    @virginmedia For some reason I can’t log into my account either on your website or on my Virgin TV Go app. I’m now being told as I’ve put the password in wrong 5 times I can’t log in but even my security answer and DOB aren’t recognised!!! Help!

    @virginmedia getting sick of this now, got up this morning (25/08) no internet yet again. This is just a recurring problem, we are not getting a service and your overseas call centre is useless, how about a refund for lack of service every couple of weeks.

    Hi @virginmedia . I gave a month’s notice to cancel on 24/6 that you confirmed via email. You haven’t yet cancelled/disconnected me & you’ve now sent me 2 requests for additional payment. I’ve tried contacting via phone & text numerous times with no success. Help please! 😳

    @virginmedia truly are the shittest most unreliable broadband service, I swear. Oh and great, they're expecting their shitty service to be particularly shitty until 2pm tomorrow. It's not like people need to work from home or anything.

    @virginmedia Exactly the same. No WiFi signal. This is the second day. I'm paying for this and I except to be reimbursed. You wouldn't expect to go to the supermarket and not get the groceries you paid for would you?

    Nor do @virginmedia give a toss about their customers, so care and compassion also not their thing. Struggling during Covid? @virginmedia will happily do nothing to help you out, it might affect profits if they did anything even remotely kind.

    @virginmedia @carl_kears Have you ever tried speaking to your offshore team? Ask them a question outside their script and you’ve no chance. The last time I tried, 3 different people cut me off. Useless service.

    If you don't mind poor quality, low uptime, unhelpful service, zero compassion, clueless technical support, broken promises and sky high prices then @virginmedia is the broadband company for you. For everyone else, go with any other company.

    @virginmedia rented a film on Saturday....attempted watching 6/7 times, kept stopping, rebooted loads, various error codes which I cant remember but C130, N27....gave up. So many issues with Virgin recently. Is Sky or BT more reliable in Horwich area?

    @virginmedia I've gone in to the network settings on TV and it says connected to wireless network but not Internet. No other devices connect either. And I've switched hub off for 30 seconds and back on again. I've done this 3 times.

    @salfordbeerfest @frednfrank @virginmedia I do remember us having a 'repull' when we moved into this house. We were quite a distance from the cabinet and the signal was too low. A team of 6 rocked up and replaced the cable with a new, higher capacity one. probably NTL days back then,
