    @GrahamHyde @virginmedia The ****** thing about this is that we have recently had to change an elderly relative’s number after he had been scammed several times, including one who was specifically and repeatedly targeting him. The distress and wasted time from this theft and deception is horrible.

    @virginmedia Our internet connection is intermittent (currently off) and has been rubbish for two weeks despite resetting the router on a daily basis. All the automated sequences tell me the problem is solved. It isn’t.

    @GrahamHyde @virginmedia This is the second such incident of abuse in a week and there have been several other calls. What makes them plausible is our internet service from Virgin is poor and they phone saying they are investigating a problem.

    @virginmedia - absolute joke, cancelled plan to end on 30th nov, sent equipment back on 16th nov. Told I HAD to pay final bill for December, which they then said they would refund. Now gotta wait upto 45 days for my money back!!!! Worst service ever🤡🤡🤡

    @JayTheCaptain @virginmedia Its a joke it really is, I changed from Sky because of the speed so I thought I'd pay extra to get the speed I wanted, couldn't even watch the Rugby on Amazon Prime yesterday as a message came up saying slow Internet connection.

    @virginmedia Hi thanks for getting back have tried your link it runs it’s tests and tells me everything is working but it’s not I’m getting to code w02 have checked all the cables there all fine and have tried calling been on a hour on hold then cut off very poor service guys I might go to
