@virginmedia moved house last Friday and have brought my package with me. Engineer came to check all ok. Why a week later am I still not able to receive calls on landline. I have notched up 6 hours on your holding system thus far and spoken with 1 'assistant' Grounds to cancel?

@virginmedia When I do the service/equipment diagnostic check - it confirms it’s not my equipment and says it is an intermittent issue affecting customers in my area - and that you are working on it? But it hasn’t got better.

@virginmedia Yes, it tells me everything is fine when it's not, so I've lost faith in it. I have a booster upstairs & downstairs so really shouldn't be having these issues. Also had router replaced (still version 2) & that hasn't solved it.

@virginmedia Still bad - have done that. You know about the issue it seems but it hasn’t been sorted in 6 days! Have rang twice, 20 & 40 min hold before line drops. Can you advise me what is being done?

@virginmedia Virgin media have messed me about, I’ve done nothing wrong, never defaulted on my bills, but virgin have, I was promised my monthly bill would be £36.05, yes I paid that on the 26th Feb, but on the 26/3/2021 I was charged £43.26, then on the 26/4/2021 I was charged £42.00,

@virginmedia @Kay2021J I eventually got through today after 4 hours on hold and 3 days of trying. Oh and I now know every option on my phone, every question on your call centre scripts and every god awful tyne with the worse sound quality ever on your hold music. All for a non working phone line.

@virginmedia 3 weeks ago gave me a WiFi install date. On the eve of install they cancel. Please people don’t ever change to @virginmedia, if you rely on WiFi at all. I’ll be WFH with no internet until 12 June now! They announce the EVE of my installation, after 3 weeks.
