    @virginmedia I have gone through all of this already with @virginmedia on numorous occasion. I have a complaint reference and I still after 5 weeks hard a phone call as promised. The WiFi drop out, we can’t use any device on WiFi as it just does work.

    @virginmedia It’s been three weeks since i posted on the Virgin Community Hub and no fix for my issue. I have heard nothing from Virgin Media. I am still unable to watch any recordings through the Virgin TV Go app. When will this be fixed, paying a lot of money each month for a broken service

    @virginmedia No, no fix from the forum community and nothing from anyone at Virgin outside of saying they were looking into it. Need to fix this and has only started happening since my v6 box was upgraded to 360.

    @virginmedia Hi Khoros, the broadband is currently working although the service has been intermittent and very unreliable. There is an Engineer visit booked for Friday. My Mother have made a complaint because the Chat Service was so appallingly bad and we’re waiting on your feedback.
