    I’ve not been well, Kieran’s been off school = the dishwasher hasn’t been filled. Virgin Media is down = no TV, internet and it appears Kieran’s mobile = whinging spoilt kids. 1st world, non infected household problems!

    @virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

    @virginmedia Lots of errors lately then. I did fill in the complaint form and after pressing submit I received error 606 saying to leave the page open and call, but only between certain hours. Complaints still matter even if you won't register them.

    @virginmedia I am currently on hold with your team to discuss an increase in my bill. After 20 minutes I was put through to someone in your retentions team who actually laughed when he said he couldn’t help me!!! Terrible and unprofessional. I’m now on hold for billing
