@virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

I’ve not been well, Kieran’s been off school = the dishwasher hasn’t been filled. Virgin Media is down = no TV, internet and it appears Kieran’s mobile = whinging spoilt kids. 1st world, non infected household problems!

@virginmedia This was meant to be a self installation, yet after 4 days, it's still not working. He's using the cables that were provided for him with the new Hub, and it says "access denied" for his internet.

As it does look like I will be continuing to work from home for some time as yet I think its about time i upgrade from my virgin media wifi router to a mesh network so I can actually get close to the speeds im paying for... question! What mesh network do people recommend?

@virginmedia Originally they advised my friend it was an outage, they’ve now advised it is a fault which was due to be fixed over weekend, now they’re saying fixed by tonight. My friend has been unable to be part of training in a new job which is really stressing her out. Any help would help
