    @virginmedia For some reason I can’t log into my account either on your website or on my Virgin TV Go app. I’m now being told as I’ve put the password in wrong 5 times I can’t log in but even my security answer and DOB aren’t recognised!!! Help!

    @virginmedia Got a letter from a debt company saying we owe you £329 & your not even our internet/BB/phone/tv provider! Rang numerous time & been hung up on or we can’t proceed because we need your password, DONT HAVE A DAMN PASSWORD BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT!!

    @virginmedia But I spent an hour an a half this morning on that service with two agents, both of whom dumped me into an irrelevant faults bot. If you can't arrange a call, how do you suggest I take this forward.

    @virginmedia You should have installed a Virgin Media Hub 3 in March 2020 but used my old hub. We’ve had poor wireless ever since (thicker walls than last house I guess) but every time I’ve complained the BOTs say the service is OK but it really isn’t!!
