@virginmedia Really sucks you’re ending pay as you go. Many of us can’t afford to pay 12 month contracts for those of us with unstable finances. I haven’t seen rolling contracts offered for a while which is a better option for me. So you’re only interesting in well off customers?

@pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

@virginmedia Complaint reference I was given was 081121841 . Only raised today as I reached the end of my tether on the call today . I’d love someone to listen to my calls … the scripted answers and disregard to what I was saying .

well it was just as well that i never streamed today, @virginmedia has been dicking around with my internet all day due to some unknown issues kinda messes me up seeing as 99% of all my games are either MP or digital lol #InternetShutDown #internet #fail

@virginmedia i have yes and it had identified 2 issues with my service that could lead to service outage and when i checked at 14:00 the issue was expected to be repaired by 18:00 there needs to be an automated notification service to txt or email effected customers as soon as it happens

@virginmedia I was on live chat with Daniel last week.... some of channels are not working and he said he could see issues with the TV box. He said a new one would arrive within 72 hours (5 days ago) but it has not arrived to date. Thanks.
