    So @virginmedia will not send an engineer to us until Thursday. We have no internet & need to teach but that doesn’t matter. Great customer service. Really helping the pandemic effort. @educationgovuk maybe you could take this service into account when considering teacher input

    @virginmedia Yes, it tells me everything is fine when it's not, so I've lost faith in it. I have a booster upstairs & downstairs so really shouldn't be having these issues. Also had router replaced (still version 2) & that hasn't solved it.

    @virginmedia In the space of a second? That doesn’t seem very efficient or customer friendly. This is really stressful and we both have exam classes to teach & own kids home education. It’s not just so I can watch Netflix. I thought some consideration of key working might be in place.

    Having issues in the BD2 area with broadband @virginmedia. I work from home and the internet is vital to doing my job. Your site says no errors in my area but have tried all fixes and nothing works.

    @virginmedia .And the fact that we both need to teach online makes no difference? Can’t put lessons on for students for tomorrow. Having to cancel live lessons with exam groups. Why did VM originally offer us two earlier dates and then say they weren’t available? It’s just not good enough.

    @virginmedia over 10 years with Virgin I spent hours this month trying to sort out the contract and can never get through no internet after an arrangement was in place and now placed an order with a competitor, people in your call centre are like robots when you eventually get through

    @virginmedia Yes I have raised complaints, only to see that they had been closed 🤔. They were closed without any consultation with me, in fact when I replied to the “statement of complaint” I made it blatantly clear I was NOT happy with service etc…..IGNORED.

    @virginmedia It’s working! (Sort of). I’m now connected, and Virgin sent a profile to download but I think I’m now having an issue with dial assist. I can’t seem to call any contacts, but they can contact me!
