    @virginmedia I’m having problems with my internet not connecting it’s been going on for days, turn it on and off etc says incorrect password which it isn’t. I’m doing course work on my tablet that I can’t complete and now having to use my data on my phone

    @haveapizzame Awesome. I've got it myself. I quit also from virgin media. Not because it was slow. Because of the prices. It keeps on fluctuating. Whereas sky sticks to the plan. Which area you live in so I can find out the area broadband speed accurately

    @TIMO317 @virginmedia I was fully prepared to terminate my BB with VM there and then. £40 for 69mb/s BB is horrendous. They sorted out an 18 month contract for 100mb/s at £27 month. I should've done it sooner. 🙂

    @virginmedia It's a kick in the teeth to get a letter about price increases that also boats about new speeds I can't get as an existing customer. 😡 But double whammy: I find out I'm paying the equivalent of M350 but only getting M200. Way to screw over loyal customers VM. 😡
