@virginmedia Had problems with our WiFi, engineer turned up at the door we asked shouldn’t he be wearing a mask 😷 he answered “nah we’ve run out” seriously Virgin you’re sending out engineers to peoples homes without masks!!!!

Really annoyed that @vmbusiness can’t resolve pathetically slow upload speed in central Sheffield for a week. It means colleagues requiring remote access to our server because they are working from home are wasting hours of their time due to crushingly slow speeds.

@virginmedia Your webchat customer service is ATROCIOUS! On for over 70 minutes trying to report a cracked junction box, repeatedly left without communication, justified by ‘systems are slow’, only to be told I need to speak to someone else, and put back onto a chat bot!
