    @virginmedia Internet is back but patchy. My Cisco VPN for work has been disconnecting and reconnecting periodically all day as the service fluctuates. Luckily I've been able to work around it for now, but it does concern me as I have some very important international meetings coming up.

    @virginmedia .And the fact that we both need to teach online makes no difference? Can’t put lessons on for students for tomorrow. Having to cancel live lessons with exam groups. Why did VM originally offer us two earlier dates and then say they weren’t available? It’s just not good enough.

    @virginmedia absolutely disgraceful service. Our TV and broadband has been out for over 12 hours with no sign of returning. How can this be possible during a lockdown where we are being told to stay at home. AVOID THIS COMPNAY AT ALL COSTS!!
