    @MrSaffron I wish it did... @virginmedia fibre drops out multiple times a day so speed becomes irrelevant when uptime is so poor. We consistently rely on mobile data to make it through a single working day

    @virginmedia On the online chat, the response was that there's no ETA for the fix, and service will be intermittent until the 3rd. It's not really good enough, as I need the wifi for work.

    @ohhollygosh @amy_everett_ @virginmedia Stuff like this makes me block numbers. Great customer service revolves around your customer’s needs and wants. The customer tells you they’ll call you, don’t pester as they will do transactions their way (web chat, app, website etc.) companies need to listen to their customer

    @gffcontwitch @virginmedia Many times the front line staff or "apologists" as I call them are out of their depth. There is no such as customer service any more so I repeatedly ask, just put me on with a supervisor and they are just there to deny and indemnify.

    @virginmedia why is my broadband in BD2 still not working despite receiving a text to say it is fixed at 15:05. ...and when I look at the service status it says all is OK. Like it did this morning WRONG!! When is it going to be fixed and will I get a credit for it being out

    @MAdryjek @virginmedia I had exact same thing in the same area. Kept ringing to be told it was an outage in the area and to be patient, repair date after repair date. Eventually someone listened and got an engineer, turned out after all that, it was a faulty cable in the router (only joined in July)

    @virginmedia at last the engineer comes and after 40 minutes I have new box and 360 installed not v6. Box was faulty. Engineer was amazing ty all at Virgin. Hopefully no more issues

    @virginmedia Yes, many calls, but not much sympathy or interest from Vigins side. Apart from the price, their service is poor. WiFi in the next room is hopeless and they have the original TiVo which is horrendously slow.

    @MartinSLewis Well @MartinSLewis you have never failed me before but I took your advice to call @virginmedia and haggle my bill. First call price went up by £7 asked to disconnect and they were happy to do this. I left it and called back 30 minutes later and the price went up again by £14 🙈

    @virginmedia Was on phone for almost 2 hours had to end call they said would call me back and didn't. Shocking service you lot spend too much on adverts. If your that interested DM me a direct number I’ll tell u all about it.

    @UnofficialOA They never say 'Oh, we aren't very busy today. We'll be with you in a jiffy!' Though I only waited 15 minutes for @virginmedia yesterday and had a very good outcome.
