@virginmedia Apparently there’s a fault in the area now, but I’ve seen similar tweets from Newcastle and London so it’s not just my area it’s the whole country. Really poor service these days.

@virginmedia Yes, it tells me everything is fine when it's not, so I've lost faith in it. I have a booster upstairs & downstairs so really shouldn't be having these issues. Also had router replaced (still version 2) & that hasn't solved it.

@virginmedia Also even though they went to the house Saturday I heard nothing until Wednesday and wasn’t even aware there was a issue, I then called that evening got transferred between 5 different departments and now to be told it won’t be installed on Thursday as originally agreed.
