@virginmedia yes it is, I have already contacted your Webchat team and was told it is a known issue that has been ongoing since 24th may. After 25 minutes on the phone (mostly oh hold) after 5 concurrent missed calls in 2 mins after requests to be contacted by email, I am awaiting a call back

@virginmedia Hi, still no broadband since 2/2. 150 says engineers still fixing. This is going on way too long. Area is BR3 6PU. Engineers were due to fix at 3pm today apparently. Router is not discoverable to any devices because of this despite the correct white light being on

The council phoned me today asking if I was pleased with the clean up, I told her it hadn’t been done. She was surprised coz the cleaning team sent her a video. They can’t even locate the front door.
