@virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@virginmedia It all sounds good. I wish that this is how you would operate in real life, but it isn’t. They just lie about anything so you get off the line and they got no “unresolved” issues under their name. Where are the managers that were supposed to call me back???!!!

@virginmedia Update. So after several calls during the week/weekend I finally got through to someone who has fixed my broadband issue. Ended up with them sending a few signals to our hub and told to disconnect all devices for 24hours. It’s back on this morning after 7 days without 👍
