    @virginmedia AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE. BEWARE. Has to hold for 30 minutes, wrong department answered. They put we through to correct department which was wrong department again. After 10 more minutes I was put through to ‘correct department’ only to get a@message saying call tomorrow

    @virginmedia ordered new services on Saturday. Result - no updated service, new bill reflects old price and service. Tried to call customer service - too busy to take calls. And to cap it all Internet repeatedly down despite new Hub. Fuming.

    Decided to leave @virginmedia today after ringing them up. Great service no reason to leave other than I need to be a “new customer” to access the best deals. My monthly bill more than doubled. Hello @NOWTV or @SkyUK I think.....

    9) Offer nothing in the way of a discount or compensation. Fill the call with long awkward silences until customer hangs up 10) Wait for customer to change to @BT & for it all to blow over. At this point, I'm hoping @richardbranson will be personally installing our @virginmedia.

    6) Technician says nothing he can do & that, despite Virgin promising it was, tell customer their house is not in fact Virgin Media ready. 7) Wait for disgruntled customer to ring them. 8) Tell customer earliest they can get another technician out is 2.5 weeks.

    @virginmedia yes it is, I have already contacted your Webchat team and was told it is a known issue that has been ongoing since 24th may. After 25 minutes on the phone (mostly oh hold) after 5 concurrent missed calls in 2 mins after requests to be contacted by email, I am awaiting a call back

    A lesson in terrible customer service from @virginmedia: 1) Tell customer their new home is Virgin Media ready 2) Send the wrong wiring to new address 3) Don't send a technician over for 2 days 4) Promise the technician will be there between 8am-2pm 5) Technician arrives at 5pm

    @virginmedia No he advised that he would NOT attend as he is shielding. How he qould do a hub test and swap without attending is beyond me. So now what? Should I just cancel services this is just becoming too much

    @virginmedia I’ll just check we can’t even use our heating because it runs off of Wi-Fi I’ve checked all the connections they’re all solid are you sure there isn’t a problem again in this area because it took two hours yesterday before we found out there was a problem it kept saying all ok

    @virginmedia Checked outages in area ect rebooted hub and checked all connections and still having issues ...this is not a very good service..we have found out issues in area but this has been like this for weeks now...this doesnt help with home working and home schooling 3 children 🥴😡😡😡

    @Tigwig59 @virginmedia None of that is real, it is a product of our data being sold and brought by scammers. If you get those calls again, just say you don't have a pc and they'll hang up, they want to syslock your PC then hold it to ransom.
