@virginmedia It’s strange because the online help claims there’s no problem but the phone says there’s a major problem in the area. Perhaps the online help needs updating because it’s no help at all

@virginmedia I hung up the call, rang back and spoke with a lovely man. Reset my email, password and answered all my quedtions. All the men are when you call, the female was awful. But thank you for the response

Dad got rushed to hospital still in and @O2 connection is still not working in my house or mums @virginmedia mobile same problem (according to there test it’s fine) well try using it here especially when a loved one is ill and you can’t even connect a phone call &it’s a main road

@virginmedia No and tbh no apology for my internet not working since the day after install Friday and now I've been threatened in in contract ! I have 14 days to cancel can you confirm please . Im not paying for a fault after 5 days plus it's not worked from install .

@virginmedia’s customer service is appalling. 3 hours to respond to a message has to be the benchmark for worst practice. Last weekend it took them 27 hours to sort out cancelling my account. Absolutely hopeless.

@virginmedia Everything has now been clarified after a very long wait for assistance yesterday., after approximately waiting 6 hours for help. I have a new contract hopefully starting in June. It would have been about a 10 minute call if only I could have spoken directly to a human by phone

Was advised yesterday by @virginmedia to try their WhatsApp customer “support” after two months of no call backs from them regarding them setting up a SIM card that I declined. Messaged their WhatsApp support yesterday - still waiting for a response.

@virginmedia It is. 360 box, just called again today. It would seem that despite being promised for the 4th time on Friday it still hadn’t been processed, so 5th time lucky. If this doesn’t happen now I will cancel, absolutely shocking customer service.
