    @virginmedia I need help with my contract. I am currently shielding. I should have gotten a new contract through email but it never happened and still paying the old contract's super expensive bill. It's very frustrating to ring.

    @virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

    @virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

    I’ve not been well, Kieran’s been off school = the dishwasher hasn’t been filled. Virgin Media is down = no TV, internet and it appears Kieran’s mobile = whinging spoilt kids. 1st world, non infected household problems!

    @virginmedia I have tried that and the customer service and help I received was “that’s the deal for new customers and nothing we can do , I tried to ring and use the chat but no help or assistance or customer service from anywhere !

    It’s still a huge issue that there is such disparity between offers for existing customers and new customers. Classic case from @virginmedia where new customers can get 100mbps for £25pm but for existing customers this is £59pm.

    @virginmedia Hi, thanks for the reply. I was acting for my disabled relative and got a terrible response. I eventually got through to the CEO's office and closed my relative's VM account. Due to the distress caused I now try to make potential customers aware of the poor service from VM.
