@pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

@virginmedia awful advert promoting kids to go on iPads and phones all day, instead of playing out. I mean I know they do 🙈 but don’t encourage it...

@virginmedia This is a wired connection, my WiFi speeds shouldn't matter as I only use the Virgin Box in modem mode. I have a Ubiquiti UDM and Ubiquiti Access points that run my network as I can't trust your box being able to stay up 24/7.

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply. Of course, but to not even have an update after over an hour of waiting is rather poor. Tried again this morning, another hour of waiting to get connected, only for it to freeze as soon as it does! So frustrating!!!

Mandy Hailey (@CmdrSinclair) reported
@virginmedia It's two separate issues though. 1) The price rises - not really my complaint. 2) Being told verbally, and by your Service Change Receipt, my monthly bill for 6 months is £22.50 then finding out its £29.50. It's really bad communication at best, lieing at worst.

@MySummerBorn @virginmedia Found this alot recently, virgin media customer service staff finding difficult to answer simple questions so they just go quiet then hang up on you. Disgusting customer service.

Dear @virginmedia, I currently have a £20/month contract which increases to £27/month on 1st May. I just contacted your support & was offered £21/month until Aug & then £44/month. That's a deal? I can't afford any increase. Is this the support to people struggling with austerity?
