@pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

@virginmedia please help, we have fibre optic, a small one bedroom apartment which we’ve lived in for over 4 years with no internet issues however the past few months if we are in our bedroom streaming buffers so bad that sometimes even tiktok does, downloaded the connect app

@virginmedia I set our broadband up yesterday and was getting speeds of over 500mbps which is what Wes re suppose to be getting. Done a speed test this morning and we’re getting 19mbps. No problems apparently as I’ve already checked

@Donnataylor971 @virginmedia Same problem here, won’t hand our landline number over and it’s the only one my mother in law with dementia can remember, 22 years we’ve had the same number.......just hand it over. Customer are leaving as your service is poor!
