@virginmedia keeping a close eye on my bills from now on as the last one was £27 more but can't work out why? Tv is the same old **** and the broadband has been very poor and inconsistent ever since i was fobbed off with the new 'superhub 4.0'

@virginmedia There’s no confusion at all. Virgin Media categorically told me the account was clear and to cancel a direct debit. They then decided that it wasn’t clear and sent it to a debt collector, before begging us to return as a customer. Terrible company.

@virginmedia Ive been trying all day to get this sorted. Was promised a call at 5pm today, still nothing. I still have no broadband, 2 days now. Why can i not speak to somebody instead of an automated voice. This is garbage. Now ive been told, by a robot that i can have an engineer FRIDAY!!
