Still goes down. The only time I think we will ever be contacted is if we don't pay our bills. Otherwise, no communication what so ever from themselves.

Three years and never an issue, well apart from the persistant cold calls. I sympathise with people who do, I was with Sky and had to reset my modem 3 times a day.
