@virginmedia I’ve run all the tests & it’s telling me the ethernet cable is unplugged. I’ve never had an Ethernet cable! I can watch tv & record but can’t access on demand or catch up services. It stopped working at 5.59am 27/2. Please send help! Like a real person. I’m getting fed up now...

Dreadful service from @virginmedia. Internet & TV problems for almost a week now. Completely fed up with being asked to unplug, plug back in again & run the set up process. It doesn’t work! They’re happy to take £70 pm for a poor service but reluctant to send an engineer.

@blue5456 @virginmedia @Virgin B4 Virgin we had Voda, Sky, BT and they all promised 71mbps, they were all crap and Voda only provided 7mbps at peak times. Try get Fibre to the house (FTTP). Makes a massive difference than the fibre to the cabinet then copper from the cabinet to the house which degrades it.

@blue5456 @virginmedia @Virgin What package you got mate. We've got the 1gig and never once had a prob. Tbf Virgin are the only provider we haven't had a problem with. Depends if your FTTP or to the Cabinet then copper to your house. If Copper to your house then all providers will be crap.
