@virginmedia yes it is, I have already contacted your Webchat team and was told it is a known issue that has been ongoing since 24th may. After 25 minutes on the phone (mostly oh hold) after 5 concurrent missed calls in 2 mins after requests to be contacted by email, I am awaiting a call back

@virginmedia Through and then hung up on... This also happened when I tried to ring the Saturday before (although I hadn't asked to speak to a manager)... It had just been a lot of issues and at the absolute most expensive time for them to have happened.

1/2 hour to finally speak to someone at @virginmedia and after getting though to someone, they put me on hold again and then hung up on me! If someone from your customer retention team could call be back I’d appreciate it.

@virginmedia problems with my router and your tech help told me the cables must have come loose. I didn’t touch or move the router or the cables and your help got it back on by telling me that me tightening it resolved it. I never touched it. can’t you admit the router is faulty

@R3PUL5E @virginmedia Mine is the same login to router by opening a web page and type 192.168. 0.1 by default then input logins of router will be a user and password to input once in select the reset option then you will get your full speed sometimes a pin reset in back of router is not enough

@virginmedia our 18 month contract expired,we phoned virgin to cancel,they offered more speed to stay,said we could try & cancel within 14 days..next day we measured the speed it was slow.we rang 2 cancel virgin replied they never said we had 14 day cancel period and had 2 pay 2 exit contract
