I’m so fed up with @virginmedia. Three days now I’ve tried to call to pay my bill. And for three days I’ve been sat on hold for a stupid amount of time. I’m bloody busy for god sake I don’t have time for this nonsense! So glad I’ve left.

Decided to leave @virginmedia today after ringing them up. Great service no reason to leave other than I need to be a “new customer” to access the best deals. My monthly bill more than doubled. Hello @NOWTV or @SkyUK I think.....

@virginmedia There seems to be a problem in the bd10 area that's effect the TV and internet when your engineerds are fixing the problem or so the automated voice saying but this has been going on since Friday

@CatherineMasc @virginmedia Yup and every 3 weeks you an have another pod, a max of 3 & only after that, when your wifi is still rubbish will they look into doing something! The new routers don't work. We have had this issue since they upgraded our router 9 months ago 🙄

@virginmedia This is the problem... The WhatsApp service is diabolical, terrible in addition to 2hrs on the phone it took from 11am to 5pm and barely any progress. I guess you don't like retaining loyal customers. I'll be moving to @bt_uk and I'll be recommending my 431 staff do the same.

Argh. @virginmedia the bonkers lightning in Hackney seems to have taken out my wifi. I’ve done all the usual resetting etc. I have no signal in my building and rely on wifi. I have no way of contacting you to get this sorted as the help page won’t load. Please advise!
