrong so often. Is it incompetence or do Virgin Media just not care?

@virginmedia having problems logging in last few days to account through virgin media, virgin tv go and Tv control apps! Saying that my email and password is wrong or i am not registered DEF01 came up. I have been a customer for years. Is it just north east or it apps and wesite?
