    @virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

    Absolutely shocking @virginmedia Last week no Internet for 6 days. Now both T.V boxes aren't working and nobody coming out till end of next week to sort it so 6 days with no TV. £141 per month for a service that doesn't bloody work 😑

    @virginmedia I asked for the engineer to return and was told the visit would cost me £25! According to your inept Customer dis-Service I should put that money towards buying a new phone. Ok but what happens when that still doesn't cure the problem???

    @virginmedia In a word, no. I spent a lot of time initially & got absolutely nowhere but today just thought I'd put it out there as to your current business and resolution practices. Not great is it. Yes I can make calls but haven't a clue when people are calling me & I'm paying for this.

    @virginmedia Thanks. I last had an ethernet cable a decade ago. Has Virgin service declined to that of over a decade ago? Is that also why the helpline disconnected 3 times, too? I cannot reach you save via twitter, so I am not sure how best to continue your agents.

    @virginmedia The agent was very dismissive. The outcome was that if anything was removed from her service it would make minimal difference to her bill because she's on "such a great deal". Is it standard practice for you to keep calling vulnerable people and hounding them?
