    @virginmedia Hi, ML , we had cancelled our contract. As your colleague waves off the fees and issue us our credit balance. We had old ios socket which is unuseable. Both engineer came and told we need to do proper wiring and do socket installation.

    @virginmedia No third party devices, no settings changed, just upgraded from a hub 3 to a 5 on a faster package. We have a pod to boost the signal and that’s it. I paid the fee but it turns out the systems are down and it can’t be fixed today once the transaction was processed
