This last one (7.44pm) has ‘gone to consult a co-worker...’. (Complete silence now 59 mins in) What kind of service is this?!

    @virginmedia I've escalated it to your teams couldn't make an actual complaint without calling yet another number and I'm already up seven hours on the phone to try and get this resolved. Is there seriously nothing I can do but spend hours on the phone with no solutions yet?

    @virginmedia Don’t worry got through to yourselves, apparently on your system it showing a landline fault but on the customer service checker it’s not. Would be nice if the service checker was showing correct information instead of wasting my time
