@virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

I’ve not been well, Kieran’s been off school = the dishwasher hasn’t been filled. Virgin Media is down = no TV, internet and it appears Kieran’s mobile = whinging spoilt kids. 1st world, non infected household problems!

@virginmedia I’ve called you 4 times now after raising a complaint ticket only to chase up a few weeks later to be told my ticket wasn’t registered, I then waited the requested 30 days for someone to contact me and that day came and went. I won’t be calling again but feel free to contact me.
