@virginmedia moved house, moved my subscription, engineer came yesterday and still no service. Rang customer services, on hold for 59 minutes and then cut off. Amazing service 👍🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@virginmedia @virginmedia two years of complaining and still my broadband service is not working properly. Engineers turn up and rush jobs and leave without fixing any issues even though they say they have. Customer services are gatekeepers and will not escalate my issue! 1/3
