@virginmedia Cos I've been a customer for well over a decade and I'm sick of seeing new customers get given the moon on a stick to join. I reckon your sales team would let a new customer have a night with their wives to sign them up. But loyal customers get nothing.

@virginmedia It’s a wireless connection. It’s the router that crashes- apparently an issue in the local area. It’s happened since the first week in December and now we’re on to the 4th date for it to be fixed. Nightmare with homeschooling and work.

@ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

@virginmedia I'm moving to sky, saving a tenner a month and adding sports and movies. I might be back in 18 months. Seems like hopping between providers is the only way to get a decent deal. It's perverse logic. Surely cheaper to retain a customer than gain one? But no, so I'm off.

@iamaafaq @sky @virginmedia Point of principle now. Been with virgin for over a decade and the deal is awful. They don't reward loyalty. Grwat package from Sky. Only are that's worse is speed but for our purposes it's fine. We don't game online and i no longer download torrents etc

@virginmedia Yes, thank you. I have checked. I rang 150 and all they get me to do is to restart my hub. It works OK for a while, but problems come back. I am very upset. I videocommunicate with 100s of people and it is very embarrassing having to explain 2 them the problems caused by Virgin

@kaybaka @virginmedia The same happened to me for months. I had just entered a new contract so couldn’t leave! Awful customer service although now my WiFi issues have been resolved the service works well! I dread having another issue though and trying to speak to a human to resolve it!

@virginmedia The service status update says: There's a broadband issue. We hope to fix this by 22 February at 15:00. 15:00 hrs turnaround is ridiculous to be honest as so many are working from home and are unable to do their work.
