    The worst company I have ever dealt with @virginmedia Not only does their internet service not meet their commitments they believe it’s ok for fraudulent activity to happen on your account and penalise the customer for this. Where do I go next to take further as @MartinSLewis ?

    @Natalie_Ferg @virginmedia Its insane. Sometimes I get a very good download speed, but never as good as what it says it should be, but most of the time I am stuck with that bullshit speed and it drives me mad 😠 I mean the price of it, it should be what it says

    @virginmedia moved house last Friday and have brought my package with me. Engineer came to check all ok. Why a week later am I still not able to receive calls on landline. I have notched up 6 hours on your holding system thus far and spoken with 1 'assistant' Grounds to cancel?

    @virginmedia Change back our tariff, very good of you seeing as we never changed it in the first place. And £50 ‘goodwill’ refund, when you have taken £150 and counting on new bill for your mistake you owe us the full amount not a gesture of ‘goodwill’ !! Just shocking. No resolution on WiFi

    @virginmedia I am, which is why I called up to check how much I would have to pay if I wanted to cancel. Because I was assured that I would not have to pay anything I signed up with another ISP and cancelled my VM subscription. Sadly it seems like Virgin Media are into playing bait and switch

    @virginmedia I sit on the phone for over an hour to make changes and get ‘cut off’ when mention removing some things, I then get told to use the WhatsApp service to which I wait 14 hours for a reply only to be told you can’t deal with it via WhatsApp as I’m on the oomph package

    @virginmedia No, because the increase over inflation of 3.9% is a scam and disgrace. Money grabbing at the most base level. If there are better offers why haven’t you contacted my mum about them, again, happy to let her pay over what she should until you’re called out. Horrible company.

    @virginmedia I have reported this to support and have raised a complaint. The problem is when dealing with Virgin Media support in private they use every trick in the book from gaslighting to bait and switch to straight up lying, which is really unpleasant so I'd rather talk in public.
