    @virginmedia Done that as well. I have made at least 20 calls to you and been promised reconnection on numerous occasions and then nothing happens and I go through it all again. Your customer service is dreadful

    @virginmedia This is as pointless as the phone calls. Your team state “it’s a known issue affecting the area” they have stated all checks are irrelevant as it’s an issue in the area! So why not put it on status page? I’ve done all checks and they have confirmed. TF4 postcode, nothing on page.

    @virginmedia I've checked every time, no outages. I phoned at the weekend "no outages in your area". Told I should reboot my hub 3 times a week. Had VM for years, never been told this before, never had to before. These last 2 weeks have been awful

    @virginmedia what the hell is going on! My whole package has been down since 3:30pm yesterday! I work from home! I need internet! I’ve had 3 updates and the times keep changing for a fix. First it was 8:15 last night, the. 10am this morning. Then 4pm and no update! Still no net!
