When i phone they said I need boosters..n so did the app. Purchased no change. Family n friends have same problems.. it's a minefield outthere..

@virginmedia Rebooted my phone earlier, no effect. Not actually had to call or text anyone today, but my signal icon has said 'Emergency Calls Only' all day. I'll definitely check that signal strength link though, thanks.

@virginmedia the company that’s only looks after new customers, not long serving ones. Me: paying £34 for vivid100. New customers £29 or £34 for vivid200. VM customer services, well you can have vivid200 for only £54. 😳🤬

@virginmedia Really hate to do this on Twitter, but I'm not happy with the customer service from Virgin. I've had an intermittent fault with broadband (not WiFi) connectivity, but having spoken to 150 they've told me they can't help unless I call when the problem's happening
