@virginmedia for the past 2-3 weeks I have had issues with on demand content, and the broadband. When I try to play a sky cinema film, the audio plays; but no picture. BBC iplayer is the same! The router is next to the virgin box, so dont understand what is going on.

@virginmedia I’ve requested it three times! It was sent apparently but I’ve never received it. Then I rang again..... and again. It’s beyond a joke. I text replied to the text message which had my address incorrect AGAIN and still I’ve received nothing!

I’m so fed up with @virginmedia. Three days now I’ve tried to call to pay my bill. And for three days I’ve been sat on hold for a stupid amount of time. I’m bloody busy for god sake I don’t have time for this nonsense! So glad I’ve left.

@virginmedia It's not about stopping one piece of mail, but how many of these you've sent out. Unnecessary, a total waste and just shows a total disregard for environmental issues. Please think about these things more.

@virginmedia new tv box Friday as mentioned before didn’t work Friday started working yesterday now today it’s off again! Done the status check says no problems said box was on standby. I did get a flicker of a program for less than a minute then no signal.

@johngittins19 @virginmedia 1,130 Mbps is their aim but you've only got to look at customer feedback and that is a dream there is no consistency ,but they do guarantee a download speed of 565Mbps about half of what is expected and that speaks volumes.

@virginmedia Getting conflicting messages. Service status says ok, running the test says there are issues in the area. Calling 150 says there’s an intermittent problem. A neighbour’s service is ok. Now starting the painful process of calling and holding.
