@virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia Yes maybe faster when it works. I would never switch to them tho. Sky fibre hardly goes down. Virgin has already gone down about 10 times for days since it's been put round here & they once left my old house without internet for over a month! So don't expect all good things.

@virginmedia There is also an implication here that I am also being investigated, your team tell me I can’t cancel my account whilst this is going on …… in essence I’m being forced to pay for your mistake. I am quite happy to remove every virgin media product from my home at this moment

@BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia I work for a big telecommunications company. The speeds depend on where you live and if its full fibre or not. Difference between companies is customer service not speed.
