@virginmedia That everything was down Broadband, TV & Phone until 12pm but was all sorted in a way at 1pm broadband still trying to settle its self down but getting better as time goes on but just don’t like the complete lack of communication when there is an issue

@virginmedia we have issues with channels glitching sky one etc Comedy Central seem to glitch a lot, bbc and the like are fine, I’ve turned off the box and still the same. tech support ran tests but they show nothing wrong? I pay a lot of money for the service not for glitches.

@virginmedia any chance of your customer service actually being able to help at all. In total I’ve spent over seven hours over two day different occasions just trying to change my package and I’m no further forward. I left a complain nearly three weeks ago and still waiting... 😡
