Hi @virginmedia. I was instructed to text a number to change my direct debit date. I did get through to someone who said she would do it but we didn't get to finish it off (not her fault). Now I'm theough to someone saying he can't do it and I have to call? Please help.

We signed up and haven’t had the install dates moved any earlier than any regular new VM customer. Not to worry, I’ll be submitting a full complaint to the advertising standards authority

First the landline goes down, while trying to fix that #virginmedia break the broadband. Engineer leaves saying it will be back in 1 hour. After 24 hours, no updates, no landline and no broadband!
