    @virginmedia But can deal with EASY problems on earth. You could literally offer me everything for FREE & Id still say no. Your company is going bust for a reason. Tell Branson you know how to fix it, tell him ‘our customer service is horrendous, we need to change’, then maybe VM will survive

    @iamaafaq @virginmedia Mine is the same. Though I suspect it's my router rather than the actual connection. Been through the tech support nonsense and they keep saying it must be my device 🙄 funny that 3 laptops, 2 tablets, 3 phones, a few Alexas and a robot hoover called Bernard all go off.

    @virginmedia Yep down completely on all devices, stuck using LTE on a phone just to highlight. Sunday is no good for anyone if I need someone out between 4-7pm today. I can’t do another day without being able to work. Need to invest some of the profits into infrastructure.
