My wife renewed her sim only contract last month & was offered an iPad as a free gift as a loyal customer. 5 times she was sent new iPhone 14,s by mistake. An engineer will then be booked, depending on the results. It’s not good enough when I’ve had nearly as many engineer visits than months using your service!

It goes off all the time! And then keep texting me saying you are coming for the WiFi pod after speaking with customer service. Im paying a fortune for this

Last price hike took me package to £235 a month. Now with EE at £86 a month for similar TV and broadband package but no landline phone which we didn't use anyway.
