    Hi @virginmedia. I was instructed to text a number to change my direct debit date. I did get through to someone who said she would do it but we didn't get to finish it off (not her fault). Now I'm theough to someone saying he can't do it and I have to call? Please help.

    @Deepal29 @virginmedia I don’t think they are prioritising installs for NHS staff, it’s all just fake advertising! We signed up and haven’t had the install dates moved any earlier than any regular new VM customer. Not to worry, I’ll be submitting a full complaint to the advertising standards authority

    @virginmedia For some reason I can’t log into my account either on your website or on my Virgin TV Go app. I’m now being told as I’ve put the password in wrong 5 times I can’t log in but even my security answer and DOB aren’t recognised!!! Help!

    @virginmedia I have been told that I need an engineer to call. We had exactly the same issue back in August. We are currently self-isolating and cannot have people to the house. In the end we were sent out a new hub, which we installed ourselves. Can we not have the same again please?

    @virginmedia They cannot switchover due to having an old hub. We have spoken over phone, live chat and WhatsApp to Virgin. They were promised new hub to be delivered and it never arrived. I’m concerned they have no working phone and are paying for a service they do not have. Please help
