    Really annoyed that @vmbusiness can’t resolve pathetically slow upload speed in central Sheffield for a week. It means colleagues requiring remote access to our server because they are working from home are wasting hours of their time due to crushingly slow speeds.

    Low and behold... @vmbusiness is down again on the first work day of the week. Makes me wonder how often this happens and I’m normally in the office so don’t notice... I can’t wait to one day move to somewhere where another provider can connect me to fibre optic internet

    @Davidrwkellett @virginmedia Yep it’s huge but don’t seem to be doing much about it. I’m leaving them as soon as I can the customer service just trots out the usual rubbish but don’t actually do anything. I’ve no idea how to get any help with it.
