    @virginmedia You can see at the top of the screenshot I’m logged in to my account. And yes, I understand the system and infrastructure very well, and have exhausted all trouble-shooting suggestions. There is a wider issue here outside my home which needs attention from your engineers.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia yes we’re still having problems, the hub no longer reaches all rooms, signal strength is lower, when we get a signal. We’re on Fiber at above 100mgbs/Sec be guaranteed. So why did a get a text last month “good news we’ve upgraded you to 100mgb/s.

    @virginmedia Hi Virgin, my parents in Salisbury have Virgin phone, internet and TV and it has not been working for hours now. The router lights show no internet. I have got them to unplug, wait and replug it in but nothing. Is this a general issue in the area or just them?

    @virginmedia This morning and they just repeated that they're saying it was an intermittent loss of service, which is an outright lie. And offered some terrible "goodwill" comp which was less than the Ofcom auto-compensation. It's practically criminal at this point.

    @virginmedia Thanks, it seems to be your whole website that has similar issues. If I dial 789 from a Virgin number will it take me through to your UK-based customer service team? I've spoken to the Filipino call centre a few times and they can't help or give me contradictory information.
