    Well it looks like I'm now going to have to TETHER so I can actually use some internet on my PC seen as @virginmedia is STILL down in my area. Now all this is gonna come out of my data allowance @O2 , brilliant

    @virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay £45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

    @virginmedia Internet is back but patchy. My Cisco VPN for work has been disconnecting and reconnecting periodically all day as the service fluctuates. Luckily I've been able to work around it for now, but it does concern me as I have some very important international meetings coming up.

    @virginmedia I work in a customer service contact centre. If any of our agents were as unhelpful as any of your channels there would be disciplinary procedures. Every single time I've dealt with Virgin it's the same. An insincere apology and advice that I already know.

    @virginmedia Thank you for responding. The broadband connection frequently just stops. Sometimes it will be offline for a minute or two, sometimes for hours (like last night). It can happen the middle of watching Netflix or when I am teaching online, like right now. It is unreliable. Fix it.

    @virginmedia So VM will keep saying service all fine in London when in fact there are known issues across the capital that have been present since Dec 30th. Nothing like keeping your customers ill informed and in the dark. Clearly Ofcom will be issuing you more fines this year.

    @virginmedia I raised a formal complaint on the 8/12/20. I received an email response on the 5/1/21 saying that “education given” was an acceptable resolution. I have spent over 2 and a half hours on the phone to your retentions / customer care department to have the call disconnected twice.

    @virginmedia After a ton of times trying I planned a tactical call when you opened on Sun morning but it was v frustrating and difficult getting to that point. Terrible service if customers can’t contact you. Plans are under way to repair our failing internet. Can u make your service better?

    @virginmedia I was told that I would get another 12 months Amazon prime when I renewed my package which I never got. Got charged £79.99 by Amazon and no one seems to know anything about it. And also I’m not happy being charged £26 for a fight that I couldn’t watch! Reference C-0812201000
