    @virginmedia How can @virginmedia sleep at night. Knowing that There are people with many complex issues and that isn’t enough. I’m trying my hardest but when I get overwhelmed my brain just gets fuzzy and I cannot deal with what could be considered simple tasks.

    @virginmedia I am absolutely fuming I’ve just called your customer services spoke to somebody who clearly didn’t have a clue what they were doing he kept saying that there was no Internet connection between the TiVo box on the TV that’s why I can’t watch Netflix

    @virginmedia Not the case. When I rang customer service before and asked if my line could have 500mbps i was told it wasn't capable of receiving it yet your online checker shows my street as capable of 500mbps so there's clearly some misinformation or incorrect information

    @virginmedia I called your call center to get help regarding @NetflixUK problem watching via TiVO box I’m have to reboot every day for past 2 weeks in order to watch Netflix. I explained this and I was told can I call back tomorrow 😡 Bad customer service.

    @virginmedia I have now been cut off 5 times in the past two days while on hold to your teams. I’ve wasted over 4 hours waiting in total. I have no problem with long wait times but constantly cutting people off is awful customer service. I need to speak to someone

    @virginmedia Hi. I've phoned and it says there are no problems in my area. The lights (2)on the TV box keep flashing red and 1 flashes orange. It's a pain as mobile coverage is awful here so I dont have any internet unless I'm pointing my phone at the sky like a loony!!!

    @virginmedia No I’m not in the areas that are experiencing issues. I live in Leeds it’s been happening every day for the past two weeks I’ve been having to switch TIVO off & it wait for rebooting sometimes it’s twice a day 😡 and he didn’t give me a chance ask callback! I’m fuming.

    @virginmedia I’m still having trouble with my internet and watching Netflix I was told to wait 48 hrs but I still having to keep unplugging the TiVO box for 3 minutes I order to watch and internet WiFi signal keeps dropping 😡 can you offer text services or callback please

    @virginmedia @virginmedia i constantly keep checking this, sometimes it says there is an issue and others it doesn't. Regardless we know there is an issue and it's been ongoing for days and no one is telling us anything. Am I meant to keep ringing people at 6am to work from theirs?

    @nancylady @VodafoneIreland I haven’t had this problem with Vodafone since I started working from home in March to be honest. I find them better than with virgin media who were down a few times a week.

    Is it possible to take an ISP to court for loss of earnings after their service caused you to not get paid that month, therefore ******* up christmas and also probably screwing you for rent etc..? Asking for a friend.. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I urge anyone in an ongoing total loss of service with Virgin Media to simply cancel. The automatic compensation scheme appears to be a marketing facade which they are not prepared to honor.
