An engineer will then be booked, depending on the results. It’s not good enough when I’ve had nearly as many engineer visits than months using your service!

My wife renewed her sim only contract last month & was offered an iPad as a free gift as a loyal customer. 5 times she was sent new iPhone 14,s by mistake. She went out of her way to return them all with the incentive of 1/2

That cannot be true and doesn’t work like that in other organisations who use tickets and escalation points through a CRM system
