    I’ve not been well, Kieran’s been off school = the dishwasher hasn’t been filled. Virgin Media is down = no TV, internet and it appears Kieran’s mobile = whinging spoilt kids. 1st world, non infected household problems!

    Absolutely shocking @virginmedia Last week no Internet for 6 days. Now both T.V boxes aren't working and nobody coming out till end of next week to sort it so 6 days with no TV. £141 per month for a service that doesn't bloody work 😑

    @tonylyles73 @MdeBohun @sixteenthCgirl @virginmedia They put the price up every so often. After they notify you, you have 28 days to cancel and they can't charge. They will try but stand firm!

    @virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

    @virginmedia broadband outage keeps on getting worse and worse😡 After 2 days of rolling updates for the fix getting prolonged and an assurance it would be fixed by 5.30PM YESTERDAY from their helpline, they updated to 1.30 today. Now a message to say 1 PM on 29/4🤬 Unacceptable

    @virginmedia Seems fair comment-they aren't sensible! Googled "how effective making complaints to @virginmedia is" and came up with some very negative feedback culminating in: "customer feedback AND regulatory data suggest their handling of complaints is often seen as inadequate" Oh dear🙁

    @VirginMediaIE please I have DM you but I am now harrased due to virgin media delay and bill generation to money in form of bill This way customer in Ireland won’t prefer Virgin media Connecting with customer care 30-45 mins waiting time and still no solution to customers

    @virginmedia hi! I keep getting a message saying to upgrade my virgin box to get sky Atlantic - is it easy to install myself, is it a case of using the same wires as my existing box so a quick change over? Also my internet is often very poor, I assume this won’t affect the box?

    @virginmedia Still no resolution on this. 8 weeks and counting. Shocking service from @virginmedia . Sent me an email with "steps" to follow for a resolution that didn't have ANY steps to follow!

    @virginmedia so I’m trying to cancel my contract and I’m speaking to Soyinka Sheffield but their English is so bad I can hardly understand them. Apparently she is the only person that can deal with me. Thank god I’m leaving ( well I hope I am ) !!
