@virginmedia This was meant to be a self installation, yet after 4 days, it's still not working. He's using the cables that were provided for him with the new Hub, and it says "access denied" for his internet.

Absolutely shocking @virginmedia Last week no Internet for 6 days. Now both T.V boxes aren't working and nobody coming out till end of next week to sort it so 6 days with no TV. £141 per month for a service that doesn't bloody work 😑

@virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

@virginmedia 1. Calling 151 means you already have my exact account information. That ought to be accurate. Not, as you suggest, possibly reporting issues that don’t affect me. 2. Past experience is that 151 and service page can be inconsistent - and 151 ends up being correct every time (1/2)
