@virginmedia internet is down I get it, supposed to be back up at 6 and then updated for 11 ! . I’m having to use my phone connection as a modem to do my job. This is ridiculous.

@virginmedia I have gone through all of this already with @virginmedia on numorous occasion. I have a complaint reference and I still after 5 weeks hard a phone call as promised. The WiFi drop out, we can’t use any device on WiFi as it just does work.

@virginmedia Yeah whatever, we’ve logged complaint after complaint with all of them being ignored, a month old router with the last engineer coming out a matter of weeks ago just for the internet to go down yet again without reason, it gets incredibly boring.
