    @virginmedia Yeah he turned up unannounced and left then after several calls got another engineer out who said the fibre cable is snapped and needs replacing and he could not give me a date or time as his emails on his pda are not working so I guess it’s left in the hands of the gods

    @virginmedia I have 2 main boxes have been told if I want to have 2 main I’d have to pay extra when I already have 2, I raised a complaint but next day it said resolved I’d like to know how as I was never contacted, told my services were cancelled but they weren’t so I don’t know where I am

    Slow glad to be moving from @virginmedia broadband this Friday. Their advertised speeds used to be unparalleled but since FTTP alternatives becoming available their appalling level of service and refusal to acknowledge or deal with faults has forced a once loyal customer

    @virginmedia On numerous calls to virginmedia, I have requested the calls to be listened to, but your agents seem to be limited on the notes they take. Emails they can send, calls they can make. Not at all happy with the service recieved.
