    Hi @virginmedia. I was instructed to text a number to change my direct debit date. I did get through to someone who said she would do it but we didn't get to finish it off (not her fault). Now I'm theough to someone saying he can't do it and I have to call? Please help.

    @Deepal29 @virginmedia I don’t think they are prioritising installs for NHS staff, it’s all just fake advertising! We signed up and haven’t had the install dates moved any earlier than any regular new VM customer. Not to worry, I’ll be submitting a full complaint to the advertising standards authority

    Of course @virginmedia WiFi is down again. Can’t even check the status on the website because it’s glitching and keeps showing errors. This is such a constant thing now. Can’t wait to move flats, will never be using Virgin WiFi again
