    @markcharnock @virginmedia They are an absolute joke , been a loyal customer for 25 years , back when it was nynex and cable and wireless , you get nothing for loyalty, **** Turpin got done for less , beardy Branson has got a lot to answer for.

    If you don't mind poor quality, low uptime, unhelpful service, zero compassion, clueless technical support, broken promises and sky high prices then @virginmedia is the broadband company for you. For everyone else, go with any other company.

    Nor do @virginmedia give a toss about their customers, so care and compassion also not their thing. Struggling during Covid? @virginmedia will happily do nothing to help you out, it might affect profits if they did anything even remotely kind.

    @virginmedia are in my top 5 list for worst companies in Britain. Poor quality, socially and culturally reprehensible. I will give them one positive, social media peeps are nice, ineffectual but nice

    Anyone been having more issues with @virginmedia WiFi since lockdown? Intermittently our phones don’t connect, xboxes lose connection, or if the Xbox is on laptop won’t work! Got 1 PlayStation that is always ok, strange! Not good enough when you pay £138 per month 😡

    @virginmedia Exactly the same. No WiFi signal. This is the second day. I'm paying for this and I except to be reimbursed. You wouldn't expect to go to the supermarket and not get the groceries you paid for would you?

    I saw something about @virginmedia doing work in our area and we'll have no service but I can't find what dates/times. I'm working from home so have to show something to work to prove I'll have no internet/ make a plan to still work.

    @virginmedia truly are the shittest most unreliable broadband service, I swear. Oh and great, they're expecting their shitty service to be particularly shitty until 2pm tomorrow. It's not like people need to work from home or anything.

    @virginmedia @carl_kears Have you ever tried speaking to your offshore team? Ask them a question outside their script and you’ve no chance. The last time I tried, 3 different people cut me off. Useless service.

    @virginmedia getting sick of this now, got up this morning (25/08) no internet yet again. This is just a recurring problem, we are not getting a service and your overseas call centre is useless, how about a refund for lack of service every couple of weeks.

    @virginmedia hey my internet isn’t working. Service status says it’s good but it’s not. Running a test on your site fails and just tells me to switch it off and on again like Your talking to your dad. Can you actually check it and fix it.

    @virginmedia And danger of someone answering the phones? On hold for 1 hour 20 minutes. Which is particularly awful because of your abysmal choice of hold music. Oh and because you promised to call me back a week ago! And you have the nerve to put my bill up by £3.25!

    @virginmedia The faults team never resolve anything, are usually placed in a country thousands of miles away and it takes an hour of sitting on hold to talk to them. The default message is ‘we have a very high call volume today‘. Heaven forfend you should employ more staff.
