@pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

@kerrie_atkinson @virginmedia So I called to discuss the offers that you have, as advised to my wife above, to get a very rude gentleman who again told us the same deals, I asked why you were willing to let loyal customers leave without matching new customer deals. He wouldn't answer instead ended the call.

@virginmedia Today, after an email saying you were going to dispatch self-install kit on 30/04/2021 I got on live chat again to say completion isn;t until 14/05, we need to delay. Why did no one get back to me? Terrible customer service made me decide to just cancel the order. They refused.

@virginmedia There is actually planned work going on and everything is off in the area. I'm on the phone now. Network issues picked up because when I called on the 9th April they realised the whole area had issues. Taken months.

@virginmedia spent 9 hours trying to order a booster as My wifi won’t work in half of my house. I find it hard to believe that a multi national corporation is “out of stock” of a necessity item within your business. Was directed from person to person and no one could help me 😠
