    @virginmedia mobile not working since Friday. Texts OK. Apparently it "might" be due to Vodafone migration and you've given yourselves 3 days to finish migration. Have 2 phones on this account one works one doesn't. Makes no sense!

    @virginmedia @Ofcom My complaint focused on: VM telling me my installation time was 1pm-6pm. They then said it was 8am-1pm. When I pointed out that the earlier slot was problematic as I may not be in legal possession of the property in that time slot - all hell broke loose.

    @virginmedia I meant you as in Virgin Media. When a formal complaint is made I expect a named contact to take it forward, not for it to be ignored. Once again a fruitless attempt to get this issue resolved.
