    @virginmedia Yeah he turned up unannounced and left then after several calls got another engineer out who said the fibre cable is snapped and needs replacing and he could not give me a date or time as his emails on his pda are not working so I guess it’s left in the hands of the gods

    @GSpellchecker @virginmedia I was told by someone in the industry that they constantly monitor and change the signal strength of individual masts in order to get the best distribution across the network. That’s why you sometimes see a drop off in signal (haven’t researched so don’t know if true).

    @CyclistHannah @cameraoncaught @virginmedia He shouldn’t be doing it, I’ve already said that. It’s something that really gets to me. I see no end of drivers coming towards me using their phone quite blatantly and others aren’t even looking at the road, they are looking down towards their laps.
