@virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@virginmedia customers, beware a new scam! Had a call on my landline showing a local number. Said he was from VM & that there was a prob with my internet. Suspicions confirmed when he wanted me to go online so he could fix it. Sounded convincing, so BEWARE!!
