    @virginmedia what an absolute **** show of a company. My wife renewed her sim only contract last month & was offered an iPad as a free gift as a loyal customer. 5 times she was sent new iPhone 14,s by mistake. She went out of her way to return them all with the incentive of 1/2

    @virginmedia I’m on Microsoft edge & have copied the link. Still nothing give me a contact number to actually speak to someone. On Saturday my wife was promised a resolution by Tuesday( today). Is this yet another lie ?

Its been going on & off now for over a wk.Once it goes off 1st time its then hours of dropping constantly.Ive had issues since day1 but it seemed to get better....now gone again.
