@virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

Absolutely shocking @virginmedia Last week no Internet for 6 days. Now both T.V boxes aren't working and nobody coming out till end of next week to sort it so 6 days with no TV. £141 per month for a service that doesn't bloody work 😑

@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

@virginmedia I even started the complaints process which was on it's way to becoming an Ofcom complaint but they suddenly started calling me even though I hate phones and insisted it all happen via email, they then said I couldn't continue the complaint as I hadn't responded TO CALLS.

@virginmedia After clicking on your link, it came up with a ‘404 page not found’ this is a wireless connection, however, i have wired connection which are just as bad. We have had this issue for the past year or so, and after calling Virgin nothing has been done..

@virginmedia Yes I have spoken to your tech guys. I have tried everything they suggested to no avail. All they say is I need to pay £5 extra a month for a booster which I think is unfair as I have done nothing to cause this issue
