    Finally got through to @virginmedia to cancel. Apparently it takes longer than normal as theyve just put prices up. Oh and day 7 of no broadband but dont worry it SHOULD be back on by 17th Sep. Role on october with @SkyUK

    @virginmedia I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and support and the constant contradictions staff give me every time I called I was promised a £20 compensation due to issues with internet and televisions service and was told yesterday I wasn’t getting it!

    @virginmedia I have already spoke to a manager about the issue and refused the offer of half the over payments returned .on principle if the whole overpayments is returned then the matter will be closed

    @virginmedia You expect me to pay £70+ per month on the dot or you’ll cut me off... if I complain about lack of internet and tv people at virgin media drag their backsides not to help or compensate us customers when it goes horribly wrong but you’ll demand to be paid in full every month !!

    @virginmedia It’s seem to be ok at the moment but we seem to be having many problems over these last couple of months and trying to get though to speak to someone is impossible I was waiting 1 hour and 45 mins all in all and nothing. It just seems to be poor at the moment. #nogoodenough

    @virginmedia watch yourself people just found out virgin have been charging me for kids tv for last 6 months ....not bad considering my kids are are 18 and 24 .so just check your bills because they re fraudulently adding things to my contract without authorisation #fraud

    @virginmedia Which was lies on the onset I was on the phone at one point 5 hours of calls was made by me call virgin media customer service.... no one offered a call back once!

    @virginmedia It happened every day for a month or more! It would start during the day I couldn’t access tv nor internet and twice of entire weekend at one point Virgin media said there wasn’t any issues until I kicked up a fuss .. I was assured I would be compensated because of this

    @virginmedia I run the test on the link and it’s showing no issues, but we don’t receive WiFi in half the rooms in our house including the rooms adjacent to where the WiFi box is! I was calling to request the free boosters but I am not willing to ring back up and be on hold again all night

    @virginmedia Absolutely disgusting service today. Hubby spent 58 minutes on hold to 150 trying to reduce our bundle. Passed from pillar to post, no one could sort it. Given up now!

    @virginmedia The issue is something non your side, I have been told it will be fixed by Friday since mid may... The internet connection drops and the router gets stuck in a reboot loop. Your tech support dosen't seem to care

    @virginmedia The agent that I spoke to advised me that there is a SNR issue and it has been ongoing since 24th may. I think the 99.96% reliability you are quoting is a little bit of a lie!

    @virginmedia Funnily enough, after 30 mins on the phone with one of your team and wanting to send an engineer out in 3 days (not good enough) and him saying that there’s no issue, it’s come back on!! 3 hrs off - I make this so far 10 hrs since Christmas Eve so far! I’m getting a sim hub! 😡

    Shocking service @virginmedia! Sat in waiting for home mover installation due today before 1pm. Called at 2.30 to see where engineer is only to be told the advisor has booked it for 30/12/2022! And now no install until the 6th January even when stated I need it for work. Shambles

    @virginmedia An engineer visited us on 14/12 because our TiVo box was not working. He said external cabling work was needed and this was booked for today. He said he would visit today after this work was completed to install new box. I cannot get hold of him .

    @virginmedia I have a real problem that I need help with. I can get no help online and have spent hours on the phone. This is going to result in a formal complaint and closure of our account. Can you please contact me urgently. I have been without TV for 16 days. Unacceptable!!
