@virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@virginmedia I have had this issue all day😡 now it's fully gone and we can't even contact your customer service because that's down! Bloody ridiculous. As soon as the contract is up, it looks like I'm leaving. Had no end of issues with Virgin broadband the past year.
