    @Deepal29 @virginmedia I don’t think they are prioritising installs for NHS staff, it’s all just fake advertising! We signed up and haven’t had the install dates moved any earlier than any regular new VM customer. Not to worry, I’ll be submitting a full complaint to the advertising standards authority

    Hi @virginmedia. I was instructed to text a number to change my direct debit date. I did get through to someone who said she would do it but we didn't get to finish it off (not her fault). Now I'm theough to someone saying he can't do it and I have to call? Please help.

    @munrobasher @virginmedia Then you're very lucky, I've had problems for years Unfortunately they're the only service offering more than 6mb\s in my area, so I'm trapped, hostage to their shitty service and appalling customer service.     @virginmedia We’ve not had a power cut The box has wiped everything on at least 3 occasions where we had only 4 or 5 recordings Also had to contact online help as the box was barring playback of catch up & we often lose LAN internet while WiFi is still operational Our box is temperamental
