    @virginmedia I've been checking & used the PSA website to trace the call and, seemingly, it is a number from a Dyson "contact us" website! Now, I did contact Dyson, a couple of months ago, but it was via an 0800 number, so I will contact Dyson to pursue the matter. Thanks for your help, John!

    Having been a loyal customer for 4 years with @virginmedia, I have been lied to by customer service. They applied a different package than what agreed on phone. Violation of customer’s right! Rang 3 times since to complain but nothing has been done! Disgraceful @VirginMediaCorp

    @yatin_suvagiya @virginmedia Sky are rubbish 3 weeks I have been calling them to sort out an issue and now the managers that are promising to call me don’t call me back shocking service from @SkyUK can’t wait to leave and virgin have offered me a cheaper deal with more add ons that sky can give me

    Virgin media is frustratingly slow. We pay around 33 each month. That’s more of what we pay for two months of internet, TV with all sports channels everything and Netflix, Disney and Amazon prime included. Might move back to India I swear.😭

    @virginmedia Well I don't know if the problem has been restored at virgins end I received help and advice from an outside source who showed show me how to work around the problem with manual DNS entries. But for me, working now. Thanks.

    @virginmedia honestly... your call centre/arranging anything is absolutely shocking. Twice had something arranged, twice its not happened and wrong things noted. Please sort out your call centre. This poor engineer has just turned into a complaints department

    @virginmedia You say it's a business number that I spoke to for 23 mins! I checked online & it's not a real area code, but a premium rate number, often used for scams. Thing is, I NEVER ring these people, or press 1, or whatever, I always hang up! But lady said there's nothing u can do, so...

    @virginmedia Hi, John, is it possible to find out if anyone rang me just before that call was made? I'm wondering if I've responded to something I shouldn't have? I'm normally very careful about unsolicited calls and, usually, hang up, but I'm only human & we all make mistakes! It was April.

    @LordTets @virginmedia Go to Ofcom... you have clearly given them ample time on numerous occasions to resolve your complaint. Life is too short to spend your time waiting for promised calls and web chats... let the ombudsman deal with them.

    @virginmedia A week, a week, just think about it…… it’s utterly ridiculous. The customer service is shocking, not even an attempt to do anything. You’ll be counter charged for every day that it’s off. Never known anything like it, in 10 years with sky not once had an issue like this!

    Shocking service from @virginmedia who I need to talk to about an incorrect bill. Never put me through to an webchat agent, promise a reply to emails in 28 DAYS(!), and hung up on me instead of putting me through to the payments team after an hour long wait this morning!!

    @virginmedia My broadband is down. Please advise as to when this will be fixed. Any updates would be helpful. Whilst I called Virgin and they said there is a problem, they had no idea what it is. Your webpage still suggests all is fine which is very frustrating.

    @virginmedia In answer to your question the email responses is your auto-reply promising a response in 28 days.... disappointing that @virginmedia seem to only fulfil basic minimal legal responsibilities rather than any sense of basic customer service
