    @virginmedia Shows as ‘No Known Issues’. But there is! We asked for an engineer to call but were told it’s a known problem in the area and would be fixed as soon as possible. No date given. Promised updates that have never materialised. It’s beyond bad customer service.

    @Virgin_Victoria @virginmedia Thank you. They’re fully aware but are doing absolutely nothing to sort the problem. We haven’t had any broadband since the 24th of August! As a business it’s near impossible to operate with broadband these days. It’s so frustrating.

    @virginmedia hi I've tried for over a week now to contact on the phone. Since changing to Virginmedia my Amazon Alexa wont work keeps saying broadband not set up purple light going on and off please help I've wasted so much time trying to contact I'm not happy with service at all

    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria You could start with talking to each other and teaching telephone staff for the business side to listen when someone tells them there’s a problem and not keep repeating the script! All we want is our broadband back on!

    @virginmedia how can I try get a refund for a box office purchase that I can't find and watch it's th aew all out show I've paid for it and spent 1hr trying to find it and cannot watch also one of your customer service team hung up on me trying to resolve this

    @virginmedia I run the test on the link and it’s showing no issues, but we don’t receive WiFi in half the rooms in our house including the rooms adjacent to where the WiFi box is! I was calling to request the free boosters but I am not willing to ring back up and be on hold again all night

    Finally got through to @virginmedia to cancel. Apparently it takes longer than normal as theyve just put prices up. Oh and day 7 of no broadband but dont worry it SHOULD be back on by 17th Sep. Role on october with @SkyUK

    @virginmedia I've tried rebooting router. You have to select alexa in wifi settings and that's when it says your internet may not be connected. My mobile no problem.

    @virginmedia Tried to ring numerous times now. The first time he was very rude. When I finally got through to someone else yesterday the gentleman told me someone would ring me back and no body has. Now I'm stuck on hold... Again. I think I'll be leaving.

    @virginmedia Absolutely disgusting service today. Hubby spent 58 minutes on hold to 150 trying to reduce our bundle. Passed from pillar to post, no one could sort it. Given up now!

    @JasonMimms35 @VMO2News Virgin mobile isn’t included and that runs off the Vodafone network. Needs to be an O2 mobile and Virgin media broadband registers to the same address.

    @virginmedia We got a new router some time ago and the old signal is still active upstairs. Customer service tell us it is impossible. Devices keep trying to connect to it. It can take an hour to get through to customer service. It is great until something goes wrong.
