    @GrahamHyde @virginmedia This is the second such incident of abuse in a week and there have been several other calls. What makes them plausible is our internet service from Virgin is poor and they phone saying they are investigating a problem.

    @GrahamHyde @virginmedia The ****** thing about this is that we have recently had to change an elderly relative’s number after he had been scammed several times, including one who was specifically and repeatedly targeting him. The distress and wasted time from this theft and deception is horrible.

    @virginmedia I have tried the status but its saying the service is fine. Yet all the people on out estate are complaining they cannot get onto Virgin internet. We cannot book an engineer as isolating. Why is it constantly broken or speeds so slow?

    @virginmedia Still not received confirmation of a satisfactory resolution after 9 days. In fact, despite a long call to you so called help centre they’ve been anything but. It’s a relatively easy thing to get right.

    @virginmedia We signed a new contract with you on 24th July 2022 and in the contract it stated we have a minimum period.of 18 months and if we cancel before 23/01/2024 we have to pay an early disconnection fee. We have not had one day in over a month where we have been able to use broadband

    @virginmedia It says no connection, connect to a network. Either through Ethernet or Wi-Fi? I enter the only details I have through Wi-Fi and it don’t work. Not sure if I’m supposed to get a new Wi-Fi password?

    @virginhelp @virginmedia Just spent twenty minutes talking to someone on “Virgin Technical Support “ who hadn’t got a clue about anything. The power cable to the transformer for my Virgin hub has melted and only sheer luck prevented it setting light to the house.

    @virginmedia You were doing work in my area yesterday (NG16) from 10-4pm. It’s now 8:42am and the service is still pants! WiFi is back, but pathetic. TV is back, but pathetic! What am I paying £150 a month for?
