    @virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

    I’ve not been well, Kieran’s been off school = the dishwasher hasn’t been filled. Virgin Media is down = no TV, internet and it appears Kieran’s mobile = whinging spoilt kids. 1st world, non infected household problems!

    @virginmedia This was meant to be a self installation, yet after 4 days, it's still not working. He's using the cables that were provided for him with the new Hub, and it says "access denied" for his internet.

    @virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

    @virginmedia easily the most unreliable broadband I have had. When there are no reported problems on your 2 apps. But every 30mins every device drops out. And for customer service to dangle the cost of a technician in my face..... Poor poor product and service!

    @virginmedia When I took out your service I was told it was available in my area, initial installation 4th March. I'm now told it's at the end of May! It is impossible to speak to anyone with authority, you are misselling your product and I will be complaining to OFCOM about it.

    @virginmedia We had a few issues with installation, dates were changed etc. when engineer came install said they needed to dig on the road so will need a permit. Nothing happened so i got another date to do this. Another engineer came out said prev team has not done what they needed to do
