@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

@virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

I’ve not been well, Kieran’s been off school = the dishwasher hasn’t been filled. Virgin Media is down = no TV, internet and it appears Kieran’s mobile = whinging spoilt kids. 1st world, non infected household problems!

Virgin Media down in #Grimsby today due to them “making improvements” 🙄....really helpful when I have 15 pieces of work due. We must have the most frequent outage in the country.

Modern problems: Trying to get everything in the house reconnected to the Internet after @virginmedia had cut you off for the day. Much of afternoon spent holding various random boxes together and shouting "talk to each other FFS!!"

@virginmedia I never use my land-line for outgoing calls, but I got about 10 people phone me saying that I'd phoned them. This followed a scam attempt a few minutes earlier. I have now disconnected my land-line as it was becoming ridiculous. The calls were coming in quick succession.

Hi @virginmedia my Internet has been cutting out periodically every day for the past few days. I know this is an area wide problem and not just us. Not exactly conducive to home working! Why is this happening and when will it stop?!
