@virginmedia Sure, office this morning at about 8am. No service and Internet access by 9.30M and popped back late morning and still nothing around 10.45am. So finished my admin at home with my own broadband connection. Didn't call or raise the issue as its a pointless exercise. Cheers

Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

@virginmedia Well I don't know if the problem has been restored at virgins end I received help and advice from an outside source who showed show me how to work around the problem with manual DNS entries. But for me, working now. Thanks.

@virginmedia OMG, does Virgin Media actually know what is going on? You leave me with no service, waiting ages for a engineer and then 6 months after the incident is resolved you write and offer a resolution of ‘Apology’. To say that I am disappointed would be a rather large understatement.

@virginmedia well I’ve called 150 and they have no way of passing me to the customer resolution team. It seems counter intuitive that the customer complaints team won’t engage with customers. It’s almost as if they are expecting to fail so don’t want the exposure.

@virginmedia I did check the ethernet cable and it worked perfectly on my PS4 and no the lights stay green. Its possible its my pc but again its working completely fine no no issues but might end up doing the same tomorrow or the next day.
