    @virginmedia I had an account which I closed a few months ago, I then opened a new account at a different address a few months later. When I try to login however my new account isn’t showing as it says that “I’m not with virgin media anymore”. Can’t follow up billing etc

    @virginmedia hey my internet isn’t working. Service status says it’s good but it’s not. Running a test on your site fails and just tells me to switch it off and on again like Your talking to your dad. Can you actually check it and fix it.

    @virginmedia @carl_kears Have you ever tried speaking to your offshore team? Ask them a question outside their script and you’ve no chance. The last time I tried, 3 different people cut me off. Useless service.

    @virginmedia 3 calls on my iphone but none registered a ring tone / alert so conclusion can only be that the caller put the phone down before it could ring. Not once but 3 times - guy called Kevin in the Executive team working for @LutzSchueler
