@virginmedia upgraded us to their latest Hub, which they say is vastly technically improved . Not my experience at all in respect of failing to connect via WiFi to my devices. Support is difficult to obtain, very poor by them.

@virginmedia Yes, I have checked it again and exactly the same issue. Moreover it is clear that the issue persists since I am unable to perform my remote consultation work today because of the issue. I am really appalled by the way Virgin Media is handling this issue. @MoneyTelegraph

@virginmedia Yes, it is, and the situation has still not changed I am afraid. Virgin Media has not given any further information regards this, and Ai have no idea when the issue may be resolved. It is impossible to get any information at all!

@virginmedia Wired is fine but when connected via WiFi with the phone or device 2 then up to 5 meters away the connection speeds drop drastically. It's an issue with your router because of the cheap parts you use for it. A lot of forums said the same thing.
