    @virginmedia I pay for an average of 350Mbps broadband speed and getting roughly 1-3Mbps if lucky. Running the test and there's an issue with the signal coming into my house. Been like this for days now! Argh!

    After a month of being in my new house, Virgin media are finally installing the internet. This was supposed to be done a month ago and has kept getting delayed. The service has been really poor so far but I'm just happy that it's finally here.

    @virginmedia The whole point in having a modem is to connect via wifi to devices, it is not a drop in performance the actual wifi signal is disconnecting on all devices. If you cannot send out a technician then we need a new modem as this one is faulty.

    @virginmedia Finally the hub and box is working...but day 3 (ringing daily) on trying to get you to add on the children's "fun" package reinstalled after one of your customer services reps removed it. Starting to think 10 minutes is actually 10 days🤬
