    @virginmedia broadband & TV down in area 14 since 1pm today (26th). App says bband restored at 6pm but ours still out, no reply on chat support been waiting online trying to keep phones clear

    “Has the restriction been lifted?” Lots of broken English but no clear answer. Repeated the question a variety of ways. Still nothing. I’ve been with Virgin media for almost 20 years, it must be. And every time the contract is up it automatically renews. Until now. At this time.
