@GrahamHyde @virginmedia The ****** thing about this is that we have recently had to change an elderly relative’s number after he had been scammed several times, including one who was specifically and repeatedly targeting him. The distress and wasted time from this theft and deception is horrible.

@GrahamHyde @virginmedia This is the second such incident of abuse in a week and there have been several other calls. What makes them plausible is our internet service from Virgin is poor and they phone saying they are investigating a problem.

@virginmedia after 4 hours of being on hold/disconnected, the agent has booked an engineer to come out tomorrow. I can't even use my virgin mobile to tether as signal is terrible. Currently using my work vodafone to keep working. 3rd day in 3 weeks with no BB 😢
