    @virginmedia Yeah he turned up unannounced and left then after several calls got another engineer out who said the fibre cable is snapped and needs replacing and he could not give me a date or time as his emails on his pda are not working so I guess it’s left in the hands of the gods

    @virginmedia I have 2 main boxes have been told if I want to have 2 main I’d have to pay extra when I already have 2, I raised a complaint but next day it said resolved I’d like to know how as I was never contacted, told my services were cancelled but they weren’t so I don’t know where I am

    @virginmedia They never spoke to me or changed anything this is the problem nothing should be resolved because on my side it isn’t, I’ve just had an email to say I’m getting charged £40 for installation from a box change which I was told was free

    @virginmedia I’m on Microsoft edge & have copied the link. Still nothing give me a contact number to actually speak to someone. On Saturday my wife was promised a resolution by Tuesday( today). Is this yet another lie ?

    @virginmedia Still not helpful once we have paid what you told us after not applying your contract! Been told it’s the agents error on a record call and then saying it’s invalid, and prepared to offer new customer better than current! Massive complaint in writing your staff on phone shocking!

    @virginmedia what an absolute **** show of a company. My wife renewed her sim only contract last month & was offered an iPad as a free gift as a loyal customer. 5 times she was sent new iPhone 14,s by mistake. She went out of her way to return them all with the incentive of 1/2

    @VirginMediaIE Sure 3 of us with Virgin Media in the same park had our Internet connection down bjt you are alluding it was each of us that had a local fault that automagically recovered for the 3 of us within the same minute ... virgin Media's fault detection tool aren't flawless you know..

    @Anna_L_Brand @virginmedia I'm shocked it's gone on for this long when there is no denying what an awful, dangerous job has been done. We had to move the pram for the technician to do the job so he knew we had a baby. And now we are sick of trying to get this resolved, like we have nothing better to do!
