Dad got rushed to hospital still in and @O2 connection is still not working in my house or mums @virginmedia mobile same problem (according to there test it’s fine) well try using it here especially when a loved one is ill and you can’t even connect a phone call &it’s a main road

@virginmedia’s customer service is appalling. 3 hours to respond to a message has to be the benchmark for worst practice. Last weekend it took them 27 hours to sort out cancelling my account. Absolutely hopeless.

@simonnread @virginmedia My husband was on a premium package I needed to bring it down as we had to travel 100 miles a week to see him. They said they would half the package in April, it's still not sorted. They said they wouldn't contact his number only mine. they still did. They are con artists.

@JamesTurner37 @virginmedia Virgin Media have been unreliable for some time now. We moved to BT, we had an issue with the internet and they attended that day to fix it. Brilliant speed and service.
