    @virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @virginmedia I was told an engineer was doing work in the area to resolve the issue, but this has been going on for weeks and I have read online multiple engineers have been out to the area. I would just like some clarity as to what is actually going on.

    @virginmedia Hello! Your virgin media technician Tom (ID 76917) came to my house on the 2nd Feb and rewired a faulty cable resolving all issues. I haven't recieved a survey for him?? He did a cracking job and don't want him to miss out on good feedback and most likely commission

    @virginmedia Hi. Thanks for your reply. It is everywhere. The technical team have said it is a problem with the routing of the number. But they haven’t updated my ticket for 9 days now. I really need this sorting out
