@virginmedia hi, my 100mb connection keeps dropping out randomly. There is no set time or set amount of times but it does it every day, usually 3 to 6 times a day. I have reset the hub and it makes no difference. What can I do before I cancel the contract. Please help

Nothing happens for days then today- a shooting in Brighouse; a large brown cow coming in the opposite direction on my walk through Bradley Woods; my dad being visited by a nurse in full PPE followed by a call from his neighbour to check he is ok and finally virgin media is down

Finally got an appointment for a @virginmedia engineer to visit today between 08:00-12:00. What a surprise, no show and no call to explain why they aren’t coming/turning up late. Best part of 2 weeks with an intermittent service now I’d unacceptable.

@st07pat @virginmedia Speed is fine mate, no complaints there, it’s fine for anything 3 meters away or less, like lightening! Any further though and 4G is the only way forward. The router have always been trash and I’m loath to pay to buy another to enjoy the signal I’m paying a lot for anyway

@virginmedia Test has been done and shows no network issues......Just advises to reboot device or check performances of WiFi enabled devices.....issue I have is I've rebooted the router before only since renewing contract. Didn't have any issues before. Could there be a fault with the hub?

Once again the same issues with @virginmedia running slow speed. When calling the number the system recognise there is a problem again, warned as well by the red light on the router. Has been over 4 months now. From this month I wont pay anymore until the issue is fixed.

@Jonah2009 @Timsburychris @virginmedia sorry that should say TV not cables, I had no prior warning whatsoever that there were going to be no boxes. Then they have the cheek to charge £35 for installation and they are currently charging me for a service I don't have.
