    Why is when you move house you get shafted by some service providers. No @virginmedia I do not want to start a new 18mnth contract for more than what a new customer would pay and they would get twice the speed on broadband. I would give you 30days notice to move contract

    @virginmedia I guarantee you they cannot help. I call every day, usually spending over an hour on the phone. The pre-installs team only promise me a call back from someone who can help, within 24-48hrs. The call back never comes, despite further requests for this to happen. Explain that?

    @virginmedia It has changed multiple times. First it was 4pm yesterday. Then 8am this morning. Then 12pm today and now it's saying 5pm. I've had to travel to the office far away to work today... WhatsApp Support assured me 8am this morning it would be done..
