    @pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

    @virginmedia Really sucks you’re ending pay as you go. Many of us can’t afford to pay 12 month contracts for those of us with unstable finances. I haven’t seen rolling contracts offered for a while which is a better option for me. So you’re only interesting in well off customers?

    @CarnitorPrime @MKanto141 @virginmedia It took me taking them to the Ombudsman to get them to fix their shite. Sadly, you have to go through their complaints procedure first and once you have a "Final Response" you can then pursue it further with them. (P.S. I had the same issue and they refunded 50% of paid funds)

    @virginmedia You just HAVE to be joking!!! Your service is ABSOLUTELY dire!! KY11 9XH has been on and off for weeks now and when I complain you send me wee texts with list of numbers. This happened two year ago and it's back with a vengeance.

    @virginmedia my daughter has been with you for 4 years and is 12 months into an18month contract. Having to move home but you are not servicing new address so has to cancel and you want £180😡 And 2 hrs on phone waiting😡Come on show some loyalty and reconsider
