When i phone they said I need boosters..n so did the app. Purchased no change. Family n friends have same problems.. it's a minefield outthere..

    @Classicbritcom @virginmedia Yep. It's known in the trade as cancellation avoidance. Cancelling / removing products from your service goes against the advisor, so they do everything to avoid it. Send email / chat saying you refuse to pay from the current date, they will do it quick enough

    @virginmedia was kept in your webchat from 5pm to 10pm to make complaint. you now claim I signed for services I never asked for. added notes I was getting Hub5 for compatibility. this was then overriden by someone else "because". casenotes give no reason.
