@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

I’ve not been well, Kieran’s been off school = the dishwasher hasn’t been filled. Virgin Media is down = no TV, internet and it appears Kieran’s mobile = whinging spoilt kids. 1st world, non infected household problems!

@virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

@virginmedia @virginhelp Yes I have but they were only willing to take my bill down to $800 which is still astronomical and not helpful at all. That's still $545 more than it usually is. I understand paying for the extra GB's we used but 7.56GB should never cost anyone $545 - give you head a shake

@virginmedia Spoke to virgin today and the hundreds of people with the same issue are wasting their time. Apple say it’s purely a Cms issue. There sims think your default country is Belgium. Furious at transferring my number to VM. Never had any issue with any other network
