    @virginmedia broadband been down for over 2 weeks. Working intermittently. Phoned on numerous occasions, on hold for over an hour each time. Tried the messaging service. Respond only when I’m at work. Abysmal service/provider. My wife works from home and is having to us hotspot

    @virginmedia so. I left virgin media in October after 19 years, not that I wanted to. I just was fed up of new customers getting a better deal. Now I keep getting billed and its up to £150. How can I stop this. Been on the phone 20mins but had to put it down 😤😤😤

    @virginmedia Done that. Looks like the TiVo box the likely problem. Needs replacing. So how do i do that? Phone leads to online help: online leads nowhere helpful, for just replacing a TiVo box. Ideas?

    @virginmedia I have done this multiple times and they still send them along with the threat of charging me for not returning the equipment which I find unacceptable. Your whole team seem incapable of actually solving any issues. Terrible customer service.

    @virginmedia Slipped below your standard is an understatement. An engineer came a few weeks ago and sorted a temporary fix. However, my complaint has gone ignored. I’ve called, emailed and done the web chat. Your company is ignoring me.
