    Nothing happens for days then today- a shooting in Brighouse; a large brown cow coming in the opposite direction on my walk through Bradley Woods; my dad being visited by a nurse in full PPE followed by a call from his neighbour to check he is ok and finally virgin media is down

    @virginmedia I had 3 connected no problem. It started when you sent me a new hub. The passwords and everything are there it just wont let me connect. Amazon are looking into it further for me but thought I'd check with you too. Thank.

    @virginmedia I've tried using that link but it says "Wrong Postcode" so that doesn't work. I don't think is a problem with my modem because it was working fine until 17:00 and suddenly it just stopped working, the light is still on and you can connect with every device, but with no internet.

    @virginmedia Requested a booster to get speed in my sons room so he can play his PlayStation, ended up with a rude attitude and argument telling me I can’t have one free as I’m in a cheap deal (and a lot more). I don’t see why I should pay to get a device that I’m already paying for.

    @virginmedia The call back was promised on Friday afternoon and was told it would happen before Saturday 10am. That call never happened and it is now Tuesday. Still no ability to register a complaint, no response and no date for broadband installation.

    @virginmedia Originally the agent said yes and then said no it’s been credited and then passed me onto another department but got disconnected - I’d been on phone for 45 mins by that time - I just want a solution
