    @virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @geori89 @virginmedia I'm G82 as well and mine's been down since lunchtime. Shows on the service page for my postcode and says 10pm for it to be fixed.

    @virginmedia Yes apparently a known fault in our postcode. Quite why it takes 6 hours to fix it, at a time when so many of us are working from home, is anyone's guess.

    @virginmedia called 6 days ago and was told I will be sent out pods to help with speed in max 3-4 days nothing received as of yet call but put on hold and never picked up. Terrible service

    @virginmedia Yes I already tried those solutions a number of times. Phoned up more than a few times too but they couldn't help either. My last time contacting them they suggested new box. The £25 activation fee for new box and no compensation for bad picture all this time is a bit grating.
