@virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay £45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

@virginmedia Internet is back but patchy. My Cisco VPN for work has been disconnecting and reconnecting periodically all day as the service fluctuates. Luckily I've been able to work around it for now, but it does concern me as I have some very important international meetings coming up.

@virginmedia we also ordered an upgrade to M200 on 12 Sep 2019, but it's clear that's never been actioned. Bit pointless though if I cant even get M100 speeds.

@virginmedia iphone xr, yeah i’ve looked online and done everything like reset network settings etc. It’s all come about randomly after you refreshed my allowances, it for some reason took off my 4g. i went onto the mobile data and changed it to 3g instead and it worked but 4g doesn’t work

@virginmedia I have and had a call on the 4th July saying it was fixed but couldn't check as I got told I had the option to pay until it was fixed which I did until 9th July and now I try to sign in and it's asking for card details to continue watching.. surely I can be sent an activation
