    @virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

    @virginmedia I cannot log onto anything. I get message to tell me that I either can’t use it because it needs to be the account holder. I’ve been added to the account so this shouldn’t be an issue. Or I get ‘there’s a technical problem’ message. Or it tells me my wifi isn’t working! It is!!!

    @virginmedia Shocker! The good old excuse “the system is down unable to do it, you have to do it online” it’s was regarding the internet being intermittent, which isn’t helpful when working from home for the emergency services trying to save lives.
