@virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay £45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

@sport_simon @virginmedia I always compare to what Sky offer and take into consideration that Virgin Broadband is probably the best in my location. I only want to be comparable price wise. Never look forward to ‘the’ call to negotiate every 18 months. I know people who pay waaaay too much.
