@virginmedia Hub 3.0 and the lights flashing green but I use it as a bridge for Google WiFi a restarted the router and still nothing. As I says it's not just me people in the surrounding area are having the same problems.

@virginmedia Hello but can we have a more detailed update? I.e what’s the nature of the issue? Is it pretty fundamental? How can it be something that is estimated to be fixed within a few hours but then just as the few hours is up #virginmedia update this to estimate it’ll take longer?

@virginmedia and incidentally, at about 10am today I was "guaranteed" that an engineer would be out today by 2pm and would fix this issue and that they would come and speak to me when here, it's 4pm and hasn't happened
