@pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

@virginmedia Really sucks you’re ending pay as you go. Many of us can’t afford to pay 12 month contracts for those of us with unstable finances. I haven’t seen rolling contracts offered for a while which is a better option for me. So you’re only interesting in well off customers?

@virginmedia Disrupted service since Nov. Engineer came in 24Dec, but said it was a 2 man job to fix. 8 further missed engineer appointments. Cancelled Complaint - you have resolved nothing. Yesterday I was getting calls every hour that couldn't be understood.

@virginmedia Well, the package I asked for was on the website, so I can't imagine why it wasn't on your system!? Never mind! I've always been a big fan of virgin, but I'm glad that there are now competitors coming to the market. Competition = better prices and/or better service.

@Samathy_Barratt Had this with Virgin Media earlier this week. "You can call us back but you'll just get a regular customer service operator not me". And the main customer service number typically has you waiting on hold for over 30 min.

@virginmedia Yep, have used that a few times and each time I fill out a contact form and nothing happens. Virgin Media are pretty much digging up all the surrounding roads bar mine. Want to know whether its been done or not. They stopped halfway down the connecting road!
