Twice now I've been let down by @virginmedia 2 holiday days taken and still no engineer has turned up despite receiving letters of install dates. Customer service didn't even seem to care #shocking 😡

@virginmedia My house requires the cable pulling in under the road, however you did know about this. My problem is I've been given 2 dates and I've used 2 holidays. 1st date engineer turned up but didn't do anything 2nd date didn't turn up at all. Useless!!

@virginmedia @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph we are paying for 100mb and at best getting 8.6 at worst 0.46mb. There is a fault in the area and this was reported 10 DAYS AGO. Still no engineer to fix the problem. Not acceptable when everyone is struggling WFH on top of schooling.

@virginmedia The issue with testing the wired connection is the wifi isn’t constantly out it just cuts regularly through the day so I’d have to sit and wait to see if the wired connection changes which isn’t really feasible due to my WFH set up. Will try the app first
