    @virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

    @virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

    @virginmedia This was meant to be a self installation, yet after 4 days, it's still not working. He's using the cables that were provided for him with the new Hub, and it says "access denied" for his internet.

    @virginmedia Nope - virgin sim and phone from you guys. Zero reception all day. Having to run an errand to another area, I had and used signal. So the phone or the sun isn’t faulty, this is an area issue.
