Absolutely shocking @virginmedia Last week no Internet for 6 days. Now both T.V boxes aren't working and nobody coming out till end of next week to sort it so 6 days with no TV. £141 per month for a service that doesn't bloody work 😑

@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

@aviosAdventurer @virginmedia In my experience (with BT, but VM + BT both use Kelly Group as a sub contractor) initial visit was from Kelly and they weren't able to install (their parameters are much narrower than a VM / BT installer). Mine was the same and flagged as 'customer not in', which was infuriating.
