@virginmedia I have a problem with my wifi going off and on , more off than on , your website is of no use and now all your call centres are closed, so how am I supposed to get this fixed, my services cost a lot of money to not be able to use them

@virginmedia we also ordered an upgrade to M200 on 12 Sep 2019, but it's clear that's never been actioned. Bit pointless though if I cant even get M100 speeds.

@virginmedia Did that spoke to your machine that found a fault and is sending a signal to try to fix it, however this is only putting a plaster on the problem, it'll happen again and BBC2 is still unavailable, your service very poor
