@pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

@virginmedia Regarding my WiFi issues, nothing is connected via cable. All devices are connected by wifi. We never had these problems before, so it has to do something with the wifi box I suspect.

@virginmedia 4 days without Internet! Thats not normal . I don't live in country side this is London sw8 . I can't just sit and wait. What do I tell my clients sorry can't attent the meetings Coz I don't have working Internet and that virgin can't fix until the 19th.

@virginmedia Yes but three days without Internet these days sounds like impossible where everything we do is on Internet from work to entertainment. what's the guarantee if technician can fix the issue on the day.

@virginmedia So far today we're seemingly back to normal, or near normal. I can see my Twitter feed and I'm connected on Slack for work purposes. Speedtest is showing 12mbps up - down on the usual 20 - but this is better than yesterday's 0.1 - 3 range.
