    @virginmedia Our internet connection is intermittent (currently off) and has been rubbish for two weeks despite resetting the router on a daily basis. All the automated sequences tell me the problem is solved. It isn’t.

    @virginmedia keeping a close eye on my bills from now on as the last one was £27 more but can't work out why? Tv is the same old **** and the broadband has been very poor and inconsistent ever since i was fobbed off with the new 'superhub 4.0'

    @iamaafaq @virginmedia Mine is the same. Though I suspect it's my router rather than the actual connection. Been through the tech support nonsense and they keep saying it must be my device 🙄 funny that 3 laptops, 2 tablets, 3 phones, a few Alexas and a robot hoover called Bernard all go off.

    Been through 16 mths of lockdown, 3 working from home & hardly a glitch on the broadband. Last 8wks its gone down for several minutes a day between 10am and 1pm. Only on weekdays & its supposed to be a problem with our hub, really? An engineer could find it @virginmedia #shoddy

    @virginmedia absolutely rubbish service since we left @skytv and went over to you. Tv/broadband/phone off again on the whole of our estate-not much help to people working from home. Wont be renewing our contract with you, and will be checking how soon we can cancel!

    @virginmedia you must have the most unreliable internet service in the UK. Several times a year it goes down for a full working day. Again today, "Unplanned Outage" yet your van was here within seconds. Unplanned my arse. Compensate my loss of earnings! #poorService

    @virginmedia ? Why am I being made to wait 2 months to install my broadband ! You was meant to attend 10th January !! It is now 7th fav, you have re scheduled 5 times on me. Now telling me I have to wait til 7th March.Not happening. Still waitin complaint awful customer service

    @malayalilondon @virginmedia Mine was scheduled for 10th jan, emailed me on 9th told me pushed back23rd feb. They’ve cancelled loads by looks of it Same issue lol last week came done the trunking outside (contractors) now … scheduled install Thursday. Nope pushed back to 7/3/22. 6 times cancelled.

    @virginmedia If I click on that, I get ‘We can’t run a check on your service right now’. This is really poor. Box just flashes green all the time. Vague to non-existent explanation given on the phone. What am I paying for?

    @virginmedia Currently on the phone to the Pune call centre - they cannot help me!!!! What is going on with Virgin? Why can't my Virgin media package be fixed? The manager of the call centre will not speak to me. The operative is trying to help. Disgraceful.

    @virginmedia Seriously the most insanely bad customer service ever. Almost 5 hours to be connected to an agent on chat. Just a bot that keeps sending the same stupid messages. If I was considering leaving before I'm now looking at other options.
