    @virginmedia They are saying that my mum had to pay an activation fee when my late fathers account was moved to her name, I was originally told that the credit would be applied in January fir her overpayment - just come off an hour long call with one of your team with no resolution...

    It's disappointing @virginmedia BUT, on the other hand, the rest of the service is good. Just a great shame that the customer service didn't match the actual service Hey ho! I guess nothing is perfect 🙄🤦 Maybe ONE day you WILL sort this out 🤷
