Have paid £26 for HD live download and quality is terrible @virginmedia. Its pixallating and freezing @SkySport. Is this going to be sorted out? Why is there no message on screen explaining theres a technical problem ?

@virginmedia we are trying to watch the Anthony Joshua vs pulev fight the connection is shocking to say the least we let the terrible WiFi connection slide but when an extra £25 is spent for a live viewing it just keeps glitching and cutting out. What is going on?
