@virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

@virginmedia Once again your service is down and they *once again* will have to send an engineer out to fix it. I work from home and can’t deliver work to my clients. The amount of times this has happened is an absolute joke.

What concerns me most is that the #scam #calls started the day after we reported a connectivity issue to @virginmedia who proposed an engineer appointment. We cancelled the appointment when the issue fixed itself, yet now we get scam calls. Is someone selling on data?
