    @virginmedia Non..it's either running too slow or the service becomes completely interrupted for some hours only to reconnect spontanously later. It's slowing a lot of things down.

    @virginmedia It’s back today. I’m not happy with your service at all. I clicked the link several times, it said everything was fine. Then I called the status line and it said there was issues. I’m still owed a refund if £9.98 due to two failed attempts to watch a rented film. Overall POOR.

    @virginmedia I’ve requested it three times! It was sent apparently but I’ve never received it. Then I rang again..... and again. It’s beyond a joke. I text replied to the text message which had my address incorrect AGAIN and still I’ve received nothing!

    @zeninternet Thank you Ash. I've been sitting on the fence for a while, as I've been with @virginmedia for 15 years and get a great deal, but my internet service is appalling and they treat their customers like crap so I needed to move elsewhere. You came highly recommended!

    @virginmedia It is included on this thread but it's to do with my bill and altering my current agreement. I have however lodged a complaint after the poor service I received on the text service, where I was basically abandoned after spending 45 minutes confirming my name and account details.

    @virginmedia I have Never received my device after being told different stories by your team! Not allowed to cancel contract due to you not having the device but then miraculously it turns up on Saturday at your depot! Then told im still not allowed to cancel until it has been checked!
