@virginmedia Through and then hung up on... This also happened when I tried to ring the Saturday before (although I hadn't asked to speak to a manager)... It had just been a lot of issues and at the absolute most expensive time for them to have happened.

@virginmedia ordered new services on Saturday. Result - no updated service, new bill reflects old price and service. Tried to call customer service - too busy to take calls. And to cap it all Internet repeatedly down despite new Hub. Fuming.

@virginmedia yes it is, I have already contacted your Webchat team and was told it is a known issue that has been ongoing since 24th may. After 25 minutes on the phone (mostly oh hold) after 5 concurrent missed calls in 2 mins after requests to be contacted by email, I am awaiting a call back

@Lmvsocial Mine just say they're Virgin Media and they have identified a fault with my internet connection. I say either "You're not Virgin Media though are you?" or "I don't use Virgin Media so that's a bit suspicious isn't it?" If VM ever do call me I'll never get to hear what they say.

@virginmedia yes daughter did spend quite a while on the VOIP phone that is on the router last night, the customer service rep did end up asking to press the reset (I said the phone will go off) she asked are you sure to reset, yes, phone went off and nobody owned up to the call-rubbish staff
