The engineer came and documented that TV had been refused and therefore didn’t install

It goes off all the time! And then keep texting me saying you are coming for the WiFi pod after speaking with customer service. Im paying a fortune for this

Worked okay for a couple of weeks, then went back to being out of sync / tinny sound I thought it may have been down to my Gramps TV - but I bought a new TV and used the FireStick on there - but still issues!!
