We asked for an engineer to call but were told it’s a known problem in the area and would be fixed as soon as possible. No date given. Promised updates that have never materialised. It’s beyond bad customer service.

All we want is our broadband back on!

We haven’t had any broadband since the 24th of August! As a business it’s near impossible to operate with broadband these days. It’s so frustrating.

The advisor Leo could also not cancel my contract, so he put in a complaint to ( the back office) who apparently should call me by today. I’m waiting

GC (@RollWithIt86) reported@virginmedia Hub 3 and the M250 Fibre Broadband package. The engineer replaced the cable from the socket to hub and now the signal & speed are worse than ever. I don't think it's anything to do with the Hub - hence why the replacement is showing no improvement
