    @Classicbritcom @virginmedia Yep. It's known in the trade as cancellation avoidance. Cancelling / removing products from your service goes against the advisor, so they do everything to avoid it. Send email / chat saying you refuse to pay from the current date, they will do it quick enough

    @virginmedia Rebooted my phone earlier, no effect. Not actually had to call or text anyone today, but my signal icon has said 'Emergency Calls Only' all day. I'll definitely check that signal strength link though, thanks.

    @TrainedPengling @virginmedia The problem I have with this, is that whenever their broadband has gone down, so had my mobile with them at same time. Like when it all went down nationwide earlier this month. Having free 4g when you actually can't connect is kinda pointless lol

    @virginmedia Wifi down ONCE AGAIN. This is almost a weekly occurrence, why should we pay this much for a day without service a week? Reset the router and done all the necessary steps and no, still out, as is this neighbours. PLEASE fix your network.
