@virginmedia Yes, I have checked it again and exactly the same issue. Moreover it is clear that the issue persists since I am unable to perform my remote consultation work today because of the issue. I am really appalled by the way Virgin Media is handling this issue. @MoneyTelegraph

@virginmedia Yes, it is, and the situation has still not changed I am afraid. Virgin Media has not given any further information regards this, and Ai have no idea when the issue may be resolved. It is impossible to get any information at all!

@virginmedia No, it was an issue without a complaint being raised. I asked multiple times VM team to resolve the problem with the cable outside and only after not receiving any help for weeks I was forced to ask to cancel my Virgin contract on December 30 and refund.

Just had a letter from @virginmedia saying my BB monthly charge is increasing. When I look to switch I'm told I will not be able to port my existing no. as VM do not release the numbers. WTF! This cannot be legal can it???
