So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

@virginmedia My broadband still isn’t working properly signal still dropping I have to reconnect manually on my phone ... I’m waiting on txt messages to virgin and now no one is answering can you please find out what the hell is going for on! That’s why an engineer was coming today!

@virginmedia It’s beyond the pale when virgin every month takes my money out of my account on the dot and I expect a service and what I want isn’t being unreasonable I’m not expecting nor demanding the world. You say one thing and do the opposite. That’s unreasonable and unacceptable.

@Onestepfromlost @buildmygsllows @virginmedia I don't have adapters, virgin offered me one but if my bedroom can't getore than 50mb 15ft away from a router (in a flat) then I'm not sure an adapter would of been any use to help speeds either.
