Slow glad to be moving from @virginmedia broadband this Friday. Their advertised speeds used to be unparalleled but since FTTP alternatives becoming available their appalling level of service and refusal to acknowledge or deal with faults has forced a once loyal customer

@virginmedia I've checked and definitely not entitled due to the amount of days with no service. Like I said, a good will gesture. People who are working from home haven't been able to work for a start. Only been with you a few weeks and have nothing but issues.

@virginmedia I also tried this as well and got caught in a loop of being asked my first name and if was a new or existing customer or virgin and or o2. Every time I select existing customer of both I go back to the start of being asked for my name

@virginmedia @BlokeWorking They've just put up my broadband by 27%. CPI+3.9% but not on the amount I pay each month but the higher amount I would be paying before the new customer discount from last year. Chancers!

@RealKaiHarrison @virginmedia I agree. I've been looking into this and there are great offers right now on alternative broadband providers. Virgin Media treat their loyal customers with contempt by raising prices. I called them last year to get a new subscriber price and they said no. New customers only!
