    @virginmedia Yes my contract has come to an end and the price is increasing so I wanted to change my package. I’ve been having trouble getting WiFi in my house for the last year! But we can never get in touch, after 25mins we get cut off! We have bared with the lack of internet access

    @virginmedia Hi, is there any easy way to get a new hub sent to me? Been having issues with existing one, done all the tests and reboots. Apparently nothing wrong with connection to my home. I'm paying over £130 pm for package. Couldn't get through by phone all week.
