    @virginmedia According to ur website there aren’t any issues within my area so not only was I hung up on I was lied to as well. Now my password is apparently wrong and won’t let me change it on the website. Just wanna cancel the contract to be honest, no help whatsoever.

    @virginmedia WiFi is really slow in one of the bedrooms upstairs. I’ve spoke to Virgin and they’re adamant everything is fine. My phone wifi connection and PlayStation suggests otherwise! Really disappointed to see no action.

    @virginmedia No, after I checked these cables he was stumped on what to do next. He is clearly following a script. He just says now to wait 24hrs if the issue is still there to call back. Standard tactics as he could not be bothered to deal with me.
