Upgraded 2 phones with @virginmedia the worst customer care ever! Still waiting “urgent” callback. Apparently ordering 2 phones is fraud! -despite passing 4 credit checks and them taking money from my account for each phone....hopeless. At least the guys in Bradford store tried!

@ohhollygosh @amy_everett_ @virginmedia Stuff like this makes me block numbers. Great customer service revolves around your customer’s needs and wants. The customer tells you they’ll call you, don’t pester as they will do transactions their way (web chat, app, website etc.) companies need to listen to their customer

@virginmedia Look I’m not doing that. This isn’t an account specific issue. I worked in the Digital Management Centre in Langley for a decade until made redundant 2 years ago so it needs passing to the VOD department to investigate.

@virginmedia Thankfully all sorted. Webchat was the way to go. I will never ever call (150) on the phone again. It's pointless and far too bloody stressful. Erik on webchat was ace. 👍. Wish I'd done it on Saturday 11th to begin with.

@virginmedia I have already tried that and it says there isn’t any network fault. However there is nothing wrong with the setup as it was working this morning, it’s also the second time it’s stopped in the last few weeks

@virginmedia why is my broadband in BD2 still not working despite receiving a text to say it is fixed at 15:05. ...and when I look at the service status it says all is OK. Like it did this morning WRONG!! When is it going to be fixed and will I get a credit for it being out

@thedogman_918 @virginmedia Had a pay as you go service. Don't pay no service. It's fairly simple! They on my *** for 2 months . Told them take me to court if they really want money ! New customers get phones but loyalty means nothing so that's why I switched to another company!

@virginmedia Trouble shooting fixing my dead grass? I want someone to come and move the Virgin cable that’s showing in my garden and sort some compensation for having to buy new turf! At no point did they ask to dig it up. Once all that’s sorted we can look into Wi-Fi!
