    @virginmedia the cheek or virgin media staff complain about virgin router dropping out constantly call raise a complaint and tell them router is disconnected from network and request a hub 4 as been told this is what’s needed I get told I have to upgrade to 1 gig for new router

    @skytv are proper jokers account due for renewal and only offered to knock it down by £7 per Month... That's the £7 increase they put on... Virgin media can get same package for £30 cheaper!

Its been going on & off now for over a wk.Once it goes off 1st time its then hours of dropping constantly.Ive had issues since day1 but it seemed to get better....now gone again.     Having been a loyal customer for 4 years with @virginmedia, I have been lied to by customer service. They applied a different package than what agreed on phone. Violation of customer’s right! Rang 3 times since to complain but nothing has been done! Disgraceful @VirginMediaCorp

    @virginmedia I've been checking & used the PSA website to trace the call and, seemingly, it is a number from a Dyson "contact us" website! Now, I did contact Dyson, a couple of months ago, but it was via an 0800 number, so I will contact Dyson to pursue the matter. Thanks for your help, John!

    @virginmedia I have been locked out of "My Virgin Media” account since February, phoned 4 times and get nowhere they say they filled in a form and in 5 days it will unlock, never does. Means I have no access to sky sports, Virgin TV Go, and the new TNT Sports via HBO Max!!!

    @virginmedia I don't want private communication with you - I don't want you to try to appease me as an individual but actually go and look into your systems, see how this can happen and deal with bereavements professionally. Look at the feedback. People are enraged by this kind of thing and it's entirely solvable at your end. Get somebody senior at VM involved. If you fix the system - you ensure my mum doesn't get more emails from you. But when you say 'to ensure everything is correct' - it clearly isn't.
