    @Deepal29 @virginmedia I don’t think they are prioritising installs for NHS staff, it’s all just fake advertising! We signed up and haven’t had the install dates moved any earlier than any regular new VM customer. Not to worry, I’ll be submitting a full complaint to the advertising standards authority

    @virginmedia It's multiple devices that can't be connected. How can I test with a wired connection to phones, ipads etc. Also there were problems in the area for 2 days so I doubt the problem is at my end
