I’m so fed up with @virginmedia. Three days now I’ve tried to call to pay my bill. And for three days I’ve been sat on hold for a stupid amount of time. I’m bloody busy for god sake I don’t have time for this nonsense! So glad I’ve left.

@virginmedia problems with my router and your tech help told me the cables must have come loose. I didn’t touch or move the router or the cables and your help got it back on by telling me that me tightening it resolved it. I never touched it. can’t you admit the router is faulty

@virginmedia I’ve requested it three times! It was sent apparently but I’ve never received it. Then I rang again..... and again. It’s beyond a joke. I text replied to the text message which had my address incorrect AGAIN and still I’ve received nothing!

@virginmedia According to your service status there was no issue. However today I’ve attempted to work today and again got booted off time & time again. I’ve been on your chat tonight and been told there is a “temporary issue on the line that should be resolved in 24hrs”. Now 48hrs.

@virginmedia Hiya, we have no sound on any Virgin service (V6 box installed in June) but we do on everything else (iPlayer, Netflix through tv etc). All cables are fine, any thoughts? Have unplugged, changed cables etc still no joy - thanks

Absolutely disgusted by @virginmedia. I cancelled my broadband but yet they’ve still charged me over £140 for a service they haven’t even been providing!!!! Absolutely disgusted by their lack of care for customers during this cost of living crisis. AVOID!

@virginmedia It is warm. We have rebooted it numerous times and left it off for a week while we were away and overnight to try and cool. Months. I have phoned and done fix on phone still solid Red light.
