@virginmedia Currently not so bad as of yesterday evening. But as @GGTVBD has stated, quite expecting that to change later today. I have noticed however that at a few points throughout the night it must have dropped again as parts of my cctv recording I've reviewed says 'Poor WiFi connection'

Virgin Media have been absolutely terrible since we recently joined them in October. Currently have no internet connectivity to the house and there is (apparently) nothing they can do about it until they send out an engineer. Absolutely won’t be recommending them to anyone.

@virginmedia Wi-fi consistently terrible. I'm really not sure why you supply the Hub 3. We live in a small house, and the three routers we've had before have never had the slightest issue. Your hub though, is awful! I'm about six metres away from the hub typing this, and constant drop outs!
