@virginmedia This was meant to be a self installation, yet after 4 days, it's still not working. He's using the cables that were provided for him with the new Hub, and it says "access denied" for his internet.

@virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

Absolutely shocking @virginmedia Last week no Internet for 6 days. Now both T.V boxes aren't working and nobody coming out till end of next week to sort it so 6 days with no TV. £141 per month for a service that doesn't bloody work 😑

@virginmedia Very unreliable. Sometimes the range is a few feet. Others all good through the house. Nothing has changed my end & your CS say its all good their end. Might only need to change the router but they want us to buy the extenders, which they don't have. Been customer for near 20y

@virginmedia No, it’s down again. Restarting the hub won’t help since it’s an outage in M33. I’ll ask again, is compensation applied automatically? This is now the 7th affected day in the past 3 weeks.

@virginmedia Interesting you say that, we are fully aware of the 14 day cooling off period, however, she tried to call and sort it out yesterday, was transferred to 4 different people, was told there was nothing they could do to change or cancel the contract and then was cut off.

@virginmedia not had a good internet connection now since October, wifi regularly goes down, we’re meant to get about 250mbps and on a good day we get 40, can’t play games, can’t talk to friends, even get kicked out of online lessons
