    Used to tell my colleagues on @virginmedia to switch to @BT to overcome reliability issues. Moved house and little choice to pick Virgin. No internet or TV for 7 days, fix due by 1pm today. Queried at 1.30pm and 6.30pm, assured it would be today, told to relax. Frankie says BS.

    @virginmedia are there any issues reported for NN5? Been a week of faulty Internet and even none at all! It's Friday night and I have had no Internet all day. Any update would be great, it's annoying to be told there are no faults on my connection when there really is.

    @virginmedia I spoke to them, my problem was that it took 5 hours of messages to get nowhere! Was offered a deal then wasnt allowed to actually have it?? Honestly gobsmacked!

    @virginmedia What?? Yes total loss. No internet and no tv. May have service during day but I’m at work then so no use to me , it’s not just a slight drop out. Can’t even load web on my phone

    @virginmedia It isn't just slow WiFi speeds, it's the fact it keeps dropping off and disconnecting form things making everything that needs the Internet unusable
